I visited the Chester store today and was fitted by Alice. The customer service was excellent and Alice bought me several styles of bra's in different colours and even wrote down the names of some other bra's I might like. The store was lovely and I liked the little touches they made in the changing rooms such as the robe to cover yourself and a Bravissimo magazine to browse whilst you're waiting for your bra's. I left with 3 comfy and stylish bra's and 1 pair of knickers. I now won't go anywhere else to be fitted.

Went to Kings Street in Manchester and was served by Pam. After a brief talk about what I'd like she showed me a few just to see how they fitted and exactly what I needed the bras for. I came out with 3 three perfectly fitting bras and confidence in the fitting. Pam's a star , very confident in the goods she sells and the great quality too.

I have always had a good experience with customer service but sadly I've walk away unhappy with my purchases I thought I'd finally find a place that sells bras that fit. Being a 28HH is not the easiest finding anything anywhere else. I went a spent a small fortune on about 8 bras (so hundreds of pounds) I wasn't overaly happy with the fit being 26 and young finding something that makes you feel surported but "sexy" is impossible. But I thought if I can find something that help with my back and that fits then it's a start. I get home and after a few days of wearing my bra it had rubbed me raw. being small skinny women with big boobs and the underside being so thick just hurt me. I tried a few of the others and they did the same just hurt me. It's a shame but I can't wear them at all. Now having to squeeze into bras that don't fit but don't hurt or wear sports bras.

Having been to John Lewis in Birmingham and been treated with complete disregard - the woman was only interested in tidying up the area - when I needed help with sizing and the right style, I went to the Leeds Branch of Bravissimo in the lovely Victoria Quarter and had a wonderful experience. In future I would ring the store in advance to book a time slot. (I think the website should offer that facility - if the client doesn’t arrive then that time could be filled by a walk in probably). I returned to the shop at my time and Alisha was excellent. Welcoming, thoughtful and with superb product knowledge. Alisha established my new size very quickly and brought a handful of different options to try based on my requirements. I left with the perfect bra and will definitely be returning. Many thanks indeed Alisha! Highly recommended. Xx

I bought a voucher for may partners birthday as she had always wanted a professionally fitted bra but could never afford it.
Its been nothing but a hassle for my partner ever since. She has been to the store 5 times in all.
First time was for the fitting, she was pretty happy after that but they didn't have the sizes her fitting results of the bras she liked. She came home and ordered some items online in the size she was informed by the store.
One of the be a didn't fit at all compared to the other she orederd. Since then she has been back a further 4 times, being told she was different sizes by different staff members. Each time a different size was ordered and didn't fit, the one that my partner did feel comfortable in, she was advised she needed another size. She then reordered the size that fitted best only for the bra to be damaged when she arrived at the store.
Each time this has cost my partner money in bus fees there and back, been nothing but a hassle for a person with a chronic illness. This has really taken a toll on her and could have been easily resolved in store.
I'm not impressed by the service that others have issued 5 stars, I just don't see it.
I personally heard a staff member tell a customer they don't measure you, they give you bras to try on until one fits. This seem absolutely ludicrous to me and can fathom the method of not measuring something to fit. Absolutely crazy!

I ordered a bunch of items but after nearly 4 weeks, didn’t receive my order. I contacted Bravissimo customer service and they were so helpful - they shipped out a duplicate order the following day with expedited delivery. Sure enough, a week after I received the expedited order, I received my original order which I quickly shipped back to Bravissimo. Awesome products and even better customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Visited the Liverpool store on the 16th October.
I wanted a new black bra for my birthday bash next week.
I was fitted by Janet who was excellent. She listened to what I wanted and brought me a number of different styles and sizes to ensure we got it right.
I also wanted some new brighter vibrant colours and again Janet brought me a variation of them
I ended up with a beautiful rust coloured one, a pretty pink and finally a Turquoise Brand name Millie. This was not in stock but ordered at the till for me with matching briefs.
Delivered to my home address free postage. Was due Saturday but arrived Friday lunchtime.
Very impressed from start to finish

I was at a charity do last night in Cheltenham & I can’t praise the staff any more. Jill helped me with sizing- that’s another story - but she was brilliant. I have got body image issues but Jill was caring and attentive, she went over and beyond to try and help me although the shop was very busy. Now on to the manager, Karen - I can clearly see she has got a passion for the charity but she cares about her customers and her company. To the rest of the staff a big thank you for an entertaining evening

Was looking to buy a bra just a few days before my holiday. Tried in store and then ordered online. Received an email and a phone call regarding the online order to say delivery had been changed in order for the bra to arrive in time and part of the delivery charge would be refunded.
One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Amazing customer service and many thanks to the lovely lady Jade who dealt with my order/query.

After an unsuccessful hour and half visit to M & S only to leave disheartened and empty handed after trying on numerous bras, I decided to go to Bravissimo to see if they could help me - WOW what a difference from the moment I walked into the shop asking to be measured to walking out I was made to feel comfortable and at ease - nothing was too much trouble, explained everything to me - asked how I felt in everything and the selection was amazing - so much choice - only downside was I couldn’t buy everything but I certainly won’t be shopping anywhere else for lingerie in the future - straight to bravissimo for me 😁😁😁 xxx

Visited Cheltenham store today and helped by Elsie, a young girl but soooo helpful and nice. Made useful suggestions, and brought endless different sizes and styles for me. Helped me fasten things when tricky and generally smiley and friendly and all round super.
Made my shopping experience very positive and went home with a really well fitting bra in the style I was looking for. Well done Elsie and thank you!!

Excellent service as usual. I visited the Nottingham store to be re-fitted as I had lost some weight after illness and was no longer happy with the size of my bras. I was perfectly assessed and helped to find the shape I wanted from my new size. Fantastic. I am delighted since I doubt I would have been able to achieve this in any other store than Bravissimo. Thank you.

I made a visit to the Oxford Street store in London, My whole intention was to look at the new season collection and just pick up a jacket.and leave.
Lovey staff member Leyla, asked if I needed assistance, and advised me I had picked up the wrong size - too big on the hip - go down a size!! On Leyla's recommendation,I then tried other garments I would have never considered suitable for my P shape, but with great patience, Leyla guided me through various options. Over 1 hour later(time flies by when your having fun!) I left with renewed confidence, joy and some lovely pieces!. Thank you Leyla! Thank you Bravissimo!!

I visited Bravissimo on August 16th 2019 in Birmingham. I went for a bra and swimsuit fitting and was assisted by Eileen. She was professional. She made me feel comfortable and not very conscious of the size of my breasts which are large. She listened to my concerns and patiently brought many styles for me to try. Eventually, we found my perfect size in Bravissimo's Melrose style. Thank you Eileen and Bravissimo for a truly empowering experience!

I placed an order online for 2 items that said the product was in stock. I received an email the following day to say 1 item had been dispatched. 24 hours later so a total of 48 hours later i receive an email to tell me the second item cannot be located in their depot. And their customer services were no help whatsoever. I am very dissappointed in the company and wont use them again.
If you can find your products you want elsewhere i would use another company.

Whichever member of staff helps me....every visit is a wonderful experience. I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable. Last week I was helped by Alisha who was professional and efficient giving great advice and helped me find 2 new styles which I am thrilled with. Can't wait for my next visit.

I've shopped with Bravissimo online for years but had never shopped in store until today when I visited Bravissimo, Milsom Street, Bath. What can I say, except friendly, attentive & helpful staff and plenty in stock of my size. Cannot fault the service & will definitely return. Left with 2 new bras, a swimming costume, a t-shirt & a memory of a great shopping experience!

I’ve been a Bravissimo customer since 2002, with the exception of two years when I boycotted them because a sales assistant in store said I could return a bra, then online refused the return. This was really annoying and a total waste of £30 and a good bra which could have been sold to someone else, so I shopped at the Fantastie factory shop instead for two years and they lost about £700 of business. Take note if you’re reading this Bravissimo! Anyway that aside, the customer service is quick and efficient; I’ve always found the live chat good, they have a hard working team there, and I personally think it’s the best place to get 30/28 FF/G bras. They’re rarely in stock in department stores and while I also love Mimi Holliday and Rigby and Peller, Bravissimo is more affordable. Swimwear is also good, I’ve recently had a bit of surgery and one of their genius swimming costumes did what I thought was unachievable and made me feel sexy despite scars and putting on some weight. I just wish they rewarded loyalty, did more on environmental sustainability, and most importantly, offered some slightly more fashion forward options in Pepperberry (I imagine they have to cater to a set demographic but at the same time, a lot of it feels too old, with a bit of an M&S vibe, for me at 35 and I have disposable income and usually shop at Anthropologie/Free People/Stella McCartney/Hobbs/Jigsaw but find my boobs an issue and I can’t be alone!) with some better fabrics, e.g. organic cotton, bamboo and silk. Current fabrics can be thin, synthetic and don’t wear well. Know others have said this and they haven’t listened, maybe it’s profit margins, but have they done some proper market research? Pepperberry is crying out for a high end capsule collection and you have one thing no one else has GREAT FIT for an increasingly booby population. In fact maybe just employ me ;-). @sustainably_jen
