Bravo fly is a terrible site. The customer service is terrible and is non existent. It is impossible to get in contact with them and there is no help line that will actually speak to you. Waiting for them to contact me through here!!!

I read a lot of bad experience about bravofly before, but I decided give them a chance. I bought ticket from Vienna to Krakow. Process was smooth until last step. I dind’t check their insurance. I unchecked it in everywhere. But on the last step (payment) it was checked automatically. I didn't notice until I received email about that. I was able to canceled it in couple days( I am nor sure exact how many) and ask for refund. and they refunded me in 5 days( insurence amount). so my conclusion is, it is kind of scam add insurence about notice, but my experience with refund was good.

So I want to send a message or email & get a quick reply but it appears the only way to get in touch is telephone, they don't even have WhatsApp!!! You'd have thought that would be standed with a travel company. I don't want to phone as I am abroad, don't know how long it will take to call and don't want to attend £s on something where I should be able to email.
If anyone has an email for bravofly can they send it to me please?
Basically I might have to change my flight on 6th October, flight no AV7388 confirmation no TXYOFY Quito to La Paz.
I called the airline & they said I would have to ask booking agent. They said they could change but need to permission of the booking agent. I can see on bravofly online the request can me made but I would like to know in advance if I will be granted permission, how much in advance I need to make the request and a ballpark figure of fees. If that information could be provided I would be very grateful. Thanks Donna

I have booked a return flight BKK-PUS since 16 Jul 2019 .My trip is on 18Oct-22Oct 2019 ,Booking ID 1445029626.Untill now ,I recieved only a confirmation email ,but none of air ticket .So I have to contact the airline myself for checking the availability of my booking ,but they can't send me the air ticket . Importantly ,it's so hard to contact you ,no email ,no contact no. in my country .I have to solve all these problems by my own.

Tried to change a flight, been told a lot of lies and at the end had to cancel my flight. They say they will return in 72 hours- it took 2 weeks to tell me that I need to pay for the change, then they said that in 7 days I will get the confirmation, after 2 weeks still nothing..when I asked to cancel, they sent me the email in 2 minutes.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They don't pick up the phones. Called customer services multiple times and they keep you pressing options which ultimately leave you hanging on listening to terrible music until they eventually hang up your call.

I made contact with you via social media after 3 failed attempts to get in touch via your call centres, where the above scenario played out each time.
The 4th attempt was after missing a call from you answering my social media plea for help, in which predictably, the exact same thing happened.
This service is sub standard and your processes need reviewing.

While i was booking the price displayed was less then one they charged me. I when i writte to them the canceled my booking but they charged that. I have never experienced this type of Incovenience. I send them also all screens where the price is displayed.
I am really disapointed, be sure thaT i will never buy anything from tou ever!!!!
I can't believe in this. Even i send to you all the screens with displayes price. This is robery!!!

I bought a flight ticket 3 days ago, still waiting for the confirmation from Bravofly. There are less than 24 hours left before my flight and there seems to be no confirmation nor a refund. Having talked with Customer Service they are only saying me to wait for them, that there is a technical issue. According to their rules, I should get a refund in case the ticket is not confirmed. I think it is called not confirmed when there are only couple of hours left before the flight and you still have no ticket. I demand someone to take care of the case!!! 12 hours ago they told me they would can me in 7 hours with a solution, I have not received their call, nor the confirmation and not they are not even answering my calls!

Had to cancel my flight. They do not reassure you that you will be getting a full refund but rather the refund of the insurance which was about $10. What I would like is the tickets refunded which is the more important amount of money a person would be concerned with in looking for a refund, not the $10 insurance fee. If I would have gone to the airline itself to find the tickets I would have had a full refund already. Never use this company. There is a wall of contact diversion so that you can't really have any impact or feedback of your refund. I am now going to try contacting the airline myself as others below have tried and force this issue. I hope that enough of these reviews are placed here and other places to shut down operations like this for good.

DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY to book your air tickets!!!
Last week, I booked a return flight to fly with Malindo Air through this site. They quoted a total price and I paid for it. Actually, what they have done was to give me 20kg baggage allowance for my departure but no baggage allowance for the return flight. I believe they have done this to trick us with a lower price. But, bad news for me was, I had to throw away my baggage at the return airport because, it was too late to buy baggage allowance and airline charges a ridiculous amount to do that. Bravofly did not ask me to add baggage in the process when I bought the return ticket or they did not prompt me that they did not add the baggage for the return flight. Which agent sell return tickets with one leg with baggage and other without??? These people are tricking people to buy tickets from their site pretending the price is low and they do not care what trouble people get into due to their tricks! Do not ever use this site!!

Hi Bravofly I don't know if this is a bad review or not yet but I wrote back after I was informed that Our booking was partly cancelled and I was informed that you would offer a refudn. Is taht an Authentic Message? There is to little information to know what are the results and on my profile the trip looks normal - no Message about cancellation.

After 2days of waiting for the confirmation of booking, they suddenly cancelled the booking and they said they will refund the said amount just wait for few day. Like how many days!? Hopefully BRAVOFLY will return the money we earned from hardworking!

After having a troublesome experience with some flights that have not been changed, eventhough I had signed an insurance, I experienced an absolute kind and caring support, who followed up and refundet my expenses. That was a good experience of how they handled "a moment of truth" situation and I have full faith and trust in this company, who btw. has pretty fair fares for their flights. I can recommend to use bravofly!

TOTAL SCAME COMPANY!!!
As an operator we used Bravofly to book round trip tickets from CPH to JFK with a stop in Manchester on the out bound. Bravofly provided a travel package for us with 3 different airlines, under the EU regulations a “Package Travel” / “LTA”.
As a travel agent Bravofly insured us over the phone, that a full refund of our unused, and know invalid, Thomas Cook flight tickets would be tranfurem to us, so we could book new tickets. Our ticket with other airlines on the round trip, would nor be refunded, which is fair enough.
However, afterwords we have received a mail, where they completely wave off their responsibility to support their customers, and askes us to contact the local district court our selfs, to claim on their behalf, because one of their operatora has filed for bankruptcy.
We paid the tickets more than 7 months before departure, and don’t have any knowledge on how much of the ticket price there were for Thomas Cook, or what payment terms Bravofly have negotiated with Thomas Cook.
Bravofly wont inform or send us a specification, so basically we can’t even follow their instructions and claim our selfs.
In the mail from Bravofly, it says DO NOT REPLAY, and in the same mail thay ask the customers to avoid calling there “Customer Care Team”, as they are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause….!!!
A Scame Company is defined be 1 of 2…
1. Selling a product, knowing you don’t have the intention to deliver the product you sold.
2. Not taking responsibility for your product liability = Bravofly..!

Promising more than they can actually account for.
I bought a Flex ticket from Copenhagen to Alta, flying with SAS. I should simply have gotten the ticket directly from SAS.
At first, I called them to add an extra suitcase, to bring my skies, as I can't do anything online in my "personal account".
I called the custome service as this is the only way Bravofly allows to communicate (elegantly avoiding written communication and thus the risk of proof of complaints/rights). I got a bad connexion to some remote location with a poor speaking English assistent. He promised me to add a ski bag "no extra cost, now it's done", but after that I couldn't see any changes on my site. Later, I received a mysterious mail accepting my proposal but for "the additional price of.."
Bravofly promised me to be able to change the ticket (namely date of departure, as I was uncertain of that), but logging in to "My Bravofly" I couldn't change a single thing. I payed extra for the flex option to be able to change the ticket without extra cost but they seem to regard this only as extra Bravofly cost, not to the airline.
NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company!!

I booked a flight through Bravofly and then was notified the airline canceled the flight. I emailed Bravofly asking for a refund of the $2,100 we spent on the flights, which they said they will request for me and I’ll hear from them soon. I have been chasing Bravofly for months with absolutely no progress being made on my refund! My emails would take a week to be replied too, and all replies were generic robotic emails saying they have requested it. I got over waiting, so I started calling them (this is after 2 months of lies in emails from them). Every staff member I spoke to said the same thing, they have requested my refund, I finally found out from the 5th time of calling, that they hadn’t actually requested my refund and they are doing so now. 2 months wasted! The airline responded and said that Bravofly has contracted the wrong department and they need to contact this other department. So now Bravofly are supposedly contacting this other department. I decided to speak with the supervisor at Bravofly and he promised me he will get it sorted and contact the airline and fast track my refund for me, this is the supervisor! He then promised me he would email me and update of his progress that same day with what he had done. Well I never got an email or heard from him again! The other 5 staff members I spoke to over the previous weeks all said they would email me an update as well, and guess what, nothing! No emails, no phone calls, nothing! They have even stopped replying to my emails! I am beyond furious! I have my honeymoon in 6 weeks and they have stolen $2,100 from me! Don’t not book with them, they lie through their teeth and don’t ever call or email you back! I am seeking legal advice to go after them!

Hello my Booking Id on Bravofly is 1488119008. The flight is next weekend from Singapore to Phuket. I read terrible reviews about Bravofly but unfortunately after we booked our tickets.

Thanks for reply on review but the scenario you mentioned is all incorrect, at least you reply for reviews, not for emails and calls, i ask them to refund me whats been committed not for clarification for charges and one of your Manager said that she will listen to recording and will reply me, After spending 30 minutes on phone I successfully talked with the manager Prachi from India working according to UK time and selling tickets in Australia who said that she will check and will get back to me in 72 hours which hasn't been happened yet. I hope you guys will show some courtesy to call me back asap to sort it out.
