Staff is not friendly and prices are outrageous. They don't really want you to spend time making decisions and have found them to be annoyed by investigating products, asking for prices, etc. Not a friendly environment in my opinion.

I bought a duvet cover ,shams and a down insert quilt blanket. I have had them for at least four years now and have washed them over and over and they look brand new still. Great quality. My only reservation would be I wish they would carry more oversized duvet covers and down quilt inserts so it would cover a pillowtop mattress that is 17-1/2 thick . You can get the length but not the width. I haven't seen that yet. Hard to find.

I have purchased several sets of sheets from Between the Sheets and have never been disappointed ... the sheets are of the highest quality and, although they are a little pricey, they do last and hold up very well thru many launderings .. still soft and great to sleep on

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the store, but the Italian sheets I purchased are very much a disappointment. I was advised to use their laundry soap, and I used a special linen soap that I already had...which could be part of the problem, but the sheets tend to be scratchy after the first wash. I researched and found that if I use diluted hair conditioner in the rinse cycle, it helps the fibers to lay flat and smooth, thus not scratchy. This helps. The fitted sheet is extremely deep and doesn't work well on my platform bed.

We've been shopping on and off at Between the Sheets since it opened over 25 years ago. The quality of the merchandise is great, however, the items are WAY over priced. The store is decorated beautifully. The employees are moderately friendly and helpful. They need to be trained in better customer service. The return policy sucks. Basically there is no return policy.

King pillow medium downy fill is too soft ... do not agree that it is "medium"

I am a seasonal desert visitor and frequent Between the Sheets frequently over my 6 month stay. I find their merchandise to be outstanding and all of their sales help also very knowledgeable and helpful. It is one of my very very favorite stops on El Paseo.

I love Between the Sheets and have purchased from them for many many years now. They offer gorgeous rare items and beautiful linens. I recently purchased a duvet and they were supposed to have the standard shams transferred from another store and it is 2 weeks later and no call. I ordered the shams from Neiman Marcus and have them so big deal but it would of been great if they would of followed up. Other than that no problems.
