Was sent the incorrect umbrella. On phoning I was asked to describe what model I had been sent and asked if it was possible to send a photo. The person I spoke to checked that the umbrella i had ordered was in stock and a replacement was sent with apologies immediately. I also received an email thanking me for sending the photo, very good customer service.

From navigation of the site, to receiving my brolly in the post was a very easy and swift process. I love my new purchase and the pretty design turns a dull rainy day in to a more tolerable day. It's also lovely to use as a sun brolly. It's been a long time since I owned a brolly and I'm so please with the walking version and the whole quality of the product.

Website navigation was very straightforward and umbrella was delivered on the day I requested. Tracking system ensured I was made aware of delivery time within an hour slot and the man who turned up with the package was very professional.

I ordered a top quality umbrella which arrived with a stain (probably varnish from the handle) on the fabric. I emailed a picture showing the problem, and my telephone no. A very nice customer service lady phoned me straight away, apologised, emailed me a returns label,and posted a replacement umbrella which arrived two day. Fantastic.

Really good being 6ft 4 and quite stocky it kept me dry with the big umbrella, would of gave it 5 stars but when you press the button to close the umbrella you have to pull it back all the way Inn to open it again, for it to say automatic and being £50 I'd want it to open close and open again for that price but overall it's decent

Waited over a week for umbrella to turn up. Rang after 8 working days from dispatch email to find out what was going and was told to ask my post man if it was hanging around in his van.
Bit daft to ask for a review 3 hours after I chased an order!

I have only used my umbrella a few times due to lack of sun !
But otherwise I have been pleased with it so ft.
One thing I would like to suggest is it would be a good idea to supply a cover for it when on the golf bag as I can see that the exterior eg silver exterior is going to scratch of not protected.
Other than that I am very pleased

This is a beautiful umbrella, well made and sturdy. It arrived promptly and well packed. It is slightly taller than I anticipated, with a large curved handle which I find awkward to hold but I was grateful for its size today when I was out in a particularly heavy shower of rain, fantastic coverage. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them for their speedy service and good quality. Also these brollies would be ideal as a lovely gift.

I was looking for a telescopic brolly which didn't turn inside out in the wind. I think this new one, (with automatic up and down features too) looks good and behaved today in a lightish wind. It was delivered promptly after placing my order, so, so far, so good
