I have had the most frustrating experience with Boxtal, and it is still on going. I sent a parcel through them on the 13th November, their partner failed to deliver it and it was returned to their partner's hub in Paris. Boxtal told me that to have the parcel returned to me I would have to pay again, reluctantly I did on 7th December, it is now the 22nd December and still not a sign, each time I phone or email or message I am told to be patient and returns are not a priority, I think as I have had to pay twice I am not being unreasonable to expect a better service. I am a small business and this is a customer's valued possession that needs to be returned immediately as all this inefficiency is reflecting on me, though no fault of mine.

Boxtal in general are very good, but Ive been hit with an invoice, ( 2 months after the delivery), of 45 euros, its for an unspecified " government agency", there were no taxes to be paid on the parcels, and no special clearing. I don't see why I should pay this invoice ( l cannot reclaim from the customer), until one of my 6 emails to Boxtal gets a satisfactory answer to the question, "what agency has charged me 45 euros ,and why".

Sent many parcels with Boxtal over the last 2 years, I always take out the insurance but click wrong button, needless to say this parcel packed as per there website rules gets smashed to pieces, do not know how as it was a well packed cast iron pan!!!!!.
Opened a case to get the minimum 25 euro refund and refund of postage, today after 3 months of waiting they finally came back to me and have refused any refund at all, saying the package was not packed well enough. I thick 10cm of bubble wrap and strong box should be good enough to protect a metal pan.
Probably standard practice to refuse all claims.

Website states full trackability throughout delivery, joke, my package was picked up in France on the 3rd May and then nothing after 4th May. I contacted them asking who in the UK was making the delivery and where my package was on the 9th, they respond by saying the system would be updated shortly, 2 days later no update, got back to them again asking who their UK contact was....they won't tell me and I am still waiting for the package!!!!
Never using them again it would have been faster going to France and picking up my package.
THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE THEMSELVES AS BEING SNAIL MAIL.
Collected 3 May delivered 14 May, I stand by my earlier statement, this company should have been able to make delivery under a week they are after all just across the pond from the UK.

Une service "Envoi moins-grantie"!!! Vraiment. I gave them a second chance when my first package was NEVER picked up, nor did they even made any effort to contact me.This time, I picked a service that would arrive on a certain date and it was not even picked up until the day it was suppose to arrive!!! What a joke. The 'service client' told me herself that EnvoiMoinsCher does NOT guarantee arrival!!! This is what they said 'Malheureusement le délai n'est pas garanti' What a horror and what a joke of a business.

I will certainly used this service again, it was Fedex themselves who picked up the package, I have tracked all packages through Fedex website and it arrived 3 days laters in Asia as promised, all for packages delivered without delay and for a great price.
