The box was so big that the biscuits I ordered were badly packed and many were broken when I opened the first packet. I will not be ordering biscuits again from this company
Not a great experience.
My previous orders with this company were always OK.

I bought some items from abroad (France), paid a really expensive international shipment and got the some mistaken goods (smaller size than ordered). I informed of the problem to costumer care and their solution was to refund me for the exact number of graims missing in the smaller containers... which for me was tacit because they sent less product than offered for the same money... but what about the international shipment fees?? I paid for a larger quantity of product! What about making the costumer happy? What about rewarding the client for the store mistakes?? Does not costumer satisfation comes first for this store?? Obviously not.

Damages during transport, good reactivity from DHL who repacked as packing made at the origin was too weak to protect bottles.
British essentials is silent to our claim to refund/exchange the broken goods which are obviously missing although notice has been done in a proper manner to DHL on receipt of goods.
