One star is even too much for bpost Brussels
Supposed to deliver my package but one of there dirty employees have stolen the item as it contains car parts over 2 months and still awaiting my outcomes wouldn't recommend at all

A Friend send me a Parcel to Austria.
It was written in German-Österreich and in English-Austria.
Now the Parcel is in the Plane to Australia!!!
I will never ever let anything send again with this Firm postbe again.
I could not be more dissaponted!!!

Second time my parents send me a parcel or letter from Belgium to French Guiana. Second time it gets lost! I can't cope with them anymore. From now on it's UPS for me. I should have known beter. Just 'google' them : "Complaints to Bpost up by 55% in 2018" Source : brusselstimes.com

Avoid, half the time they don't even attempt to make delivery.
I paid extra for evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00.
At 13:00 I get an email that they attempted a delivery and nobody was home and I can go pick it up the next day at a pickup point...
Other times they simply don't bother to attempt to make a delivery and pretend nobody was home.

They suck! They have special 'lockers' where you can have your package sent to so that people who work can just pick up their packages whenever they can. each time you choose that option, you get an email "we've delivered it to a pick-up point instead". Which means they brought it to the post office, where you are bound to their opening hours.
Also when they deliver at home, they are NEVER able to give it to a neighbour, even though i clearly stated they are allowed to. It's better to use PostNL, at least they are capable of delivering packages and offering good service.

Not too bad experience, but process the order took some time. There is no email and you have to phone them. Package arrives with with one week of delay but without any additional problems.

Thanks you to have this Belgium company !!! I order for have something the Saturday because I need to leave Sunday for a long time so no possible to me for take my delivery and what ??? This postman cannot take the time to knock !! So thanks you bpost for f*** me up !

Horrible service. Incompetent staff, postman never ringing at the door, parcels are being lost. Paid Express delivery which is now due to technical issues on its way for 1 week. Terrible.

Omg, the delivery men are totally unprofessional. They can't speak a decent word in English and on top of that they never bring the item you purchased till your front door. Only on the pavement! I mean I am a woman and I had to carry a sofa by myself. What true gentlemen these folks are! Congrats

It deserves -10. Worst postal service in the world.
I was expecting my parcel today,I was all day at home, the bell didn't rang, no postal on my mailbox. Magically my parcel was delivered. To whom I don't know, with my forged signature for sure. LIARS! If I discover the postman name he will remember me for life, for sure!
I'll start moving legal procedures, they even have a forged signature!
BPost is absolutely the work company in Belgium. If your IQ is above 43 you are over qualified to work there. If they make a mistake - which happens very frequently - they will find a way to blame you, the customer, for their ignorance. Want to buy 3 stamps? No way, they only sell one individual stamp or a packet of 10. I would prefer to hand my mail over to a pigeon instead of giving it to BPost.

This company is a really bad experience. I'm trying to get in touch with Bpost, on behalf of a friend, but you haven't got a e-mail adress, I cant contact you on as a private person. My friends parcel has been in your possession since 29. of july 2019, and nothing happens.
I cant recommend any one to use Bpost!!!

worst service ever.
we have lived in several apartments across different areas of brussels. they never bother coming upstairs to hand out the parcels. no matter the size or the floor we live in.
quite often they would deliver the absence notice without even ringing.
staff is rude.

Just DO NOT use Bpost for at least parcels, go for DPD or some other company.
At Bpost, parcels really just disappear in shocking amounts and frequencies (Theft?).
In the end of 2018 there were also strikes and everything shifted up to something about 2 or 3 months. Also, Bpost can't tell you in which one of the various sorting centers your parcels are. You'll have a big chance getting an email with a simple sorry, your parcel is lost... When you did send something by yourself, then have a lot of work telling Bpost what was in your parcel and maybe get a small amount of the value back...

Parcel get lost and time after time asking where it is, you never get an answer. You only get a worker on the phone and the worker is trained to answer correct and but they NEVER give you good support about your problem. I already called them 3 times and send many mails with extra information but they never can tell where the parcel is. Even though it was collected from our company in The Netherlands, they say "it is a strange T&T number", we don't use this for our company: but they collected it themselves with this T& T number: "EA952072648BE" ?!
Parcel was sent in beginning of March, from The Netherlands to China, now it is end of May and the parcel is still in the Netherlands.
This company is really a SHAME!
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company!

BPost van delivered a package on Feb 4th. Reference RP178102889CN. Well he didn't really deliver it. He just put a notice in the post box saying the delivery was not possible due to absence. He did not even come to the door to ring the bell. This was observed by my wife and a customer. BPost makes it so hard to file a problem I do it this way.
The day after RX407124297CN was delivered the same way. My wife was at home the whole day but did not hear the bell ???

Im generally pleased with them BUT the delivery of letters is now taking ages. On the website it says non-prior letters will be delivered in 3 days. Euh.. no. I have posted my birth cards to family 6 workdays ago and no one has received them yet. Everyone I send it to lives in Belgium.

As usual, failed to deliver. "Did not want to leave it unattended".
Office name clearly on the buzzer, they don't even ring. Didn't even leave a slip.
Honestly, I don't think they even bother trying to deliver.
Seriously, if you need something in Belgium by a certain time, and you can buy it in a shop, do not risk using bpost. Worst post I've experienced in Europe.

Horrible ! Terrible ! Unbearable !
I am waiting for my parcel since one month which is coming from US and still it is being processed and on the way by B post. Calling there customer service is so scripted and they tell the exact things what is on website and no deal of taking the matter to next level to help the customer :( I just want my parcel and that's it i will never use B Post in this life again.
