I'm a big fan of the merchandise and spend thousands of dollars at Between the Sheets but very rarely do I get to take advantage of their sales. Seems as though the brands I prefer and purchase are never on sale even when there is a store wide sale. There advertising is very misleading.

Our sheets never softened, and were a wrinkled mess unless I pressed them. Also, all the corners ripped. We spent $$$ on these sheets, and expected better.

Service we received, The assistant manager, a man took us through
The store. He was so friendly and he knew his products so well. The place was so clean, well arranged items and lots of variety goods to buy. I am from Canada and if I have another opportunity to go back, sure I won’t hesitate to go back and I strongly recommend anyone to go there and make as many purchases as they want.

I always enjoy my experience here. There's always friendly faces working and the space is really peaceful. When time is on my side, it's an excellent experience. One thing that would be a great improvement for me is that for some reason their check out system takes a long time, It's never quick and simple like the majority of retail locations. So when I'm in hurry, I've started to go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff who are interested in what your needs are for the immediate situation and what future needs you might have. The store is well stocked, immaculate and has great variety of merchandise. You are guaranteed to find something you need or want. I love this store, although prices are higher than others, they always have periodic sales if you have the opportunity to wait.

I was sent a sheet set came out of the packaging with stains on them. The quality has gone downhill over the years; of these sheets prices are high and colors not available in many different styles.

I found your merchandise overpriced and overrated. Towels I purchased were flimsy so I returned them. I bought two sets of bedsheets costing several hundred dollars, and they shrank when washed.
