I’m writing because the thing that happened to me in Hillerød store is unacceptable. This situation was handled completely without any skills of customer service and most of all one of your employees (a guy) was trying to make me feel like a fool.
What happened: I order one of the toys online for a pick up in Hillerød store, but when I got there I found out that someone with the exact name like mine (there’s just a handful of people In Danmark with the same name), and someone who had the exact same sms like me, already picked up my toy a day before!! And the guy was trying to convince me that he called me yesterday and spoke with me and the lady sounded exactly like me, with the same accent. Unfortunately I was never called by any of Hillerød Store employees, I was not at this store a day before (check your cameras), and that was not me who picked up the toy. I was left without the toy that I ordered, I was embarrassed by one of your employees in front of the whole store and I was lied to, because I’m pretty sure he gave this toy away to someone else, not even waiting for me to come and pick it up.
When I contacted BR customer service, the only thing they had to say to me, is that the toy is sold out and they wish me a Merry Christmas.

Just had my worst experience, the store cleric reported me to security for putting a piece trash in my pocket (chocolate wrapper, didn’t want to throw it on the ground), I got searched in public.. It didn’t look like an honest mistake, I need apology BR.

Simpelthen elendig service - Terrible service
BR announced 30% discount in all the products on the 13th of December , so I have selected a Nintendo Switch console and it was correct the price was set to 1959kr instead of 2799kr ( currently in other shops is 2345 kr ) anyway I consider that I could save this 400kr , so I selected the product and once I get to the payment page it provides me a value of 2799kr. I contacted their chat service and after providing a screenshot of my selection with the price of 1959kr , the person took some time and confirmed that it was an error but still they would honor the price and I should order it , as well an email would be sent to me confirming what we had just agreed, so I waited. In the afternoon I had not yet received the email so I have contacted the chat service requesting to talk with the same person, of course I then received an email with a reference number. I then tried to order it but there was only the option of click and collect in locations very far away from where I live, so I have asked if possible to get a rabatkøde or I could also order it in the next couple of days once the stock in a shop near me would be replenished, then for my surprise the person from the chat service communicated that it was not possible to get the product at the price agreed as he had just received and email stating it was an error of the webpage and it was now corrected, and his boss also communicated . I asked to talk with his boss or to contact me , instead I got the message that this chat would be closed and continue on an email… And it did , I immediately received an email stating that my request was closed …
As a frequent customer I'm very disappointed with the level of service and support provided

I am really disappointed by the service provided by BR!! I purchased my daughter's birthday gift and have never received any information about delivery nor goods... BR customer service does not have telephone to call and send me standard 'apologies' email everytime I contacted them asking for info or cancelation of the order. Bottom line, today I do not have the special Hatchimal toy my daughter wanted do much and still don't know if my order will cancel as requested.... and now I will have to try to find a gift last minute just to avoid the disappointed face of my child... Did not expect such lack of commitment nor lack of response from BR - really bad experience!!

We have saved over the many years the club kronors stickers that our children always dilligently pasted in the little booklets.
Now when it was the BIG day to cash in 6(!) booklets BR rejected the booklets because they needed to see the BR card (which was stolen 3 years ago with the complete wallet of my wife in Switzerland) . In the meantime however all purchases and new booklet issues were allways registered by giving the name and birthday of our daughter....
