Bad service. I didn’t get my tracking number until I reached out to them at facebook and e-mail. It’s now been 12 days since I ordered my products, and they ignore me on facebook when I ask when my products will arrive. Hope they are worth the waiting!

While I am happy with the products I have purchased so far, the online shopping experience has not been great. the issue is either the products being arranged for delivery ONLY when I email to enquire about my order (which can be a week after I place my order) or the membership points redemption system doesn't work online. Given this is a relatively new brand and trying to gain access to the market (which it has done very well so far) it is essential that online customer experience is well dealt with. Of course this would not matter that much if you are only focusing on regional (North America) sales and don't care about customers overseas.
