I ordered a heavy-duty wheelchair for my dad when he was coming out of hospital. I wasn't sure which wheelchair would be right but Grace suggested a few different options over the phone & sent an email with links. I ordered online and it arrived 2 days later. Great service and the wheelchair is perfect thank you!

Placed an order about a week ago and there's been no movement on the order. Tried to call but no one ever answers. Tried to email but their mailbox is full. Don't believe the "Awesome service" review - it's written by the owner of the company.
