I was waiting forever for my order to arrive and finally after a long time for being not delivered I suspect that there is something wrong and of course I found that my order was lost and I had to call and deal with customer service to get another one, honestly little disappointing!

The bikinis are good, however they are overpriced. Shop around you will find better deals, especially if you order direct from the country of origin. Returns are a problem, as they only take returns 30 days from the day they are shipped. But often take 3-4 weeks to arrive - especially getting stuck in customs. If you don't decide right then and there to return, you are out of luck.

EDIT: I was able to get a exchange for something else. But it took this review to get action. Now they have asked me three times to edit my review.

I have learned lessons and have moved on.

I returned an article and on the email with the return details, they mentioned they'd reimburse me the value of the article 48 hours after they received. It's been one week since they received the article and they still didn't reimburse me the value.

Not only, they sent me a discount code that should give me free shipping on my next order above 30€ but the discount code doesn't work. I emailed their customer support 5 days ago exposing this situation and so far no reply.

Really awful customer service.

RE the reply I just received - please note that discount code you sent me was only offering me a 5€ discount in shipping, not free shipping (I was placing an order with the total value of 31€), and I sent you an email through the contact form on your website warning of this issue on Saturday, and still didn't get any reply.

I will send you the tracking number of the article I returned by email.

Very thick material.

It was a shame that i didnt receive my order on time, but i was happy with the item quality. I paid in advance for a express delivery, but only received 2 months later. I am never going to buy anything on this website ever again.

I ordered three pairs of flip flops which were paid for and shipped. I never received the order as it was sent back even though I entered the correct postage details. I am still waiting on the order two months later. Very disappointing.
