Required a piece of galvanised sheet to replace my 1mm trailer bed. Decided to go for 2mm for extra strength. Provided the exact measurements in mm (6' x 4') and two days later it was delivered and guess what, it fitted absolutely perfectly. A great product by a Firm that delivers on it's promise. Great job, can't recommend them highly enough.

I glad and extremely proud of this company first time in 10 years working in London that I found a company who provided such an amazing customer service, delivery and quality of materials.
The experience during the purchase was amazing. Rosey was incredibly helpful because I wasn't sure at the time of the purchase about the final product I have make a late purchase which was out of opening hours services and she was there in her out of office time to help and to be sure that everything goes well.

I ordered on over the August Bank Holiday. Received the order on the Friday after the holiday.
I did not find the small 100mm X 100mm 1.2mm sheet that I had ordered along with a larger sheet and sent an email complaint over the weekend.They replied before 10 a.m, on the next working day (Monday) offering to rapidly send a replacement.
On the Monday evening, putting the packing in the rubbish bin I was embarrassed to find the small sheet there.
I have offered to pay for if they have already sent a replacement.
I am the one with a mistake - they are excellent!

I had phone up Buy Metal Online to find out when was the delivery and by coincidence I was told it was on the same day as my phone call.
When the delivery came the delivery driver initially refused to off - load it from the van despite the fact that I could not lift it as it was very heavy. Eventually the delivery driver agreed to help me off load. Very poor service for deliveries.
Ordered items on 2/9/19 and it was not delivered until 11/9/19. Website said 3-5 working days. This was 9 working days after the order.
