Wow, seeing all of these negative motivated me to write my own. We've ordered multiple times from Boutinela over the past year and every item we have received was top quality. The products are made of a nice soft material & cut well & haven't had any defects. One time I traded in two items for two of a different size. While I didn't receive any notification my return had been received or processed, I did receive a notification that the replacements had been shipped out to me. The return and replacement process took about two weeks which is reasonable. The swimsuits from this brand are more on the risque side, so these aren't for everyone's taste, but that's pretty clearly identifiable on any of their model photos on their social media accounts. We have been more than satisfied with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
My experience was terrible. The product I ordered was awful quality for the price. I paid about $150 CAD and the quality was worse than a company like Ardene. The material felt like a burlap sack. The sizing was way small.
Refund was a nightmare. It was sitting at the warehouse for weeks while I tried to get info about what was the hold up. Ignored my requests for info and when they did grace me with a response, would lie and say there were no issues and my refund would be processed immediately.
It took several weeks of fighting and finally threatening legal actions before my refund was processed. They have no integrity and I'm fully confidant that their plan was to see if I would just drop the issue so they could keep my money.
I started sending emails through instagram to try and get someone invested in the company to follow up with my refund and they blocked me from commenting on their posts! Obviously they put a lot of effort into keeping people from talking about what's really happening, and little to no effort into refunding a reasonable customer.
Please do not risk sending your hard earned money to this company. They should be black-listed.

Horrible customer service, do not give them your money. The $62 swimsuit I had purchased did not fit and I sent it back to be returned the following day, along with the return form that they require you to fill out. I even cut out the bottom portion and taped it to the outside of it for "faster processing."
I followed all of their requirements for a full refund. When I did not receive any confirmation of the return for a few weeks, I emailed their customer service. They told me they had received the return and my refund should be processed and will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. A few days pass by and I still did not receive anything from them, and so I emailed them a second time. They said they were "sorry for the delay" and that they will have my refund "reprocessed."
Another few days go by, and I still did not receive a confirmation of my refund. I have now emailed and dmed them via Instagram over 4 times. It has been over a week and they have yet to respond to any of them. DO NOT purchase from them. I recommend anyone that has had the same issues to file a lawsuit against them because this is theft.

I was really excited to try this brand, however I have had an AWFUL experience. I decided to return the bathing suits after they did not fit, and after almost two weeks I still haven’t received verification that the refund will be processed. According to USPS the return was received on 8/30, and it is now 9/9. Not to mention, I was told on 8/27 that the return was received, but yet they didn’t even have it yet! That’s so deceiving! I am really hoping the company will just do the right thing ...

Quality is awful, sizing is even worse. If you’re boobs aren’t even or are too big you’ll never find the right size. The bottoms were fine quality was just trash. Completely over priced.

If you don't have fake boobs or boobs on the smaller size, DO NOT GET! I have 34DD boobs and they're not the perkiest but not the saggiest... I got there biggest size (a.k.a. large) and it only covered half of my boob. If you're under a D cup I think you'll be fine but anything that's a natural D or bigger cup will not cover your boobs. If you like the under-boob, side-boob, and front bulging boob action then by all means get it. I like sexy bikinis but it was just way too much. The bottoms fit well. I got the regular triangle, adjustable bikini and tie bottoms. If you have fake boobs, you'll be fine .. it'll just be really revealing on boobs bigger than a D. I said boob(s) so much.

For the price, the bathing suit tops arent that good of quality. To me they seemed the same quality as my Zaful bathing suits. I got two of the same style tops-same size, and one fitted tighter than the other. Don’t understand how and why??? In the tops I ordered you can see the outline, and particularly the whole pads. For the price of $50 for one top I wouldn’t buy them again it’s not worth the money.

Absolutely terrible company.
I bought 3 bikinis from here 3 months ago and the quality and sizing was awful. Additionally, I didn’t even receive two of the 6 items yet was given no explanation or refund. After consistently bothering them with emails for a month I was finally given a refund. I spent 10 dollars on shipping my other items back for a refund 2 and a half months ago... STILL NO REFUND. This company should be shut down. I have since read many similar situations. Do not buy from this company.

I have never experienced customer service like I have with Boutine LA. I have ordered three swimsuits and each one came late. I paid for first class shipping and it was a birthday present that obviously didnt come in time for the party, so I asked if they would be able to at least refund me for the shipping. Nope. Didn't happen and never even got a response from customer service. Might as well just have gone to Target. Never buying again. Thanks Boutine LA for literally the worst customer service I have ever had.

I, much like you I'm sure, enjoy perusing Instagram for my next unnecessary purchase (do I really need yet another bikini set?). After stumbling upon BoutineLA's IG account, I was sucked into the allure of the beautiful curvaceous models decked out in BoutineLA/ChooksLA scantily clad bikini sets and immediately whipped out my credit card. To much of my dismay, a lot of styles were out of stock in my particular size which led to a slight obsession of checking the site for when they'd restock in my size. In the meantime, I found my fix on resale apps/websites like Poshmark and finally got to experience what a BoutineLA bikini was all about - the cut and style was flattering, although the quality of the material wasn't anything note-worthy (however, in the world of bikinis, these retail on the lower end so I wasn't expecting much). Fast forward to the fateful day where BoutineLA launched a new style and, finally, stocked in my size! I quickly made my purchase and waited. And waited. And waited. They had sent me an email saying it had been shipped out a few days after my order was confirmed, so I didn't think much of it. Nearly two weeks flew by and I almost forgot about it until I received an email from BoutineLA asking me how I liked my bikini and if I could leave a review on their website. I thought, "I'd love to! If only I had it!". Thus began a tireless saga of me contacting the customer service department via email twice and not receiving any response for 5 days. Upon checking the tracking number for my order, it appeared a shipping label was made, but the package was never sent. This is what BoutineLA responded with:
"Thank you for shopping with BoutineLA.
We are sorry for the delay.
It seems the desired bottom was sold out at the time of fulfilling your order.
We anticipated the restock but it was pushed back.
At this time we can have another desired bottom sent or issue a refund for the order?"
This is terrible, I repeat, TERRIBLE customer service. If they had found themselves in this unfortunate situation, the first thing they should have done was contact me, the customer, to let me know that my order could not be fulfilled. Instead, they let me wait and wonder for 3 weeks, keeping my money while I have nothing but my broken dreams.
After I responded with a blaring YES GIVE ME MY REFUND PLEASE + A CONFIRMATION OF THIS, I haven't heard from them for 6 days. Which left me to dispute the charge with my credit card company who in turn automatically credited me the amount. Now, THAT is customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE, unless you're a masochist and want the headache (hey, to each their own, right?). Such a shame, because for a bikini hoarder like myself, they missed out on a customer who would have dropped major $$$, guess it's back to Poshmark for me.

They never answered me!
I tryied to contact them with them in every possible way, from different emiles and different numbers. And through the Instagram too.

Do not order from this company expecting to receive the correct items! I have ordered from Boutine LA twice and have had issues both times. The first time I figured it was just a small mistake because the order was pretty big so I emailed the company explaining that they have sent me the wrong top instead of the one I originally ordered. They emailed back and apologized, saying the item was now out of stock and they would offer me a refund or send the correct top when it gets restocked. (AWESOME) I received it and loved it. So I decided to give another try ordering from Boutine LA. This time I ordered the Pirate II top in size Medium and received the BAE top instead... was a little angry this time considering they couldn't get my order with ONE item in it right.. Started to think the packaging facility doesn't know what item is what! So I emailed them once again stating they have sent me the wrong top, once again. They told me they were sorry (of course) and would email me a return label for the incorrect top and would "even waive the restocking fee" if I decided to return the incorrect top. Tell me everything that is wrong with this!!! They will waive a restocking fee for their OWN mistake? This is not a customers issue! Like what? I just want to receive the correct items I order. Is it that hard? So I emailed them stating that and to "please send me the correct top as I need it for an upcoming trip and you can provide the return label in that package and I will return once I receive my correct top." They then took it upon themselves to issue me a refund... but what about the top I ordered? I never asked for a refund? I just want the top I ordered! I emailed several times, even commented on their Instagram page @Boutinela telling them to please email me back. Guess what happened? THEY BLOCKED ME. Ooooh. I was piiiissed. What kind of customer service is this? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. A good standing company would've accommodated the customers needs. But now they are just being down right unprofessional. I have created several reviews all over the internet, even one on BBB. My mother has used her Instagram to try to reach out to them.. no response yet. Won't be surprised if she gets blocked too. Still no email response. Looking to speak to the CEO, or a manager. Please let me know our next steps into recieving the top I ordered.

The items are good quality, and although customer service is good, it is SUPER slow. I returned an item for an exchange and it wasn’t until I emailed them TWICE that they said they received it and are gonna give me store credit. However, I’m still waiting for the email giving me the store credit. In other words, quality is good, but make sure you order the correct size because the exchange process is PAINFUL.

I ordered a bikini top and bottoms, only received the top even though the invoice in the parcel clearly states both were ordered. Have emailed and contacted them multiple times on different platforms with no reply.

I ordered 5 items, returned 4 and have yet to receive a refund. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response.
Not to mention the sizing is terrible. Their size chart claims tops fit up to 34DD, which is completely false.

TERRIBLE EXPERINCE MY ORDER NEVER CAME. I would give 0 stars if there was an option. My order was refunded, which is nice but I was provided with no explanation and had never received a response to any emails. Terrible way to conduct a business.

Ordered a bikini in November 2017, order never arrived. Contacted the shipping company who informed me that the company had never even given them the items for shipping. I have sent multiple emails, DMs and even comments on Instagram and Facebook trying to get a hold of their customer service team. I haven’t received a single reply and I have been blocked from commenting on their public posts 😡😡😡 worst experience ever and have been scammed out of over $100
