Waited over a week for umbrella to turn up. Rang after 8 working days from dispatch email to find out what was going and was told to ask my post man if it was hanging around in his van.
Bit daft to ask for a review 3 hours after I chased an order!

I am very unhappy. I had ordered 2 umbrellas the Flton which is good and another less expensive black and white heavier umbrella as a spare for the car. I received a black and rang as the reason for the black and white was visibility. Despite the fact that this was not my mistake customer service person insisted I would have to return brolly at my own cost. t was only when I kept insisting that she went off the phone and spoke to someone els who said the B&W was out of stock and they would send one when it came in. The original operator made me promise to give the black one to a charity shop.I was made to feel like a dishonest person as well as a nuisance! There was no apology for the mixup only mistrust in me. I am very very unhappy as this is not what I would have expected from what I had thought was a good company, still await the black and white umbrella....!
