This was such a bad choice to do service. It too several months for me to get my order. My order was close to $500, which was huge for me (I dont have a job). I was patient because of Covid. So then one oil was not available and I was more than patient. However I get the box wreaking with lemongrass, a 5lb container. It was not easy getting a response from BA, but when I did the rep. smirked when I told her the container came in the bos with ABSOLUTELY NO wrapping or peanut. Who does that? Now they want me to jump through hoops and return bottle before I get my oil. I expected them to expeditiously send me my already paid for product. My small Black owned business being held up by the little things I dont control. I was wrong I should have checked out the reviews before doing business with them. There are lots of suppliers out there. Thank you Bulk Apothecary for your poor customer service.

Bulk Apothecary Hand Sanitizer, Germ Attack, sickened my husband and I, causing Nausea, Gagging, Headaches and Weakness for several hours after use.
Their Hand Sanitizer has a Horrible
Putrid Smell.
They are unresponsive, ignore calls and then put a Recording on their line stating they are NOT Taking Any Calls.
I have Filed a Report/Complaint with the FDA concerning the Sickness it caused us.

Received an email saying something I was interested in was “back in stock”. Immediately ordered and since shipping was high, added another product as a second though. Received the order without the original product that was “back in stock”. Only received the afterthought product. Sent several emails and left phone messages I. A months time. No replies. Crickets. Bet poor customer service!!

Don't waste your money on the hand sanitizer. It has such a foul odor it will make you vomit. and they won't take it back. Plus shipping takes about 6 or more weeks. What a rip off

They are now selling "Germ Attack" hand sanitizer. This product has a miserable fragrance. I have tried to leave a review on their website, but it won't allow new reviews. Don't buy this sanitizer. It's garbage.

They have taken $398 from me and will not refund my money. I am finding many others in the same situation that I am in. They will not answer emails and they say they are too busy to answer the phone. Do not do business with this place. Total scam.

My order from over a month ago has not even shipped but they were sure to take my money. The phone number listed for the site is just a recording that States they are not taking phone calls and my emails continue to go unanswered. It's a shame to scam people in a pandemic.

I finally received my order after 35 days!!! But i am very disappointed with the sanitizing spray. I purchased 4 gallons and they smell disgusting 🤮. I know that its grain alcohol, but i have never smelled anything like this! I have added my essential oils and scented oils like i usually do, but the funky smell is still so overpowering. I hate that i wasted my money on such an awful product. I really need to send it back🙁

Bulk Apothecary is a fabulous company! I so appreciate the email update they sent me today (see copy of email below). The company is handling the major uptick in their orders in stride. After all this country has been going through, Bulk Apothecary is doing their best to keep up with demand. Looking forward to receiving my order in a few weeks!
We are horribly sorry for the delays. We realize that we are taking a long time to ship orders and wanted to follow up again with some updates. Last month we attempted to regularly update shipping times through email but it seemed each time we did so, it incited panic buying. Every time we increased the shipping times we saw order volume increase drastically. In order to prevent this from happening we took the approach of buckling down and focusing on shipping orders without regular email updates. In retrospect, it may not have been the best approach but we live and learn. We do apologize if this was frustrating for some of our customers.
Please understand that a normal shipping day for us is about 2,000 orders. As a result of the pandemic, we have seen daily order volume peak to almost 25,000 orders in a single day with no warning and the increased order flow has lasted now for almost 2 months. We are seeing unprecedented increases in demand which no company of our size could have been prepared to deal with. Even companies as large as Amazon with all the resources in the world are seeing highly elevated ship times. We projected how much time it would take to ship these orders and for the most part, we are doing pretty well with a couple of exceptions. We have put systems in place to continue to increase order processing so that we could ship orders quicker. Part of this meant segmenting orders by what customers ordered so that we could have different cells that handled various types of orders more efficiently. These cells are split by shipping method, the product ordered, volume ordered, etc. Some of these cells are doing better than others but we are actively working to level out labor to get better. One area that has seen slightly longer delays is gallons of the hand sanitizer spray. We saw extremely high order volume for a few days mid-March which caused this cell to be a bit behind other departments (closer to 3-4 weeks). We are almost through the burst of those spray orders and should be closer to 2-week processing by the end of this weekend for spray. Most other cells are currently right around 2-3 week processing times from when you placed your order.
Please understand that we are doing our very best to update our processing times on the website but this has also been very challenging to get right. In addition to a massive spike in orders that we have never experienced, we are also seeing elevated employee call-offs on a daily basis. Lately, we don’t know how many employees we are going to have show up to work until the day of which makes planning very difficult. We are also working with 4 temporary agencies but have not been able to get consistent temporary labor. We are located in the State of Ohio and right now we are on a “stay at home order” by our Governor. As an essential business, we are allowed to continue operating but this is causing employees to be overly cautious. We are doing our very best to get caught up but are asking all of our customers to continue to be patient. We can assure you that as soon as we are caught up we will fix any and ALL mistakes. We would also like to assure everyone that we do have plenty of Hand Sanitizer in the pipeline. This is not a shortage of product. We simply can’t process and ship the orders as fast as we normally would due to unpredictable staffing levels during this uncertain time.
To reiterate, processing times are roughly 2-4 weeks currently. In some cases, we are printing shipping labels so that we can mass label shipping boxes to expedite the packaging of your order. If you see a shipping label was created with no movement, don't be alarmed. Once it goes on a UPS truck you will get an update that it left our facility. If your order is not 4 weeks old, please do not email for an update. We are doing our very best to answer thousands of emails per day but don't have the staff to keep up with email volume. It may take a couple of days for an email response but we will get to it as quickly as possible.
Once again, we thank you for your patience and are horribly sorry for any inconvenience it is causing our valued customers.

They are taking advantage of COVID-19, selling stuff that they have not in stock, Their website said my order will be shipped within 10 days, now 45 days passed, no delivery and no response to my emails.
Shameful company to scam people in this difficult time. Filed a claim with Paypal.

Ordered product on March 21 and today is April 19 and still have not received product. Have called and the answering service is not taking calls, have sent three emails and no response. This company is a joke if I could give them zero stars I would. Buyer beware

This company, Bulk Apothecary based in Ohio, is not a real company due to the following we ordered and paid appx $56 on 3/12/20 for one gallon of water-based hand sanitizer. They promised on their website to ship within either 24-48 hrs, or 10 days at very most, the product. Here we are at more than 30 days out and have NEVER received a reply stating an order is outstanding or that they've shipped the product. They are absolute liars/Chinese. I will NEVER ever deal with Bulk Apothecary again. Never ever deal w/ Bulk Apothecary again. Bulk Apothecary is the SAME AS dealing with liars.

Ordered 7200 caps March 19. After inquiring what was going on replied 2 weeks later that sanitizer orders have them running behind and it would be first or second week of April we would get caps. More unanswered emails begging for shipment or I will pick up because we need to get our sanitizer out to community. Told me today they have no caps and they are on back order and have no idea when they will get any in. You literally can still place an order for them still! No out of stock warning no back order warning. Took my money and lied for a month! I have 7200 containers ready and labeled for nothing. Cost me a ton of money. It is illegal to sell a product you do not have let alone say 10-12 days processing then oh it will be there 1-2 weeks, when you don't even have it!

Placed an order on 3/9/2020. On March 25 email saying it had been shipped. On April 11 received an email refunding my order since they were not able to offer a replacement order at this time, since my order was "damaged enroute". This place SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I ordered 3 gallons of hand sanitizer to be used for people with compromised immune systems. Now they will never get it. TERRIBLE COMPANY

(sorry for caps) They are raking in the cash, then updating their orders thereafter with delays that are even longer than what you were forewarned about--and ultimately settled for because of going through with the order. I ordered hand sanitizer with a "10-day out" for shipping...okay, fine. EIGHTEEN DAYS later, I received a follow-up (only after complaining) that orders were now out 12 to 17 days further out. I wrote again, essentially asking, "What does today's 17-day delay have to do with orders made 2 1/2 weeks prior?" They never responded. Obviously, "10-days out" was never true, to begin with. I'm now on my way to Paypal to cancel my order. (CAPPS NOW INTENDED) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU MUST, DO IT ONLY THROUGH PAYPAL; THEY WILL DEFEND YOU AND RETURN YOUR MONEY. Return our money if you can't keep up...ah, but you won't with your NO RETURN POLICY. I cannot even imagine what dealing with Bulk's return department would be like without the help of an ally like Paypal.

These guys are scamming people. I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer on March 16 and it said the delivery date is March 24. Within couple of days they created a shipping label but they never shipped the item until now. I communicated them over email and they mad it a moving target. Every time I email them, they say they will mail it next week. This is a scam. I reported this to my credit card company.

i placed my order march 16th. they charged my credit card that day for $60.41. they sent me an email march 20th saying my order has shipped via ups. ups keeps telling me they have not received my shipment. today is april 13th. still no product. after multiple emails to them, no response!!!!!!

Bulk Apothecary has no customer service. I purchased $15,000 of product on March 19 with an estimated delivery of ten days. They ran my card and still have not shipped the product. They do not answer their phones or reply to e-mail. I would not recommend use this company. I will not even give them one star. They should shut their doors and be investigated by the government.
