How do they have good customer service if they do not answer their phone?

I shop online literally every day. I thought I struck gold when I ran across this site. I read their policies on returns, shipping & exchanges before I placed an order for approx $500 in mid-February. When I still hadn't received the order I left a message on their customer service VM. The next day I received an email saying the order had been held up due to warehouse issues. I replied immediately, telling them I wanted the order to be refunded and canceled - Their policy says orders can be canceled unless already shipped. The reply from the company was that the order would be sent in "a few days". I again asked that the order be canceled as the purchases were items I needed and couldn't wait for I had already found another vendor. Of course, they didn't cancel the order and I ended up with duplicates of items, like a stick steam mop, that I had already purchased elsewhere. I contacted BuyBulkAmerica.com immediately upon receiving the shipment to return the items I did not need only to be told that, despite shipping the order against my repeated requests for cancelation, they only accept returns "if the problem originates from their end". I sent a reply saying that since they did not cancel the order when I requested and the shipment wasdelayed by more than a month, I would say the issue DID originate at their end. At that point, I never received a return email or phone call. Over the following week, I contacted the company, trying every possible extension and email, over 100 times with NO RESPONSE. My credit card company ultimately ate the charge, but seriously, this day in age, where everyone is so big on communication, there is absolutely no reason for this. After considering their "business model" and reading many, many reviews similar to my own, I think they actually INTEND to make it impossible to cancel an order or return an item. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BBA THAT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE IN LESS THAN A MONTH AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED TO RETURN OR REQUIRE SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE WITH... BETTER YET, JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. There are too many alternatives available for a company like this to be in business for as long as they have.

Customer service, what customer service they never answer the phone or respond back to emails. The person that handles extension 106 should be let go. I’ve left a message every day now for the last 2 weeks, still no response. I hope this review gets someone’s attention, because if I don’t hear from somebody I’ll be sure to leave a negative review everywhere I possibly can.

Florida Crystals liquid sugar is a great product I have been using for years. I saw it on Buybulkamerica and ordered 2 cases at a fabulous price. The order was delivered quickly with no damage. Great service.

No one was rude in any way but I'm rating only one star because I ordered one item and it took over a week to tell me it wasn't available. This was my first time to make a purchase... I doubt I will try again

Terrible ship lead times, unwilling to work with customers on discounts. Placed orders of over $3000 in one item over $5000 a month and their owner won’t give us any discounts for our larger orders. Problem is according to the owner you need to purchase at least $5,000 worth of the same product in the same order but they never have enough in stock to do a $5,000 order . We’re typically waiting 3+ weeks on each order as it is.
Since then we have looked to sourcing from other distributors for the same products.
Only upside is we do like their product selection but the unwillingness to work with us is discouraging.

I never got a tracking number. Actually called because didnt even know my order was filled. The lady I spoke to seemed nice enough and said it was being shipped the next day. Dont think it was because it was a week later when I got it. Also our order was incomplete due to something out of stock. Not even sure if I was refunded money.

Poor customer service. They take a week to ship an order. Asked for copies if Invoices, no response and WILL not take returns. Find a better supplier. They are many out there.

They only tell you *after* you place your order that something is unavailable. Also, they start spamming your in box. I'm getting emails every day (literally... not an exaggeration).

There are deals, if you look hard enough, and many products at reasonable prices and many more much higher than wholesale. The biggest problem is the shipping time. It can take weeks to get an order and they use poorly made boxes which leads to damages and missing product.

Took too long to ship. Then when they finally did ship they removed the item from my order I wanted saying it was out of stock. Since that item was the majority of the cost for the order I ended up paying shipping on a few items I had added to the order I didn't really need.
They sent a notification that the item was out of stock of which I immediately responded to canceling the entire order. The next day I received a response that said "Sorry too late already shipped".

I ordered on Oct 1st did not hear from them, so I emailed many times and called and left messages and finally after 10 days I get a email saying they were closed the 1st and 2nd of October and were behind. Then I finally received the order on the 19th day of October. way to many days to get an order and no excuse for all these delays.

Do NOT buy from this company. Horrible experience. Shipped goods that arrive damaged. Wouldn't provide refund, went to Credit Card company and disputed charges. Was also late in shipping items. Customer Service very hard to reach. So in summation, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

In the beginning, I had trouble just placing the order via online. It took several days and several attempts each day to place the order. So, I am hoping it will be much easier when I place my next order. It would have been nice to have received something showing the order was placed, or accepted. However, I did receive the product ordered. So, thank you.
