I just used the BP (M&S) petrol station next to the travelodge in ring wood and experienced fantastic customer service by the young girl with long dark hair. I wanted to pass the information on but can’t find an actual feedback form.

I am writing in regards to a worker called Steve who was working today (08/11/2019) at around 7:30am at a BP/ Marks and Spencer’s SF Connect Church View, St Johns road, TN4 9TP..
I have visited a lot of BPs and the one mentioned above i have visited on 2 separate occasions (roughly 2 months apart) as I was working in the local area and use this BP garage for shopping, fuel and facilities and one employee as mentioned above who’s name is Steve is an outstanding person to have working at your company. I entered the shop on my second occasion and I was greeted by Steve who was working hard replenishing stock at the time with a big smile and a welcoming good morning from him which really kick started my day. I then was shopping picking up a few items one was a can of Pepsi max steve see me pick up several cans and immediately approached me and had said that they was doing a 10 pack of cans as he remembers how many cans I go through a day ( he remembered me from my last visit which was around 2 months ago) and I was shocked and pleasantly surprised he would remember such a detail about the things I liked as a customer and a person who he’d met maybe once or twice previously. This made me feel very important to him as a person and as a customer that he would be so thoughtful and helpful to know exactly what I like and I felt that I was being personally looked after. Not only did I see this from him I also see whilst I was queuing that to minimise queuing times he remembered other customers coffee orders and was able to get there orders in prior to them being served at the till which was a fantastic help not only for us customers but also for the others working at the till.
I never normally write a review unless I have a complaint but Steve really stood out for me today and I was thinking if I had a business and an employee like him that takes such pride and care in his job that he would have a forever place to work and he would be the type of employee that I would want to progress throughout he’s career. He has the customer service skills and the right can do attitude to represent any company for that matter. I thought it would be a good idea to allow you to see what I thought of him as a customer and I am guessing that a lot of other customers must get the same good warm feeling that Steve presented to me.
I hope that Steve’s hard work and great personality doesn’t go unnoticed as he doesn’t let a customer go unnoticed.
Round of applause to Steve

Be aware. BP in Columbus Ohio at 5385 north high st is really awful. Upon driving up to pump, it said in paper writing barely ledge able that they only take credit cards- not debit cards. My card would not work for some reason so I go in to see cashier as stated. Employee was watching political news translated to his language. After filling up, I went in to pay and my card worked as usual.
All the above was irrelevant to the actual condition of the building and lot which was filthy. Lot was littered with trash, front door had cigarette butts put out near the door opening on the glass next to the door. Interior of building reeked of bad smell.
Never to go there again

I had a bad experience with the Recruitment Team, applying for a job at one of the BP Garages near to where I live? I am currently unemployed, trying desperately to get back into work, and their Team sent me an email, saying that they wanted to book me into a phone interview? Well,I went into my personal BP account,as they said there were available time slots and I needed to pick one, well, there was nothing.Soon after,I received a phone call, and I was told there was a "glitch" as others had found the same result,so I booked a time slot on the phone, today (13/09/2019) @15:00pm,and waited for the call? Nothing! I am working hard to return to work, and for a "Recruitment" Team to behave like this is disgusting, and it's really knocked my spirits.I've left a message for my Work Coach in my Journal, because I'm so angry and upset

Intentional repeated short changing is theft by staff at ferry road , Edinburgh , Once again I visited the garage , I requested a packet of cigarette papers and gave a pound coin , the till register display showed 59p and I was given 20p change , this has repeatedly happened which means it is not human error but intentional theft , this was in the last half hour and the onsite surveillance cameras will show this !!!!!

I visited the BP garage to refuel not long ago. Their attitude to petrol and diesel seem to be collapsing, and in 2019, collapsing quickly.
They seem much more interested in electric vehicles, and everything they post on their website, social media and random leaflets found in store while grabbing a coffee, seem to be bragging about how 'innovative' and 'modern' their company is.
Also, they go on about being eco-friendly, and it's all just stuff they can write about without changing anything. They still continue telling people about their plans to start saving the environment, but this was not made very obvious when I saw the state of one of their recycling bins in store.
However, when customers experience problems, or have simple questions about something, BP take longer to reply to people who have older vehicles.
I tested this out once by emailing them from two accounts, one claiming I had a problem with my non-existent 2016 Nissan Leaf, and another with my actual real 1994 Peugeot 205. The first one got a reply, the second did not. Both occasions I told them I had been at a BP store and had issues with the staff, payment and service I received.
They are not even the cheapest around, and I'll probably go to Tesco from now on as their fuel is just as good but you're saving POUNDS monthly.
I really don't know what is going on anymore. A local branch was taken over recently by Esso, it's no wonder they are closing.

I always use this petrol station for refuelling, for my journey home when visiting my daughter.
I do this because I think the staff are lovely, and the M&S coffee and foodstuffs are great.
It's definitely not cheap for petrol or goods, but I enjoy calling in here and being pleasant towards the staff, who in turn are very pleasant in their response.
I find that if you are happy and sociable towards others, they in turn will reciprocate... and that makes all the difference. :)
I am very happy with the products and the service at this station and will continue to use it.

Don’t bother collecting a loyalty card with coffee etc as at the rounds garage the manager yes the manager will accuse you of having a pre stamped card by either knowing a member of staff or actually having a stamp , he will embarrass you at peak time in front of a shop full of people and when you ring customer service to complain they will apparently investigate , however you will never hear anything from them again so don’t bother spending hard earned cash on fuel coffee or breakfast in fact just avoid you can see by the ratings I’m not the only one

Ridiculous policy, Just purchased some shopping at Chatham SF connect petrol station, looked for a wire shopping baskets in the normal price in a holder by the door and there was none. Went about my shopping struggled to the till and suggested they might want to put some out only to be told they were all behind the counter to protect the store from shoplifters. If you need this policy to be inplace and inconvenience legitimate shoppers why not remove the basket holder and put a sign to ask customers to enquire behind the till.

Just had to write a review on Spar BP in Polbeth. I go into the Spar BP Petrol station in Polbeth most mornings, but I must say that on a Monday morning it’s the best place to go for great customer service!!...Edna and Lorraine create the most amazing atmosphere, and nothing is too much trouble for either of these ladies!!
This garage are extremely fortunate to have 2 employees this good!!

New rewards scheme just as bad as the nectar shambles .
Customer service now pass you to a special team who are rude and careless and only care when you tell them to delete your details
BP really need to realise that it’s I T issues will be it’s downfall .
I would only buy here if no other choice

I have been dealing with bp's 'complaint' department, via their careline (sic) process, following filling up with (reportedly) contaminated diesel from one of their stations (reported by my 'main dealer' garage after getting the car towed there).
After nearly 2 weeks of phoning and emailing, I ran out of patience after I was told my 'claim' was with the Area Manager. I asked to speak to him/her but wasn't allowed. I asked for the manager's name - they wouldn't tell me. I asked that the manager phone me to discuss, but they didn't.
I was eventually advised that my case was referred to their 'insurance brokers', which added fuel to the fire. Why they couldn't just admit responsibility for selling contaminated fuel, settle up and let me get on with the repair, I don't know. 2 weeks I've been without a car through no fault of my own. This appears another method to procrastinate/delay/avoid payment.
I feel the 'careline' team were patronising, unhelpful, claiming to follow procedures and were not able to escalate matters for me (I asked how to complain and they told me it was the same 'group'/process'!). I was told referring this to their insurance brokers was both appropriate, and necessary, for them to seek the professional and specialist advice. If I put it another way, you can imagine what this really means for me versus them ? Very distressing.
Its now with my insurance company who are dealing with it very well. They immediately offered me a courtesy car, to inspect the vehicle/fuel (an offer not even taken up by bp's team despite it being made) and authorize repairs when appropriate and to deal with bp. Why bp couldn't do that 2 weeks ago I'll never know. I wont be buying fuel from them again.
