Josh did an amazing job at walking our team through the setup and use of our new laser cutter. He clearly knows everything about the equipment and is able to share that knowledge in a way that made sense to everyone that attended training. Josh came to our organization, took the time to learn what we do and how we operate and modified his training to best fit our production needs. He was articulate, efficient, as well as personable. He made sure my employee and I both had hands on practice to ensure we understood the ins and outs of our engraver. Could not of went better and I could not feel more confident in the use of our unit.

I purchased a LS 3655 a few months ago and reframed from providing a review until I was fully up and running with a couple on months under my belt. Being in western Canada I was originally concerned with what type of support I would receive from purchase to fulfillment to after purchase support. I can honestly say that the overall purchase process was relatively simple, fulfillment was acceptable; and after purchase support was/is beyond approach - Excellent! I have NOT yet experienced any service support or equipment failures to date and look forward to a healthy and long working relationship with BossLaser. Thank you BossLaser for making this such a great experience!

The actual machine is great. The trainer, however, was incredibly off-putting. He was very salesman-y, and made a few sexist comments (e.g. 'there are manuals for the ladies.'). He did not seem to pay attention or tailor the training to our needs, and instead continued to reiterate irrelevant information. At one point, most people had left the training due to this; and people returned once the training became relevant, and the trainer did make comments to others about this, which is incredibly unprofessional.

Josh did a FANTASTIC job working with our teachers and students. He was thorough with every aspect of the machine's capabilities, from initial start-up, through calibration and alignment, and helping us make our first cuts and engravings. He did a great job teaching and ensuring our confidence of the safe operation of our new HP-3655.

Great experience, I was looking to purchase a Laser and met Frank my sales person during the convention in Vegas this past April. We had a great conversation and I purchased my Laser on the spot.
Frank and the Boss Laser team was very patient with me as I needed time to clear room in the shop.
Finally I scheduled my pick up and demo, what is amazing is that Frank and the team allowed me to make changes at the last moment getting a 25% larger work area. The laser was already crated, regardless they allowed me to make the change, really appreciated that.
Then during the Demo I met Ken, amazing guy, I know that this is going to be a lasting relationship. Not sure how all the demos go on pick up day but I feel like Ken went way over and above to help me understand the new technology, range of applications and we also did an awesome demo piece.

After doing plenty of research and watching many videos online I was looking for a laser that was capable of cutting metal and engraving. I decided to go with Boss simply because of the unbelievable support they offer along with the quality of the machines. I now own two of them and soon I will be adding a third. Great product and great people there, I highly suggest making the trip down to the headquarters and check out the showroom.

Josh Kang travelled on-site to provide training for our group. Prior to his arrival, he made sure that we had the correct equipment and accessories to ensure that our machine would work properly. Josh even offered to go out of his way to buy the accessories for us! Josh was extremely professional, patient, and extremely thorough throughout the training session! Initially, the use of our machine was overwhelming but Josh made it make sense to us in a matter of a couple hours! Thank you to Josh and Boss Laser!!

Happy to say Boss Laser customer service really came through today. They did make a minor mistake on my original quote but they were quick to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. At first communicating via email wasn’t helping the confusion factor so instead Frank called right away and was very upfront about everything and made sure to explain so there was no more confusion. Excited to order my machine this next week! Can’t wait to get it. Excited to come back and write another review once it arrives and I get a chance to play. It’s encouraging to know my purchase is and will be backed with great customer support. When you call then someone at the office in Florida answers and if they sense any confusion they don’t hesitate to call you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 3rd CNC type machine/software that I have had a training on and I have to say this was the most thorough and professional experience I have ever had. Josh was an amazing trainer he was curtious and very knowledgeable his training style made everything very easy to follow and I have been making cuts nonstop ever since he left with no problems.

We have a fleet of boss laser machines and anytime we have a question from general maintenance to using the software, their customer service is quick to respond in a timely matter. The machines themselves are durable and we've had a few of them for over 3 years now (we run them quite a bit). Definitely would recommend Boss!

I bought my machine and was waiting for help to teach me the machine. Just tried to get machine working, and the gentleman helping me said the tube is arching...which means I can't use it. There are sparks coming out of the laser tube and when even on the off switch guy was getting shocked touching the tube...ouch! It's Sat. and no help available. Of course this is very sad as I was so excited to start using it. Not sure what tech support will say, but a brand new machine, and its got a problem:( already.
