A lot of delivery problems. It took 3 month’s to get the product in the house. But in the end it worked out thanks to Elisabete. And please don’t give me that crappy response that you did not recognize the order reference.

Sizing could improve but overall experience with this brand doesn’t disappoint

When you order a bikini set with print on it be prepared that most probably you will receive completely different print because the material is cut by the producers and they don't guarantee that the pattern you saw on the web site and order will be the same as the one delivered to you. So even if you buy an expensive bikini you may get something that looks like a cheap bikini cut however the print goes which looks just unatractive. This is very disappointing. So think twice before you order a bikin with print on it.
The shop has the worst customer service ever, the customer service officer can't understand English and is not helpful at all. Whatever you ask for there is always a problem to get help.

Great product! But took a month to be delivery to USA...

Really awsome and flattering bikini, thats very good quality and very well made, size was perfect and just as shown on pictures. The one thing that made not give 5 stars is that when I ordered the first time it never got sent and I waited for a good while then contacted them and they were great and very quick to respond and sent it out and I had it not too long after, so good hasslefree communication. I'm gonna buy all my bikinis from here now that I've found the exact ones I been looking for.

I like the choice that the company provide however I have been disappointed with the cheap fabric. I am also a fairly standard UK size 10 and the medium is a touch on the small size, even given that it is a Brazilian cut.
