BEWARE, 'Boxbeers APs' went into insolvency in 2018 and 'Boxbeers Craft Beer ApS' opened via shell companies and loopholes. Avoid!
I was charged and my order was processed and I even got a GLS tracking number, but GLS never recevied the package. No goods received, all emails to boxbeers are ignored.

I redeemed a giftcard through gogift and chose boxbeers. On their webpage I found it impossible to create a user. Ok, so maybe it is done through the checkout I thought. I couldn't even enter my address without the webpage complaining that I haven't chosen shipping method. They advertise they can ship to Sweden, but entering a Swedish address is impossible. Furthermore I was told that my giftcard code was invalid. Now I am stock with a 500 DKK giftcard that I cannot use.

Ordered 19 beers, only received 18 and two of those were wrong. It would have been okay to get those if they would have asked about it, but no. No answers for my questions about refund for the missing beer. It took over two weeks for the package to be shipped.

I never received my delivery and never heard anything despite numerous emails and messages. I've been a regular customer for a few years and have previously experienced onyl flawless service until a few months ago. Will never shop there again.

BoxBeers got a nice range of beers and if you visit them, they will often give you a small tour of their warehouse.
I have ordered from them a number of times, but ...
When I order at their webshop and it says that the item is in stock and I then open the package and find out that there is missing beers from my order in the package, it is quite annoying. Often they give a refund and that's fine - but it's annoying when you would like a beer instead. Unfortunately, it's been happening a handful of times.
In addition, I think they send out WAY too many newsletters - it's nice with some news and their offer mails, but I'm close to unsubscribe, as it's almost several times weeks a week they send it out. I know a couple of people who have unsubscribed from their newsletter for this particular reason.

A week later they canceled the order, claiming norhing was in stock!!!
It's praca tically impossible to get Alvinne beers from anywhere in Finland, and those beers are just awesome ...and that's the story why I ended up ordering from Boxbeers. Sadly, logistics service from UPS has been like a nightmare, so hopefully you'll find a better logistics partner that it would be convenient to do some orders also in the future.

I don't like to give these fellas a negative review, but the communication has been poor from the get go.
My order is delayed. And 5 days after I placed the order, I received an email to notify me of this. Now it's a week later and I've received 2 Bring tracking numbers that both state the order hasn't been released from Boxbeers. I've been waiting for 24hrs to hear back from the company about what's happening with my order. Hmmm.
You guys need better customer service, better communication. If you are looking for a candidate to help you out with this, I know a few.
Hoping my beer gets here eventually....

It’s 2018 and it still takes a week to get tracking code and two weeks to delivery...
Edit. Finally got the package, now there’s 4 (out of 11) beers missing! No contact of any kind, just paper that says 4xrefund.
This is worst customer service ever, fxxk you🖕
