Purchased item from "Boutique retailer" via Mydeals.com. It was a gift & unfortunately did not fit the recipient - the seller will not refund but has offered a size change (which may not fit either) BUT I have to pay the return postage. Their explanation is they do not refund if "expectations not met"????! Are you serious? Clothing is not a "one size fits all" arrangement - obviously there will be some items that fit in one area but not the other. Appalling experience - will never purchase from them again.

I attempted to purchase a cap through Catch of the Day, supplied by Boutique Retailer. 3 days after ordering the item still has not been dispatched. I can buy clothes on Iconic and Amazon and have them here the same day. This is poor service.

I recently purchased a Barmah canvas cooler drover hat and I must say I am more than pleased with my purchase.
The quality of the product is excellent and I am pleased to say it was made in Australia.The fit of this hat is perfect and it is so comfortable.
The service I received from Boutique Retailer was absolutely first class and they were swift to answer a question i asked about another item they has advertised.

Ordered a couple of shirts as a gift and then found out didn't need them anymore, sent FOUR emails and tried to reach them by phone to stop the shipping but they don't have any number!!!
The only email I received back was to confirm my order with an invoice!

Bought pyjamas from them. Bit annoying to find the jacket had a mark on it when unpacked. Came off with a damp cloth but disappointing. Was I sold a second? Could send them back but can't be bothered.

I recommend this retailer based on their quality products and great service. We don't really have much of an outlet in Adelaide for Dents scarves and I knew of them by reputation so I was very happy to have had the opportunity to purchase some of their quality products (Dents have been going since the 1700s) from Boutique Retailer. Delivery was very prompt. I would buy from them again and would recommend them.

Terrible refund service. Claim to honour refunds for 365 days. I requested a refund on a recent purchase. Followed their process for lodging a dispute. They did not respond with an address to return the item to. Just automated acknowledgement of a dispute and then nothing. I sent 4 emails seeking advice and nothing. They made contact when I posted this review. Return system needs improvement. More detailed info on website and system improvement. Did get refund eventually.
