I was one of the first business's to use Breezeworks to manage my business, I now depend on it for all operations and will never leave. It has become my backbone in all aspects of operation. I have been using Breezeworks for a number of months now and it has improved my efficiency in creating and managing estimates jobs and payments. Feedback from my customers has been excellent.

I love Breezeworks. The amount of time and paper that it has saved us more than compensates for the cost. If I had one criticism it would be the inability to search for a customer by their phone number, however all the advantages I have gained versus similar scheduling programs far out weighs that. Thank you to all of the Breezeworks team.

I use this app/service exclusively to run my owner-operated plumbing business. It lets me keep track of customer information, past jobs, scheduling, invoicing and pricing. I love it!

It's a great app, just two things I don't like. I am told that the automated appointment reminders do not have blocks of time for an expected arrival. It only allows you to pick an exact time. That's a huge problem with service companies, I don't know of any service company that gives an exact time for arrival. We all give at least a three hour arrival window. Secondly the app will upload your appointments from google calendar but the appointments you add in the Breezeworks app does not show up in your google calendar.
I have expressed my concern about these two issues and it doesn't seem that Breezeworks isn't concerned about these issues. For that I gave it four stars.

I own a small HVAC company and we used paper tickets to schedule all of our work. Breezeworks has streamlined this process and in turn saved me money on the tickets that I no longer need. To be able to have my techs get there calls on their phones out in the field, along with adding notes and pictures to refer back to is a huge improvement. The customer service that I have received from the staff at Breezeworks is simply top notch as well. Looking forward to a long working relationship with Breezeworks!

I like to application and ease of use. My customer's like how appointment reminders present a professional appearance. However for the monthly cost that is paid in comparison to the one cost for similar less expensive applications it lacks features that would be nice to be able to customize.

I have used Breezeworks for several months and find it helpful. It would be much more valuable to me if they would include square-foot pricing. It would be much more valuable to me if they provided that option. Without it, the cost seems a little high to me.

I have been using this app almost since it began while I was doing side jobs. Eventually I began doing my business full time and it has been a key element in keeping my schedule organized, as well as my estimates and customer database. I have used and am using other apps for Home warranty companies and they have nothing on what breezeworks has accomplished. It has been a great relationship.

First of all, I love Breezeworks and it really has made my life easier with managing customer information and scheduling appointments. It's nice to have job notes and pictures stored online that I can easily access at any time. I also love that I can view the map of a customers location directly from the app. My only complaint is that I would like to be able to add multiple phone numbers or email address for customers and label each one individually. Right now, there is no way to distinguish which number belongs to the husband/wife and there is no option to create custom titles for that information which makes it difficult for me to know who I'm calling. Most of the homes I do work in require that I communicate with one or both homeowners and I would love to see Breezeworks give me the option to customize my customer information better so I'm not always having to save their info into my contact on my phone. It would also be nice to have the option to upload more than one picture or PDF file to a customer's job notes. Currently I have to dump all of the job pictures into a PDF app to create a single file, which has been a huge pain.
If these 2 issues were changed then I would give Breezeworks a 5 star rating hands down.
