When living with my mom she always had spectrum, well it was bright house then but it the same thing. Well when I decided to move out i also installed bright house ( spectrum ) never had any issues everything went great. But today was by far the worst experience ive had with spectrum. My internet has been out for 2 days ( due to spectrum ) ive called and called and every tech i speak too tells me something different. At first i was told that they are gonna be able to put it on today and at least min i was told that they are gonna have to reschedule. Due to the tech having complication in another job and never showing up to my appointment. So my appointment was pushed to later today. So i said thats fine but i need the tech to be early because i had to step out later today. I had my mother in law come and wait until he got here but then again never showed up. Supposedly he showed up and was waiting to long and he left. Mind you am already upset due the tech never showing up. So when i call the representative telles me she gonna send out my info to dispatch so that they can call me. And dispatch at the end tells me that the only thing they can do for me is to reschedule after I specifically told them i needed it to be done today cause i dont have cable and my sons tv is based on wifi. And she said that she cant do anythind else for me cause the tech guy was already out of the area. So mind you i am already 2 days with no wifi and now my sons is crying cause he wants to watch tv and he cant nd wants to use his tablet also and cant DUE TO NO WIFI ! the lack of communication is horrible. Waited almost 1 hour for dispatch to call me for her to then tell me she cant do anything else for mee. I am beyond angry with the customer service nd dispatch you guys need better communication not only with eachother but with the customers too. Now its another day with no wifi and another day that we just look at the wall since i cant even watch tv. Thank you spectrum thank you alott for nothing .

Have been with AT&T for years now, and paying what I was for just internet... The price for both Cable & Internet with Spectrum is fair.
And, just INTERNET price alone is simply great. Compared to AT&T.
Also, what is better customer service on the phone, and the overall level of in person customer service from the person who knocks on the door to introduce you to Spectrum/BrightHouse/TWC/Road Runner they are the one and same company now.
I got Spectrum last Friday and over this weekend tried to create an online account. I could not.
It didn't help my email was put in wrong by the fellow who signed me up. But, a quick text later and that issue was fixed.
So I waited until today Monday to call at about 8:37AM in the morning. Fully expecting automated phone hell... I was pleasantly surprised with the minimal automation other than directing my call to the department I wanted.
The phone had almost no time to ring on the inbound caller's headset and I cheerful, pleasant sounding young lady answered the phone.
I hope that some upper manager reads this post and insures this type of thing is the way things are done in all of customer support.
She was very helpful, very attentive, worked out the kinks of my silly account issues in abut five or so minutes.
Very professional, and easy to talk to. Loved how nice she was, and even when I asked about downgrading my service she remained pleasant.
I have read some reviews stating less than this kind of thing.

Zero tolerance on THREATS to life or property.
CUSSING /SWEARING - Is not required to be taken by any customer service person or others. This will often end a call, until you calm down enough to use proper language again.
Being nice often leads to a much better end result for you.
I just wanted to say that my experience so far with Spectrum has been pretty good.
I WOULD RECOMMEND SPECTRUM TO ANYONE.
