I’ve ordered from breezy countless times. Mostly, I’ve had no issues. Once a 120 ml bottle of jimmy the juice man came and had leaked. I contacted them and they immediately sent out another bottle. Another time a bottle of basix fizzy lemonade leaked into my bag because the lid’s childproof seal broke. Idk if that was my fault for screwing it on too tightly so I never contacted them. They’re a million times better than eightvape.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Customer Service is rude, service is slow. Prices are low but who knows when and if you will ever get your order. I accidentally closed out of my window while in the middle of a chat trying to figure out why my order hadn't shipped 3 days AFTER I placed my order and I logged back into the chat and apologized and let customer service know I accidentally logged out and the new representative told me to not log out of the window. Well, obviously I didn't purposely log out. I'm not stupid. EJuice Direct has much better service, prices are just as good, shipping is cheap and faster. You ALWAYS get the product you pay for as well. Don't ever buy from Breazy ever.

After several orders with various complaints from not delivering to Indiana, though the laws were changed over a year ago, to leaking bottles in transport, to age verification failed to defective mods nearly catching fire (they made me video it and pay $14 to mail it back to them) to out of stock items.... I'm done with Breazy always an excuse for everything. Yes they addressed each issue in the longest possible timeframe conceivable but after 5 times and not 1 order being without issue I give up. We found another vendor that sells my favorite juice and will be using them from now on. If they didn't have so many screw ups I might stay with the company but the customer service really put me off

BUYERS WATCH OUT. Bought 4 bottles of Humble Smash Mouth and the flavor profile was completely wrong. Has a strong spearmint flavor. Their response was that over time juice will lose flavor. I know about storing juices correctly but this was a new order just received. THEIR SOLUTION--we'll give you a $10 store credit (not even close to covering the cost of my order) so they also gave me a VIP code for a extra 10% off 😂. Customer service is non existent if you want any kind of refund. So basically if they send you old stock you have no chance of getting a replacement or your money back. If anything happens just don't waste your time trying to resolve any issue concerning money

I steered away from ordering from Breazy.com in the past due to receiving poor quality products and failure to get back to me when I email them regarding the issues with my products. I thought I would try one more time with an order and see if they drop the ball again. I should have listened to my gut and ordered from another supplier. I ordered a mod kit and received it in a timely manor this go around but low and behold the mod they sent me is trash and won't even power up. You think they would test their merchandise before they ship it. Anyhow I emailed them 1hr after I received it in the mail advising them it's not working and to let me know what to do so I can return it for a working mod. Three days later and two emails later I have had to response to my email. They don't waste any time taking my money but after sending me junk once again they just ignore me. Last time this happened with Breazy it was a week later when they finally responded to me. Long story short,I can say I have learned my lesson and I don't recommend Breazy to my worst enemy.

I ordered with them Thursday evening and I had my product Monday morning. I was very impressed with their shipping speed especially for being free shipping. I got my order with some frilly little paper pieces and a pamphlet explaining more about vaping and some deals. I have never ordered with them those for today and was a little nervous to do so but Norton guarantee also makes me feel safe but I don't think I got that email from Norton like I do when I order from somewhere else Scott. I can't remember at this time. Hope this helps

.Ordered a vape off their site. The same day I got an email that the vape I just ordered dropped $10 in price. I asked if they would refund the $10 and they refused. Poor customer service. I will stick with other sites from now on. Flawless vape, ejuice connect, and element vape are way better with customers. So much for trying a new site

My very first experience was not good because I was new to vaping and had a lot of questions that I wasn't really assisted with. The device I ordered got held up for some reason and I ended up getting help from a Breazy rep via Reddit. It was a while before I shopped Breazy again but I have done so a few times and the experiences are much improved. I'm glad I gave them another shot because prices and service are great.
The variety of devices (and their prices) is one of the draws for me. I haven't bought any of their juices because, on those, the prices seem kind of high.

Good prices on products, extremely terrible international shipping with USPS, super expensive, and takes forever to arrive.
Other sites offer FedEx for $24, arriving in 3 days not once ever longer then 4 days to arrive even after two packages being held by customs. 24 hour Delay at most both times. Over 100 orders elsewhere.
Breazy - $97 or there abouts a for express international - three and a half weeks. Same time as standard orders I’ve placed before with Breazy. This has been constant with my friends in Australia that have tried your company.
If it wasn’t for your company’s choice to stay with USPS, despite numerous consumer complaints on price for deliver and timing located a large number of sites, it would be a good company with ok pricing.

My original order wasn't able to be fulfilled...whatever. They sent me a different color tank, and that was fine... then, they sent me the wrong coils. they didn't tell me that what i ordered went out of stock (for the second time), and sent me something incompatible instead. I didn't find out until i needed to replace my coil, 10 or so days later....i thought "no biggie, there should be a replacement coil in the package, just like what the online description said!". nope. no replacement glass, either. Since I had to cancel my card due to fraud issues, I got the sale price for the coils in store credit. Better than nothing, sure, but...on the whole, i'm incredibly disappointed with my experience, and won't be ordering from them again lol. The $10 credit will be chilling there forever I guess.

Horrible Customer Service! bought a unit and within 3 days the unit broke. Wanted me to send a video of a unit that wasn't even working to troubleshoot. Since it was a battery issue I wouldn't ship back based on me not willing to just in case it exploded! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible experience, terrible company. I placed an order on the 10th of November, upon placing the order I informed that I will be flying out of the U.S on the 18th and I must receive the order prior to my flight. I was told it would surely make it. Today is the 14th of the month and the item has not even shipped yet! Customer service promised a manager would call me within 24 hours, 48 hours later and no one called. "The warehouse has not responded regarding the tracking." What are you Amazon? Call the warehouse and find out what's going on. I seriously don't understand what kind of idiot runs this company to have such terrible processes and protocols. Stay away from them, unprofessional and who knows if you will ever get your items. Order canceled!

Breazy is hands down best customer experience I've ever had IN MY LIFE. I had buy one get one free. I only received the free one at first and it was 3mg (I wanted 6mg). I sent an email not even expecting a reply. They replied within a day, sent me tracking for the second one and sent me ANOTHER free one (correcting the 3mg for the 6mg). The only downside to buying vape juice online is you can't smell it or taste it to really try it but the awesomeness of this website makes me not even care about it. I can just go to a vape store and sample them and then buy them on Breazy. Haha. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME

Placed order on 28 Oct with expedited shipping, it's now 7 Nov and the order has still not shipped despite them "Reaching out to the warehouse". 1st and last time I'll order from them. I highly recommend you heed the slew of negative reviews about shipping times, you will not get your order in any reasonable timeframe

However, another week has gone by and my order still has not been processed and shipped out. This is my first time ordering from this site and my first experience from here hasn't been good at all. I don't want another apology. I just want my order to be packed and sent out.

Wrote a review last week - was a bit miffed about slow order filling and annoying site scripting. Did receive my order 9 days after placing it (can't fault Breazy for USPS being slow, but I do wish things were filled a little faster). Writing a second review as I am unable to edit and change my rating of 3/5 stars on the first review. I went ahead and called Breazy when I was a bit concerned about the order filling time, was in touch with a live human right away who took the time to explain about the warehouse move. When I did get my package, it was packed very well, everything was 100% as advertised, all product was genuine, packing slip was hand signed. Giving this a 5/5 with two minor issues: 1) If you're having delays on filling orders, breazy, maybe throw that information right on the top of the homepage or somewhere during check out so we know. I don't mind delays that I can plan around, it's unannounced delays that I think is resulting in a lot of the lower rated reviews here. 2) Pull your website scripting guy to the side, let him know the obnoxious flashing tab title between the current page name and a cute :-) is cute but a little on the annoying side. Also; I was happy to subscribe to notifications from you all as I like knowing when there is a sale or special on something I like, but dang it: been averaging 3 notifications a day since I signed up a couple weeks ago, along with a dozen or so e-mails every week with the same info. Less is more when it comes to this kind of stuff, people are just going to disable notifications and unsubscribe from e-mail updates when it's that often. I'd imagine most people order vape gear/juice every week or two, not twelve times a week lol :) Thanks again for addressing my issues with my order and shipment and for having good phone customer support, came back as I did not feel it was fair to leave my 3 star review there without correcting it and giving you the credit you deserve. You earned my business (it was shaky there for a few days) and I will be ordering again! Finally, a request - reach out to levelupvapor and maybe carry their juice line? Best nicotine salt vape just I've ever had comes from them, and I love getting everything from one company vs having to order hardware from one place and juice from another. I’d give them a 0 if I could. DONT buy from them. They sent me a defective vape and refused to return it- they tried blaming me and saying it was the coils, nooooo- coils don’t burn after a few hits- let alone the 3 packs of coils I went through hoping it Was the coils and not the vape. They passed me around from person to person whom all gave the same robotic reply. I also called and heard them laughing in the background and mocking me. I got very frustrated as they have he power here and play dumb and offer no solution. How can I show proof the vape is defective when it’s internal? Terrible customer service, terrible respond times (if they ever do respond). Rather fix the issue and take ownership- mistakes happen, I get it- but let’s fix it and keep a customer who will shop with you again- you blame the customer and now lost good business. I’ve been vaping for a long time, know how to properly treat the devices and coils and use them- I’m livid that you’d handle business this way and waste my money and time. Buy- elsewhere, these guys suck ****update, they asked me to video a recording of me priming my coils, then the coils burning prematurely- seriously?! I’m out of coils because the vape burnt them all and not spending more money on this vape... I’m using my old vape Now and NOOO coils are burning up with that. Ridiculous request. Paid $95 USD For express shipping on the 25th of oct, now it’s the 6th November and it has yet to be been received by the postal service. Spoken to customer service 4 times, all said they would open a case. No one can tell me where the package is. Promised a refund (in a chat, I have the transcript if there’s any lawyers around lol jks ) if they couldn’t tell me what’s going on with my package today. Again told they will open a new case and get a manager to open a new case as well. Ordered from another site yesterday package will arrive Friday. 4 days shipping and $24 USD. I’d suggest to management to change shipping companies to a more reliable company, most complaints on here are for shipping reasons. Customers are telling you there honest opinions and you are ignoring them. I can personally say that a cheap alternative and faster service is around. Not sure I can say what company on here for a review without it looking like a sales pitch.
