Absolutely crooked company
This company is actually the TerraTradeX
They changed the name to Buy4Power a few days ago. Probably they changed it because there are to many bad reviews.
After I deposited £250 I was convinced to add £2250 so we bring the wallet to £2500.
Then a guy named Dennis Pilsudskiy started to trade on a few currencies to prove that he’s doing something.
Meanwhile he start to ask for another £6000 because the analysts gave him some tips to invest in some currency.
After I turn him down he done some bad trading that cost me some money and didn’t respond to my emails.
Obviously the tip turn to be nonsense.
Not to mention that in the beginning he asked for a picture of my debit card with only 4 out of 16 numbers covered form the card number and after one week money start disappearing from my bank account.
Normally all apart of the last 4 numbers have to be covered. But he insisted this has to be done.
After I told Dennis about the fraud, I never heard from him again. Apparently he got sick.
After a few days I get a phone call from another guy , Ben Martin. Nice guy.
He started to tell me about investing in some shares and we need to do it quickly.
For this he ask me to deposit £7500.
Luckily I didn’t took his advice because the shares dropped the next day from £260 to £170.
Anyway, this guy open and closed a few tradings but nothing major, and got my account to £2835.
In all this time he bombarded me with emails and phone calls trying to persuade me in depositing the £7500.
After telling him that I genuinely can’t do it because my wife lost her job and I need to repair my car, I asked to withdraw the £2500 and maybe I’ll put £10000 later.
This is when a “financial advisor” steps in.
After having a tense conversation with her I decided to close the account and withdraw the money.
This women named Joelle Laurent start telling me if I want to withdraw money and close the account, I need to pay some penalties, fees and taxes because I said I will put more money in the account and I didn’t do it.
Something about “signal” that the broker asked for my account.
It’s not my fault the broker done it, if that is genuine.
She start telling me lies about charges for using a broker and others.
The terms and conditions say otherwise
5. Fees & Charges 5.1 The Company does not charge brokerage fees or commissions for executing trades.
Now she insists that I have to pay £700 first and then they start to process my withdraw.
I’ve read all terms and conditions, and there is nothing stated about this sort of actions, penalties or fees.
She couldn’t be bothered to read the terms and conditions before starting to lie to me.
Absolutely crooked company.
I now look into having legal advice to help me recover my investment.
