Finance Man Scammed Me.
I bought a car and the terms where negotiated. Both myself and daughter were there together and when we went into see the finance guy had changed the rate to 4.9%. After going back in and showing him, his comments where; well you signed it. Carlos Nu is his name. He left and is in Miami at Toyota dealership there. I spoke with other customer service folks and the GM Dustin Jones. Recently I spoke the Finance Manager and he wanted to help me but did know how to do it. He said come buy a new car and we will make you a good deal. But I don't trust them.
