Bought a case from the website. The site makes no mention of the item coming from HK. I trusted the site as they accepted PayPal and gave prices in GBP. My order was for a Griffin Survivor case for my iPad. The case was £30 which is a third of the price on the Griffin website. I was a little dubious but it appeared this was the only way to purchase this exact case In the UK. Waited a month and got an unbraided case, no retail packaging and a big sign saying made in China on the cheap plastic bag it comes in. I could have purchased a case like this for circa £5 from AliExpress or £10 from eBay.

I placed an order at the very beginning of August 2019.
Middle of Aug. 2019 - I received my order, and it was not the item that I ordered. I contacted the seller and got no response.
Beginning of Sept. - I sent a follow-up asking if they could help me exchange the wrong item the sent me for the one I actually ordered. I did not get a response this time either.
Middle of Sept. - I emailed them asking return for a full refund since it was the wrong item (I sent pictures as well) or if I could exchange it for the correct item. They said they didn't want the item back and that they'd send the correct one that I ordered.
End of Nov. - Still have not received the correct item, so I contacted via email again. They said they will request that the warehouse look into it.
End of Dec. - Stil haven't received anything. Contacted via email again asking for an update on shipping or a full refund. No answer.
Close to the end of Jan. 2020 - New year, but I still haven't received anything. Contacted via email again asking for an update on shipping or a full refund. No answer.
End of Jan. - Asked for an update yet again. No answer.
Middle of Feb. - Asked for another update. No answer.
Today, Feb. 22 - Asked for a full refund since I've literally not heard anything for months. I'm entirely done waiting for something that will obviously never arrive. I just want my money back now. I have yet to receive a response.
Customer service needs to actually respond, and when they do, they should be giving accurate information. It's painfully clear that no one looked into anything, and I continue to be ignored even when I've sent follow-ups simply asking for shipping updates. For a company to make a mistake and send the wrong item is entirely forgivable--these things happen. But for a company to not fulfill its promises to its customers after making a mistake? That's a huge problem. Especially to not even respond to a customer who has not even received the goods that they paid for and over such a long period of time. Frankly, this is completely unacceptable.

Received a knock-off iPad Pro Smart Cover in what looked like authentic Apple packaging and the color was not as ordered. They offered to send the correct item, which I refused as I had already read these reviews and demanded a refund. They then said to not send the product back. I suspect I will now have to refute the charge with my bank, but we'll see.
This is a classic international shipping scam, refuting the charge will likely result in your bank losing the money as they usually can't collect from international businesses, particularly in China. So they get your money, send you a BS product that cost them a fraction, and your bank's insurance takes the hit.

Received the wrong product, and when I e-mailed customer service, they said they would send the correct one, but they never did. When I e-mailed then again they didn’t reply. Furthermore the product was fake even though it said Apple on their website.

Send the wrong item 2 months late.
Expect me to then return at my expense to receive a refund.

Ordered a new case that was advertised as genuine Samsung, case arrived and was made out of cheap plastic was obviously not an actual Samsung product and was a completely different colour to what was ordered, not what was expected when it cost £30 after p&p.
Emailed customer service who advised they would send me the correct case, this never turned up. I then chased them again, they agreed a refund, this never came through.
2 months later and I am still trying to get a refund. I have asked them for their complaints procedure several times and they have just ignored me and advised the money will be in my account within 2 days, 5 days later and the money hasn't arrived.
This is a useless company, I will never order from them again.
