I was supposed to receive this week and still no tickets. I have the receipts to prove it. I was also supposed to receive "Gold Fan Package" that has also not been received. I've contacted them three times and still NO response.

Got a "voucher" for a canceled event due to covid. I wanted a refund. They couldn't offer me that. Even the voucher didn't work to get me tickets to the show I wanted to see. This "business" needs shut down

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Do not touch them with a barge pole!!!!
We booked tickets to a baseball game in San Diego, obviously a one time trip as part of a holiday to California. I had concerns at the start when they refused to send the seat numbers. We then find ourselves in the current situation with Coronavirus and our holiday was cancelled and the game postponed, they refused a refund due to the game being postponed not cancelled, even though I explained over and over we live in the U.K. we wouldn't be able to make another game, they didn't want to know!! Then I have an email yesterday to say the game has now been cancelled and they will refund or offer a voucher ..click the link to make your choice!! surprise surprise before even clicking the link I receive another email from them confirming my voucher , I click said link and it shows the voucher has already been accepted and processed!! fuming is an understatement!! Please please do not use this company!!!!!

First off they simply buy tickets from other websites and then resell them at a rediculous mark-up. However they do not purchase the tickets until you make your purchase. This means that if you just go to ANY-OTHER actually reputable website instead, you will get the tickets for much cheaper and better seats.
I did not know all this at first. I purchased tickets to a monster jam event and called to cancel a couple hours later once I realized that they were a scam organization. They informed me that they had already purchased the tickets from another website and would not be able to refund the money. A week later I got an email saying the tickets were being mailed. The tickets never arrived and the FEDEX tracking said the tickets had returned and signed for by the originating company. I reported it as fraud with my bank but the bank said they do not interfere with this crappy company's return policy. I NEVER RETURNED THE TICKETS, I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. It is clear that they have never and will never have a return customer. Then can only scam people once.

Don't buy here...... Bottom line go with a name brand reseller and pay more to ensure you will get what you paid for. Save your self a pain in the back side and move on.
This company has no customer service and you will not be protected even using a credit card.
We traveled three days to Spring Training and could not attend due to the inability of this company to produce two E-tickets. Wound up paying and no tickets and no game
Customer service could not resolve the issue. Was told to call the Giants to resolve. They did not have anything to do with the reseller only the season ticket holder.
Customer service would not put on a manager
Missed the game.....

They don't disclose they do not email you tickets . asked for a supervisor and never got anyone. They will do nothing to help you and only over charge you.

1st - they don't say they will e-mail your tickets to you until right before the event
2nd - you have to print them
3rd - you can drive for hours to discover that the tickets are a scam
Buy your tickets from a reputable site ... be careful because their website comes up first

On 12/18/18 I bought 4 tickets to the MSU vs WMU basketball game on 12/29/19. I was guaranteed that I would have the 4 tickets to the game no later than 12/26/19. I called on 12/27/19 to see why I did not have the tickets yet and was told that due to the Christmas Holiday that the tickets were delayed but that they would be released to me by 8 pm on 12/28/19. Of course there were no tickets released to me on 12/28/19, so I called on 12/29/19 (game day) at 2:00 pm to see where my tickets were. I was told that the supplier could not produce my tickets so I did not have any coming and that I could re-order more tickets from them. My wife ordered 4 tickets from StubHub and we got them immediately and went to the game. Bottom line, BoxOfficeTicketCenter had no intention of calling me to let me know I would not be getting my tickets. I drove to East Lansing from Louisville, KY with my two young boys and wife to go to the game and they could not have cared less! I see that a refund has been approved, but I don't have my money back yet. Other than my money back they offered nothing except a very un-inspired apology. I would avoid them at all costs in the future.

My daughter bought tickets for us for Christmas to Escape from Margaritaville at the Buell Theater in Denver from this site. It was total fraud. Not only were the tickets sold for $300 more than they were worth, there were duplicates. Someone else had the same seats.

Thought I was buying through the venue due to clever link name. When I got to the site they created urgency by saying "this is a very popular event, tickets are going fast" and starting a countdown timer to make sure I didn't shop around for better deals. After I got the tickets I realized that they charged a $22 service fee PER TICKET, plus a $9 delivery charge for E-TICKETS.
To top it all off, I checked Ticketmaster later in the day (once I realized this was a reseller) and found out there were PLENTY of tickets left, and tickets in my section were selling for HALF the price (and probably much lower service fees). Disgusting.

This company is just plain terrible. Stay away. I wish I would have. Their advertising and the way they "get you" with their creative wording is just wrong, plain wrong. I can't understand why they are still in business. RIP OFF

first I thought I was dealing with the venue box office. Then I accidentally clicked on the wrong UCF football game and bought tickets. As soon as I finished I realized my mistake. I immediately called them and told them. They advised the only thing I could do is resell them. It was literally one minute between the time I clicked the wrong game and I called them. Then they changed the time of the game from 3pm to 7pm I again tried to cancel the sale due to the change and was told no. I ended up losing $260. I would NEVER use or recommend them. Use ticketmaster!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. They charged three times the going price. They only deal in e-tickets and you can't try to print the ticket until the day before the concert. At which time you are unable to print the tickets. They are a scam!!!

The tickets they sold me came up "Invalid" at the gate and me and my wife were turned away and directed to the box office for the venue, The people at the main office said they don't do any business with this company and the E ticket bar code they sent me did not come up with anything but "invalid" so if you happened to purchase tickets from this Box office tickets center LLC for any event, you probably need to purchase new tickets from a legitimate site , like the venues own box office or Ticketmaster or you will end up like me, I traveled 3 hours, had a hotel and overnight stay planned and paid for months earlier , tickets bought 4 months in advance and never got to see my concert because the tickets I purchased from this BS company were counterfeit and didn't get me in to the show. How could a company like this rip so many people off and are still allowed to operate on the internet ?? I have no idea but I'm going to be putting a full court press on with the FBI fraud division If you were ripped off by this company like me please make your complaints heard and report it to the FBI internet crimes division, ( see link below) until we shut this scam site business down ,

I tried to purchase tickets to a concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver. I had multiple problems and eventually had to protest the charge on my credit card because I could not get the tickets.
Problem 1. They indicated a sales price for the tickets and then AFTER I had processed the payment they added a whopping $38 fee per ticket! No notice this was the total price beforehand.
Problem 2. They pawned off the tickets to Box Office Ticket Tracker and then Flash Tickets. No one accepted responsibility for getting my tickets to me. There was complete abdication of responsibility! Don't use this company they are unethical and possibly acting illegally!

I am so pissed right now. They stole over $200 from me. I accidentally purchased parking tickets instead of concert tickets and called immediately after. They decided to refund me $80 instead of $200. I am a single mother. I want to sue!!!!!!

Do not buy from them! Purchased tickets 4 hours in advance and still didn't get tickets until the first half of the game was over. Had to call 3 times - seats were moved the first time because "they weren't available", got hung up on on the 2nd call, and representative lied in her notes and said I told her I received my tickets (why would I keep calling if I've received my tickets), the third time was on the phone for more than 20 minutes and told I would get disconnected when I cursed because the representative lied on me. Asked to speak with a manager and was told "well they said there's nothing else they can do since you got some tickets for about the same price." So forget the fact that I didn't get the seats I originally paid for and missed a quarter of the game because I didn't get my tickets?! Horrible experience and would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!

On 6/10/17 I called the Atlanta,GA Braves ticket center, so I thought, after doing a Google search. But ended up At Boxofficeticketcenter.com They obviously are doing allot of Google ad's to capture the unsuspecting consumer.
I bought tickets from them at a premium price of $90.00 each and was charged an exorbitant fee of $7.50 for shipping and $43.18 for other expenses as stated on there Invoice. They told me that that they would send me the tickets via text. 1/2 hour before I was scheduled to leave for the game, I checked my phone and there no tickets, but a charge for (2) tickets for $230.66. I call them up, they put my on hold for 10 min's. then tell me they overbooked me. And said they will credit me back.
I waited another hour, no credit. Called them back, placed on hold. Three days latter still not credit. They were fast to charge my credit card, but did nothing to credit me back. Worst customer services experience. Now I have to call my credit card co. and waste more time and file a compliant about these incompetent people.

I bought tickets in August to see Van Morrison at Caesar's Palace. Thought I was buying through the Caesar's Palace site but unbeknownst to me was redirected. I bought the 4 tickets I needed, my card was charges and I received a confirmation email saying the tickets would be emailed to me. 2 months later-no tickets, so I call them. They said my order was never processed. I told them I was charged and got the confirmation letter. They said they would check into it. I called back the next day and everything was good to go. The tickets would be released 48 hours prior to the event. I called January 4, 10 days before the event, asking if the tickets could be released to me any sooner because I was flying to Vegas the day of the release. He looks up my order and says I do not have the tickets I thought I had and they had issued a refund in September (NOT!) and if they had why in Oct and Nov when I called was I told my order was good. Then they said they tried numerous times to contact me via phone and email (AGAIN THEY DID NOT). So now 10 days prior to the show with airline tickets and a condo paid for I have trip to Vegas but no show to go to. Worse is I called my credit card and they have no evidence the refund was pending. I'll have to start a dispute with my credit card company when all I wanted was to go to see Van Morrison.

I tried to buy tickets to a same day show from BoxOfficeTicketCenter.com. The first time I tried to buy 3 tickets, they rejected me buying the tix because I put in the wrong billing address. Fine, no big deal, that's my fault.
However, when I try to buy tickets again, using my correct billing address, they say my purchase was approved. I even get a phone call saying that my order was approved and where to pick them up. The dude also says he'll call me back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour, I call them back to check on the status, I get hung up on.
So I call the location where I'm supposed to pick these tickets up, on Dean Martin drive. They say that they see my order, but the tickets weren't dropped off yet, ok, cool. It looks like I'm going to this concert.
Another hour goes by and my tix still don't seem to be available for pickup yet, my concert starts in just a couple of hours at this point. I call BOTC.com, and then they tell me my purchase was rejected, YET THEY STILL CHARGED ME. So, I got charged two separate times, and got a grand total of 0 tickets to show for it.
When I called back and asked to talk to a manager, they flat out refused to let me, then hung up on me. I call that customer disservice.

We were charged $400 more for 4 tickets to 3 NCAA base ball tickets than charged at the gate. There were plenty of seats available. If you want a good screwing, buy your tickets from boxofficeticketcenter.com
