I still received message from Amazon on 25th July saying that the order had been shipped, would arrive 2nd Aug latest and could no longer be changed. The goods never turned up - apparently had been discontinued. It would have been nice to find that out at time of ordering rather than after chasing the supplier.

The package was shown as delivered here in Switzerland when I hadn't received it so I emailed customer service who got back promptly to say they would investigate. They did and the goods arrived safely today as a result. It was a local issue here that caused the delay. So my thanks to you for sorting the delivery out. Well packaged too.

Delivered the wrong item 2 orders out of 3 problem sorted both times but still inconvenient customer service staff were polite and helpful apologised and rectified which as they charge £10 for a £5 pack of food I would expect.

I think staff are rude, and not to trust with money when your items are stolen all you get told is you should take the trust with the company at your own choice ever wise , take chances if you receive your items if you don't you just lose your money

Very good positive experience product arrived promptly well packaged and we are very happy with it. Didn't realise that we could groom so much fur from our cat and she was happy to be groomed so obviously she enjoyed the experience. Our foster dog is a staffie so she has a very short coat but she benefitted from her groom and no loose hairs left on our carpet when she stands up now. Very pleased with our purchase.
