Ordered one month ago, not yet received anything, I tried contacting the customer service several times, but I did not get any response.
this is the worst shopping experience so far. What a waste, never ever order here!

Having received my 2 table lamps I opened them straight away to discover one lampholder was bent and broken, i emailed brand alley immediately, I also complained on their website contact form, both with no reply, the next day I emailed once again, received no reply, later that day I rang and was greeted politely by a lady who promised me she would sort it out and get back to me, no reply came, I rang again the next day, again to someone else who was very apologetic promising that she would also sort out a replacement and was contacting the ware house, promising again to get back to me, both promised to phone back , again no response, i wrote a letter also with no response, wasting time and money i decided to go and get it fixed, i then put the other lamp together to discover there was a fault in that one, the light flickered on and off and that too needed a new lamp holder, obviously these lamps are all faulty, i paid £30 to have an electrician replace both candle holders, so the both lamps cost me £130 instead of the original £100, anyone who orders from this company should seriously think again. They ignore you, dont return emails , basically don't have any customer care what so ever. Now I am about to contact the ombudsmen, they should not be allowed to trade, after reading the reviews I only wish I'd looked before ordering

Well, having read the reviews online I'm not going to process my basket which is held online!.
How disappointing to read how awful the attitude and indeed service is and foolish to part with payment when goods are either not arriving or arriving in a state not fit for purpose ect ect!.
As a retired retailer of 6 outlets, one is embarrassed to see/hear of bad practice and do not part with cash on a whim!.

Ordered a shoulder bag and mug from this website, order was confirmed and money taken from my account. Then even got messages telling when items would be delivered, got a parcel but only the mug was in it which convenietly was ths cheap item but no bag which obviously was the higher priced item. Dispatch note says both items in parcel ( yet the package only just fit the mug in so other item would never have fit in!).
The bag is now no longer available on the website and i am now expected to return the mug to get full refund...bearing in mind they will not refund delivery cost why should i pay to return item????
Useless site selling out of stock items.
Customer service supposed to be getting back to me but still waitin!!

Never received my product! No confirmation email, nothing except a daily newsletter which I didn't sign up for. After sending them my email again no answer after 3 days. I've asked PayPal to refund my money. I will never deal with this company again

I purchased items from the French brandalley website back in October and I have received nothing. My emails go unanswered and I’ve called numerous times but no one answers. I think it’s a scam so take my advice and DONT purchase anything from this website. NEVER AGAIN!!!

On their website must be fake reviews as I ordered a coat, which was obviously fake, I am shocked. Sadly as I wanted to trust this website I ordered two sizes in different orders so now I have almost 20pounds of postage fees. I have contacted them as I would like to have them as a return back due to sending me a faulty items, but so far no response.

Ordered my 4 items on 26th December. 3 items recently arrived. Returned 1 paid my own postage then was charged again. Refund was given after telephone call and proof of postage. I item still outstanding, I have chased and they said would look into it and come back to me. Still no order or update from Brandalley.

This company sent me an expensive manteau I ordered in a box that was already opened. The coat had been trampled on.
The point relay where I received it did not apologize instead defended :saying that they are a cake shop and although they are acceptinh deliveries, it is not their day job!
I drop them an e-mail and they don't even bother to respond! Wow, really you have a nerve, here is a review you deserve, and I or my partners are never shopping from you.

I paid for goods on 2nd December. As of 19th, there is still no sign of them and no word from from Customer Service as to whether they will be dispatched for Xmas. Beyond annoying!

Can't get hold of them about a return - item is not as described and not the size it states it is - I have emailed via their contact us page several times and tried calling all over Christmas and just can't get through - not even in a holding queue. My item was not cheap and it needs to be returned. Unacceptable. Will never use them again.

DO NOT USE. Made order on 28 Oct. Told to expect delivery between 20-23 Nov. No delivery. Chased on 3 December and was told items were dispatched on 6 Dec. After more chasing it transpired (on 18 Dec), that the items had not been dispatched and actually were not in stock. Beyond shocking and I only found this out because I kept chasing. Do not ever use this website. And no, a £20 voucher doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of finding out that my items were no longer available a week before Christmas.

Dreadful service. Every order I've placed recently has had refunds made because they don't have items in stock. I order enough at one time to make the postage cost worthwhile but they don't seem to realise people do this and only refund the item cost. There is no accountability -their customer service team don't lose out if they cancel orders, just the many, many customers they mess around.

Awful. Ordered a bunch of make up - not the first time - and a pair of Converse all stars. Make up arrived unsealed, some of them dirty and oily, shoes didn't have laces on them. Tried to generate a return form online: indicated everything I wanted to return + the reason code. Then I received emails that I had to, AGAIN, write down all of the articles with their artice codes + reasons for returning them. Literally mailed back and forth + 6 times, saying I had already done that. Then they simply either ignore you or they send you the same email again. THEN, when you finally think they'll send you the return form, they ask you for detailed pictures of all the articles you want to return + their product code. Completely disgusted, steer cleer of this company. They'll do anything to avoid responsibility.

My experience is that they take your money without having the goods to sell at the price offered.
I suspect they change the price if goods are selling better than expected, and cancel the orders from those people who bought the item at the original price.
The price of the coat I had purchased at £80.00 increased to over £100 the next day. A week later I received an email to say that they will need to issue me with a refund, and my suspicions were confirmed.
I see that my experience of Brandalley is not unique.

Terrible - offers don't always exist. I placed an order (that they said was in stock), they took the money, days later they e-mailed me to say out of stock. Did the "fantastic" offer ever exist in the first place I wonder? I sent e-mails to cancel the rest of the order (that weren't anywhere near the bargain of the cancelled item that I really needed) but no replies. They ignored my order cancellation request and sent the parcel 2 days later anyway......very poor customer service all round. My advice - don't shop here!!

Do not order here.
Ordered a bunch op make up to stock up on. None of the mascaras were in their original packaging. In fact, there was no packaging at all. Some of the mascara's had clearly been opened and used. As most people know, it is extremely dangerous to use make up that has been opened and/or used.
I asked for a return label. They just sent me a mondial relay pre paid label but all the mondial relay shops here are in the city, which is not convenient for me since I never go there because of the problems with parking spaces. I asked for a Bpost label twice. I'm still being ignored.
Disgusting way of doing business. My daughter has an outstanding order with them. Once her order arrives, it's going straight back.

So much for being given a 30% discount code for Black Friday for use till midnight.
Then Brandalley remove most of the men's sales they had on the previous day. So there was nothing to use it on. Now its Sunday and low and behold, so many of the men's sales are back on the site as they had before Black Friday.

The parcel was successfully delivered according to the tracking, but no one can find it in the logistic chain.
Oh, lost your Tracking Number receipt? Sorry, we will just keep your money.
The phone calls are being responded with 0 help and my 200 EUR were simply stolen by the company, that can carry no responsibility in front of its customers. I will spread the word where only possible for all my friends to avoid this online "luxury" shop at all times.

They changed the expediting company. Claim the package delivery in 4-5 days, a week has passed and I still haven't seen my item. Customer service replies slowly and really not to the subject matter.

I purchased 4 sets of crystal glasses for Christmas gifts which arrived chipped and damaged. After notifying Brandalley, I was assured a response within 24 hours from a manager named Chris. 2 weeks later and still no response despite sending several emails!

Ordered a jacket to be delivered to Germany. It came with a fabrique fault.
Tried to send it back for a week and finally got some kind of a number, which I had to use for a retoure. Alright.
And since like two weeks there's no notice from this so called "shop". And yes, I had to pay for retoure.
I'm royally pi$$ed! Worst experience in online shopping EVER.

this review is for the french brandalley as i gave up all hope about getting a response from them.
long story short, they say they will reimbourse you within 72 hours after receiving your return: they don't. they don't even confirm having receiving the item even though the tracking results are very clear. all i heard was a patronising "don't be impatient miss".
they also say they will respond to customer e-mails within 48 hours. guess what? they don't. you have to call them only to be yelled at by their lovely french customer service. i just hope they will respond to my paypal dispute.
