I ordered an item tuesday. Have received email to say its been delivered. Have not received anything! Have contacted royal mail but this company have not left any details of their address, making it difficumt to track. Disappointed, this item is supposed to be for tomorrow - fathers day for my elderly father.

Ordered a frying pan from them and paid extra for next day delivery, what a waste of money. Item turned up a week later, company will not reply to e mails, phoning is a waste of time as phone call are not answered. If you want an item on time may I suggest you go elsewhere. Or if you feel the need to order from them do NOT PAY for next day as it will be money given away for nothing. I have tried to contact them for a refund but after trying for 2 weeks and after 10 emails have now given up with them. This is one person who will not order from them again,

Would give it 0 stars if i could! Worst company i have ever dealt with. They don’t answer the phone or emails. I got sent a faulty item and they haven’t done anything about it! Do not buy from them!

Initially from ordering item to receiving item I thought they provided good service until I opened the box and it was the wrong item. They don’t respond when u contact them and they ignore emails etc. I have come to accept Iv paid for somethin I did not order and do not want which will not get exchanged. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY...!!!!

I ordered 2 lights from them but only 1 was in the box at delivery. I contacted them and they said they would look into it and get back to me, I waited untill late afternoon the next day and then rang again. I was told again they would look into it and get back to me. After reading the reviews I was getting a bit worried but an hour later they rang back and told me I would get it within a day or 2. It arrived 2 days later. Credit where it's due for thier customer service. Pity about the first mistake but who doesn't make mistakes? The lights are up and cost half as much as our local elecrical shop.

I bought cookware from them, written to them twice an still hoping for an answer from them. The pans peeled on the outside and on the inside it bubbled then peeled off when cooking food. I advise others not to buy these items. Still waiting to know if ingested can it cause problems?

I advise all people who are considering a purchase from this company to look elsewhere, even if it means paying a little extra.
The peace of mind they would gain for any extra would FAR outweigh the cost.
If you look at their feedback on eBay for example, it is clear that as a company they are on a downward slide and do not honour any guarantees or warranties offered - try getting a reply from this company in the event of faulty goods.
My item was faulty and leaking badly on arrival and as it's an expensive thermal mug designed for very hot liquids, it's clearly dangerous and not fit for purpose.
I informed them the same day it arrived and they promised a new lid would be sent to me but like other buyers it's just a ruse to placate buyers and hope that by 'playing for time' the complaint will simply "go away".
If I could rate with zero stars, or even -minus star ratings I most certainly would.

Terrible service, purchased a kettle and it was faulty, they did all they could to not refund me the money. I even spoke to the boss of the company who then ignored all my emails after promising to take it back. Just told me to return it to company who manufactured kettle, but they said it had to go through people I bought it off. I have been buying online for years and this is the worst company I have come across. Please do not use

sent us i item what came slightly damaged wife tried to contact them and to send email to go through they had spelt; Customer, wrong and then left out @ and full stops, so my wife contacted again and they said did you put the full stops in, and it not let us send the to them again it as if they blocked us and not bothered now, now wife contacted amazon,when we had other stuff arriving damaged the other companies have sorted straight away no problems,they did to learn about customer service and how to send stuff off

I purchased an item from this company through eBay. It was not the described colour so it was returned and I requested a refund. I waited for 9 days after they had received the item but no refund. I emailed them twice and received no reply. In the end I had to go through eBay to get my refund. eBay were brilliant Bpsalesdirect were not!

Do not deal with these people.words do actually fail me they haven't replied to any of my endless e mails regarding a non delivery of a cleaning product. Their plan is obviously to hope that people get so annoyed they just give up! Which is probably what happens. I have drawn a line under this now and just glad it wasn't an expensive purchase ! Disgusting service they should be ashamed.

had an item bought via their ebay, the item was faulty.
so sent it back, they declined sending a return label.
and agreed to put out for return shipping, and was promised a full refund for everything and the would quickly reimburse the shipping costs.
now over a month and a half later, I'm still missing refund for the postage charges.
their service is horrible, they try to use every trick in the book to avoid paying me back.
have over 40 messages from them in my inbox regarding the issue, and they keep getting more evasive.
will never deal with this company again!

Sent a frying pan back as everything sticks to it. Not BPsales fault but Tower the maker said that as the item was under 12mths old it had to go back to the supplier.
This was where the fun started. They tried everything to avoid sending a replacement. First they wanted pictures, then nothing - no reply.
Then they said it was too old until I reminded them that the manufacturer had told me to return it to the supplier.
They then agreed that I should return it to an address they provided with an explanatory note and transaction number - name and address.
I followed their instructions to the letter but now 3 weeks on they are claiming that they have never received it.
I did send proof of posting but as you can guess, no joy.
I have now given up but - lesson learned.

Purchased duvet set through Amazon. Colour was not as advertised but I did open the packet in the hope that it would suit the colour of my room. When this was not the case I contacted Bpsalesdirect to organise a return and refund. This was refused as the packet had been opened and there was a 'health and safety' issue. This condition was not apparent at point of purchase and certainly there was no notice to this effect on the packet - indeed there was no paperwork included with the delivery at all. I was told that this was standard practice for return of bedding but I cannot find this clause in any terms and conditions for other companies. I have used Amazon for many years now and this is the first time I have had a problem. Agree with previous reviewer who suggests that this company be taken off Amazon and I wish that I had read these reviews before purchase as interestingly, there were no adverse reviews on Amazon.

We had ceiling lights delivered damaged & rusty looking marks on them
We were asked twice for pictures & they still want to investigate but how can they when its took 2 weeks to arrange collection & still not sent us pre paid label even thought this is done by simply attaching to a email

I have never tried anything like this. On the 9 and 10th of April I ordered multiple presents for my daughters 3rd birthday on Amazon.co.uk. Unfortunately for me one of them was sold by BPSalesDirect. I got all packages within the promised timeframe except one, the one from BP, it was supposed to be here by the 16th of April. Friday the 17th I checked the courier here in Denmark and they had still not received the package, which meant that I wouldn't get it until Monday, so after the birthday.
I then wrote BP and was promised a reply, but heard nothing. I then wrote them monday the 20th and was told I would get an answer with 24 hours. I don't know how BP counts, but on the 22nd I still hadn't heard anything, so I checked the Danish courier again, and could see that they shipped it back to BP.
BP have then managed to claim that there is a address issue, which I find strange since all other packages I ordered at the same time, and have done earlier managed to arrive safely.
I then tried to get the package again, but it seems like BP hasn't any interest in selling their products, so I got my refund.
I would recommend everybody to stay far away from BPSalesDirect as possible, I have never experienced such a bad delivery level and even worse customer service. And I hope that Amazon will take them of their site, since having companies like this trading on Amazon will truly deteriorate their brand.

I PURCHASED HEADPHONES, THEY SENT THE WRONG ONES AND USED EVERY TRICK TO TRY AND AVOID REFUND. I CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS AND FOUND THERE HAVE BEEN LOADS OF COMPLAINTS.

I initially saw the items I wanted to purchase on ebay, I contacted the seller as I had a question and she informed me that if I bought the goods directly via the company website then it would be a lot cheaper.
Excellent all round service, very honest, well informed, and very helpful.
