Tour was very good The guide Klaus was excellent. As my sister and I are vegetarians he went to a lot of trouble to ensure we had lots of good food. The accommodation in Hanoi and Ho Chi Min city could of been much better. The hotel in Ho Ann was excellent. A little heavy on the politics in Ho Chi Min. Loved the bright red backpacks and luggage strap. Overall a wonderful holiday experience..

Small Group Tour! Understatement!
We had 3 couples on our tour which couldn’t have been better. Terrific guide, fantastic itinerary. Would highly recommend Bunnik Tours and we will definitely be using them again.

Very well organised trip to Sri Lanka. Excellent Guide named ANU and his Coach driver who took us from Negombo , down through the Centre to Kandy etc , across to do Safaris at Yala National Park and along the beautiful South Coast to Colombo.
Accomodation was outstanding, staying at some amazing historic hotels dating back to the 1800’s, as for the food an absolute banquet of delicious curries and other dishes to suit everyone’s dietary requirements. A holiday we will always remember as Sri Lanka really is a beautiful country.

The itinerary of this trip was extremely well timed and organised. All the major attractions were included with free time nicely interspersed just when we needed it. Our two guides’ knowledge, experience and helpfulness were of a very high level. The coach drivers were excellent. We felt very welcomed and very safe in both countries. Everything about the booking and the trip was run smoothly and fuss free. Our accommodation and the included meals were well beyond our expectations. Good value for money.

A very well organised and enjoyable trip with a small group. The guides in each country were very good, friendly and enthusiastic in showing us the various tourist sites. The four internal flights went very well without delays. We spent some time in villages where we met with the local people who showed us their skills with crafts, cooking, rice growing and vegetable crops.
We also enjoyed delicious healthy meals and were entertained with lovely national dancing displays.

Four and a half stars, really. Wonderful staff and guides. Everything was well explained. They were professional and also very caring when my roommate was sick, The Egypt part of the trip was beyond expectations with an amazing guide and the variety with Zanzibar and Kenya was fantastic!

While I have scored 3/5 stars for our Tour, there were parts of the tour that were terrific, however some parts fell short of the fabulous tour we have had previously. The main concern was the 'bus' in which we had to travel in for our Southern Italy and Sicily part. It fell short of what Bunnik promotes. While we were a group of 13, and yes, we had the option of 2 seats per person, there was no suspension , no padded seats and at times earplugs were necessary for the noise from the air conditioning. You could not see over the top of the seat in front of you and when the seat in front of you was reclined it made it worse. Our tour leader who was absolutely fabulous, agreed that it was not acceptable. We asked if we could get a new bus, however this was not possible. The driver was fabulous and I am sure embarrassed. He was not the owner of the bus. It cannot be called a coach. There was no wi-fi in the bus to begin with and after some complaints from the tour members, 4 days later our driver bought wi-fi and installed it. I hope that this constructive feedback will be taken into account for any future tours. We had quite a few tall males in the group who found it very uncomfortable. Each day we would begin the tour thinking how uncomfortable the driving would be.

Have done 3 tours with Bunnik....all great...fantastic value for money. A special mention for the South American trip...in short...fantastic. However, was requested for feedback and reviews after each trip.. which was done....would have appreciated some form of contact from the company after my last trip regarding a couple of issues...but was never contacted). Small numbers make for great travelling....and the Guides have been brilliant.

The Scandinavian tour was very good - well organised, tour leader was excellent (well-informed, friendly and helpful) and everything went well. The only problem was the cancellation of one event without advance notice (a midnight walk up a 'mountain' (actually a small hill) which my friend and I did on our own.
One hotel was not very good but the rest were excellent.

Our South America Discovery tour was an exciting experience. We travelled with two other Australians, luckily we clicked, and enjoyed their company. We had no complaints regarding being met at all the airports and the accommodation was generally very good, maybe the 'Hacienda" was an exception but it was a very old building.
Our guide in Ecuador was excellent, and the other guides were good.
Overall we would recommend this tour highly.

I had a wonderful experience on the Bunnik tour of Egypt in March/April 2019.
The accommodation and tour experiences were top class and the organisation of our small group was excellent. Our guide, Mohammad, was a special highlight for his knowledge and affability.

Bunnik tour of Turkey and Egypt was really great. Well organised, hassle free, great accomodation, all you could ask for. The Turkish guide was great and the Turkish guide, whilst extremely knowledgeable, did take us to too many tourist shops of his choosing, where the one on one attention by staff was just over the top.
Overall, a great company and would use them again.

A well organised tour that gave us a very good overview of the major sites we wanted to visit in the country, as well as enjoying the culture and cuisine. Hotels were all of a good standard (4 to 5 stars) and rooms were quite spacious. Our tour guide, driver and assistant were all first class.

We realised that the tour was still in its infancy, but the Forest Rock Resort should be given a big miss. The rooms and siting were brilliant but the maze of elevated walkways were difficult to negotiate at night, add to that the continuous chanting in the background and the incredibly slack service made it memorable for all the wrong reasons.
The distances that had to be covered meant that some days were extremely long and not much touring was achieved. Particularly the trip up to Kandy, and the train trip back down next morning meant that there were only two venues visited, both commercial, the gem factory and the souvenir shop, neither of which were an example of the local Kandy people.
Generally it was a great introduction to Sri Lanka and we have subsequently enjoyed a fantastic tour of the Central and Southern Sri Lanka.

We did a Spain, Portugal and Morocco tour with Bunnick and it was fantastic. The guides were personable, professional and knowledgeable. The local guides likewise. All the accommodations were terrific and the food also including accomodation a gluten free member. I can’t fault anything Bunnick arranged. Very impressive and would love to go again.

It was my first time as a solo traveller, I was very nervous, but found the tour guide/s and the other travellers fantastic. All the excursions and lots of meals included in the package was a bonus, I would only travel with Bunnicks in the future, due to quality of accommodation, meals and small groups.

Well organised tours with good information from guides, however it would be good to build in more free time and not have the days so jam packed which was the case in my latest trip to japan

Did the Jordan Egypt trip last year. With an add on private trip to Alexandria. Would recommend to put this trip on your high priority bucket list. Tour guides were amazing and went over and above to help all guests and accommodate their request. Also felt completely safe on the whole tour. Accommodation spectacular in most places. The biggest spoiler of this trip was the Nile cruise, boat was not as viewed on the glossy brochure, room small, no window to open, house keeper continually harrasing for tips, no tea/coffee facilities in the room and to get an early coffee before breakfast not available. Boat moored between other boats so no view of anything when stopped. Most cruising done during the night so not able to see the beauty on the Nile, air conditioning not working and was very hot. Swimming pool tiny and unkept. When mentioned to Bunnik, just sorry.
