I use to praise them but with the massive price increase but same quantity, it is no longer worth to order. Greed kicked in. Too bad. I loved their Lentil soup and dried fruit but its now too expensive for me.

I used to LOVE brandless but their prices have gone WAY up. I loved their cleaning products. A full sized ready to use bottle used to be their standard $3 or you could get 2 concentrated refills for the same price (fair considering you are saving production time, packaging, water, and TONS of shipping space). Now the refills are $6... rip off. Almost EVERYTHNIG has gone up in price. I will not be shopping with them again anytime soon.
Also for a company that sells paperless products they use WAYYYYY to much filler packaging and everything small comes in an individual plastic zip pouch.

A year ago I ordered utensils and one of each in dinner plate, bowl, and a mug to make sure I liked before I invested in a full set. I’ve loved them all and finally decided I was going to go for 12 each in all the dinnerware, but their prices jumped tremendously!!! I refuse to buy them now. I had even posted a rave review on FB telling everyone to check them out. So bummed!

I gave a 5 star rating a few months ago after I received my products, and I've ordered several times since. I love everything I've purchased and am thankful they are donating meals to feed America! I still give them a 5 star rating.

I use Brandless for their vitamins and supplements. I find the prices very fair and have continued to purchase my vitamins from the Brandless website. Shipping is also fairly quick so I usually reorder my vitamins when I only have 1 week worth left and usually get my next shipment in time.

They have a new CEO and they have discontinued many of the products that we love. I have discontinued cookies and raised prices from $3 to $9 on many things. They discontinued pasta and so many items I can't even list them. I did write an email to them and they gave me a standard reply which was a form letter. Brandless is no longer a small business. Is a huge corporation...and as such they have lost what was special about them.
It has gotten very expensive and the products have gotten terrible. We will no longer be shopping at brandless. The CEO knows nothing about running this business. That's such a shame.

I loved Brandless products. When I started buying from them, everything was $3. In the past year, the prices have more than doubled. It's too bad because I found the products to be high quality and environmentally responsible. Now they are just too expensive.

I love Brandless. I do not do all of my shopping through them, but I love their cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils ect.. a lot of people complain about the raise in pricing, but for the quality you get it is no different from any other store. Their products are great and I will continue to order from them.

Super disappointed in the recent changes. I was making frequent brandless purchases. I’ve purchased everything from office supplies, snacks, tons of baby products, dishes, spices, tea... you name it. I just went on to reorder some staple pantry items and everything has gone up in price so drastically that I won’t be purchasing from them anymore. Some prices have tripled. There’s nothing they sell that is special and can’t be found elsewhere- for a better price at that. I shopped with them previously for convenience and I liked the simple pricing model that felt like a fair deal.
The crazy price increases ruin the entire business model that made this e-commerce site attractive to begin with.

Brandless has recently changed all of their prices to increase by double in many cases, yet their products portions are still smaller than buying from any local grocery store. They claim cheap prices due to cutting out the middle man, but their cost per ounce of nearly every single foor or personal care itemd is greatly smaller than nearly ALL of the competition. I will not be spending another dollar with this rip off company who has let their popularity get to their head. Shame on brandless.

Package arrived very late. So I'm amending my review but keeping the 1 star rating. All cleaning items were unsealed dish detergent soap all in the bag (they ship soaps in zip lock bags.) I tried to contact customer service... Can only do that by sms or email.. Waited days for replies. Our household refuses to use product shipped that looks used. When I spoke to their customer service contact she said that adding basic seals to the inside of products was something that would need to be considered on a development level. Their toothpaste comes w a seal so did deodorant. The paper towel and toilet paper were thin and shoddy. Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is non existent and their treatment of customers is beyond rude. Avoid. At. All. Cost.

Brandless saves me both time and money as a student. The only grocery store close to campus is a Target which is not budget friendly. Brandless allows me to get amazing products at a low cost with free shipping on most of my orders!

The customer service is amazing. I will not go into my two errors so people don’t take advantage of them, but they went above and beyond to fix MY mistake. As for the items. It’s a try and see thing. You also have to compare size and price. It’s up to you to do that. The key to being able to give $3 flat rates is some come under and some come above the price point you can get somewhere else. What I do know is that I have cut done my $200 big box shopping by only buying what I need at Brandless I am not meandering through aisles picking up stuff that wasn’t on my list and driving my cost up because of thoughtless browsing. So for me it’s worth the $75 box to forgo the well intentioned trip to Target where I mindlessly spend $200.

I have ordered from this company a few times. Honestly, it's completely hit or miss. Where they are really lacking is that they don't have reviews of their products on the website. Some things are great, others are not worth the money and I'd like to be able to read and write reviews on individual items that they carry like most online stores. Their customer service is also severely lacking.

They mixed up my package with someone else’s and this package was way bigger than mine, so I felt a little bad but I did still email them that they made the mistake. Without even asking they sent me a new package completely free. So the customer service is really good, and I do enjoy the products. Although shipping is definitely slow.

I really enjoyed all the products I got from Brandless. Most of them were very tasty, and at least a decent value on most of them. The hot cocoa is way better than anything you can get the store. The milled flax seeds came in a huge bag for $3 and are still lasting me to today, months from when I placed the order (and I've been putting them in just about everything).
Not everything is a great value, but most of the items you really feel like you got what you paid for. The applesauce and oatmeal was a little disappointing as they are just basic like what you would get at the store, but a little bit less quantity and for $3 (but they were very good though, the oatmeal was like all natural organic stuff). They run a $10 off coupon frequently and have free shipping beyond $50.
Overall I would definitely recommend it if you have $40 to spend and they run the coupon. It's not just a gimmick, you actual feel like you went grocery shopping and got good organic foods for a reasonable price. Plus the shipping is nice it saved you a trip to the store.
Make no mistake, it's not as cheap as going to Kroger or Aldi or some budget grocery store, and not a substitute for them. But I do feel like the quality of the items is definitely better than store brands from those stores. It's not just a gimmick or pointless overspending.

I have been a fan of brandless for a long time. I always receive excellent quality products free of chemicals and dyes. I trust that what I buy is safe for my family. It cuts my grocery shopping in half so I have more time to be home on the weekends. I was a little disappointed when some of my fav products went up in price recently. If I could make a suggestion, why not lower the price for some of these products with a club membership. I continue to be a repeat customer!

I am really happy with everything I've bought so far.. Bought 8 of their products and only spent $25! Can't beat that or being able to buy olive oil and coconut oil for just three dollars a piece when they are usually outrageously priced, even at Wal-Mart! Awesome deals and great quality

A year ago I would have given this site 5 stars, I like the products and shopped with them regularly. Too bad the greed set in. Items went from $3 to $4+. That is at least a 25% increase., heck of a jump.

Brandless makes me feel seen and heard. My very first order was lost for 12 hours after confirmed delivery. I left a feedback saying what happened but I did not expect receiving the order again. I feel valued and after thinking that I would not buy again in fear of package handling now I feel certain that I have become a Brandless fan. Thanks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. After I pointed out that they increased their prices 67% on Facebook they blocked me and my negative comment, which was really just facts! Additionally they canceled my order and have left it in limbo meaning they still have my money and I have no products! Terrible way to do business. Spread the word, they are morally wrong! Don’t be tricked! They are throwing a tantrum because I called them out on being greedy!!

I discovered Brandless last summer via an ad on Facebook so I gave it a try. So far I am very impressed. There are a number of their items that I will never buy at the store again. Don't think that the $3 price point means its junk, quite the opposite and I don't know how they do it. Many of the pack sizes are really perfect for one or two people, I especially love the 8oz vegetable broth tetra packs, perfect for making rice or quinoa or whatever you need a cup of broth for rather than a big 32oz can that you will just put in the fridge. Their blue corn chips are so thin and light and perfect, I order them for me and my mom, we love them. I also love their toothpaste and facial astringent, cheap and great quality. And it isn't just those few things. I order their wonderful olive oil cooking spray over and over, it is a unique package that sprays evenly and perfectly until its empty, no dying at the end of the bottle. I have also found things like tomato sauce, ketchup, olive oil and peanut butter are amazing quality and a good pack size that allows me to use them up and order again rather than having a huge jar of peanut butter sitting around for months. Anyway, I think you will not be disappointed and they always give you coupons for the next purchase. I live relatively near San Francisco so my order arrives in a couple days with free shipping.

1. They use way too much packaging. Considering the brand marketing is geared towards health and environmentally conscious people, this is unacceptable.
2. Despite their ridiculous amount of waste (packaging) products were still damaged when they arrived.
