Lovely blinds.
Disgusting service.
Questionable fitting.
No PPE worn during fitting visit - despicable considering the current circumstances with the pandemic!!!
Still waiting on the phone call I’ve demanded from the manager.
Incredibly inclined to take my complaint to the relevant agencies, particularly with the COVID issue.

Lovely blinds but the customer services is atrocious!
JD came to provide us a quote:
1. He came later than the time that was provided (later I realised this lack of respect for tardiness was just common practice for broadway blinds)
2. I walked through the house into each room with him as he measured and in the end we confirmed the number of windows needed including my front patio
I was quoted and we agreed on a price of £450 for the full job.
The first fitter arrived to do the job (later than was promised meaning he didn’t start the job until after 5pm the appointment was 12-4pm). He got to the bedrooms and made me aware that he was finished with the job, I highlighted it was the entire house including which included 3 bedrooms (he only had 1 bedroom on his job card).
After a very angry exchange with the customer service team they informed me I am to pay the full 450£ as the job complete from their end (I was even threatened to have the blinds removed by the fitter if I didn’t pay, as I was trying to explain the situation to the customer service team). if I wanted the other 2 bedrooms doing I need to get someone else out to remeasured the 2 bedrooms and they will be an extra cost to me- even though the original measurements were taken by jd the first measuring guy).
Secondly, the front patio they had quoted me and I paid for in full, the fitter said will not be able to be fitted as the roof was not suitable to allow the installation.
All in all not great experience and I will never be recommending them to anyone I know.
Onto chasing to get all my receipts for all the payments I have made to this company as apparently I have to chase them to get this, it’s not done automatically after payment received.
