The customer service with this company is excellent. Every time I call, they’re always able to help me and when I called today regarding what the update is on my account, Tyler was the customer representative that answered my call. He has such a great side manner voice and that he was able to help me get the answers I needed to know. He answered my questions with no hesitations. Overall, great customer service. 5 star all the way!

TERRIBLE!!!!! Lawsuits with no representation, bank accounts frozen, minimal progress after paying them for 3.5 years, paid off my most expensive one MYSELF (after the lawsuit froze my accounts).

Worst financial decision I ever made was to work with boulder. They lie to you up front. Dont go over details and constantly change the program cost and length. You constantly have to do there job. You have to tell them when to pay off a creditor with your banked money. It isn't in there best intrest to pay anyone off theyake $15 off you everytime they send a check take a payment. They tell you they will defend you in court but what they dont tell you is you have to pay additional fees for the first time and everytime. So that 900 dollar retainer fee Is a scam just like this program. Avoid at all costs you can do everything they do but cheaper... scam scam scam.

The client rep who assisted me on Tuesday 10-8-19 went above and beyond to help with my dilemma. I had been sending faxes concerning my account but they were never uploaded to my file. this was causing problems as one of my creditors had escalated to court. She found the documents and had them uploaded and marked my file to be expedited. I think this will greatly assist in settling my problems. Thank you

I hired Boulder Legal Group to handle 3 credit cards. I was told they could settle all 3 for 48 payments of $474 a month. I agreed and started paying them the agreed amount. A out 12 months into program one of the cc used me. Boulder settled for the full amount, not much less like they said. I got a better job and voluntarily raised my payment by another $150 a month hoping to complete the program early. I got sued again. About 5 months ago Boulder Legal called and said they settled but I had to make a other $500 a month payment on top of the $625 I already pay. I cant afford a other dime a d told them that. They told me they would work with first cc to lower the agreed amount. 5 months later and I hear nothing from them. I have hired an attorney to investigate and he is turning all paperwork and phone calls over to the attorney general. This is a scam and the absolute worst people to do business with. They lie cheat and steal from us who cant afford it. DO NOT GET DRAWN INTO THIS SCAM!!!

The customer support gentleman, Shawn, was very courteous and positive. Over the weekend, I received a "praecipe for entry of judgment" from Bank of America and am very upset over it.
Shawn was very positive and checked and said it was being handled by in-house litigation (Eric). I'm still very concerned over all this since I thought this was settled with Bank of America in February 2019 and payments were to start then. Shawn tried to re-assure me I was doing great and that it was a process. I'm just scared about losing my job over all this.

we have had generally good experience with the Boulder Legal Group. It does seem that the automated response to messages we send sometimes doesn't work but is generally good. Recently we've noticed a few payments made to our accounts that we done without our prior knowledge. The end result is still good and our three year contract is almost done. Not sure how BLG will handle any leftovers.

Although Boulder is doing what they are contracted to do, I wish they would call me regularly to review my account. The only time I hear from them is when there might be a settlement. Ever time a settlement is on the table, they ask for more money. I don't have more money to give. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Will be happy when all my accounts will be settled!

I have called to see what the status was on my account with Boulder and Jakub was the representative that was helping me out. Jakub is very friendly and listened to what I was requesting, he was answering my questions with no hesitation, such a helpful representative. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that I got from Jakub, I hope that when I need to call again, I will have him, if not then I hope the representative I get on the phone is like Hume because it’s not often you get people like Jakub who is genuinely nice and loves what he does so thank you so much for a great experience and great customer service Jakub!!! 5 stars all the way!
