I purchased a Bose Soundlink Revolve. After 2 months, it stopped working for no reason. No sound at all. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they told me to send it back. In the meantime, I bought another Bose bluetooth Soundlink Color II and after 6 months it stopped working. They offered to replace it for me for $75.00! It cost $135.00. They never contacted me again after I sent back the first speaker, and then they would not replace the second one. You cannot return Bose products to the store, so I basically lost over $300 on poor products that I didn't mistreat in any way.

Bought QC 35ii headphones a week ago for £259. They were fantastic. The Noise cancellation has deteriorated drastically. I now realise the new update has made these headphones pretty useless. The noise cancellation is non existant. I have read into this and see they have released a new set of headphones so Bose's agenda is obvious. I just think it unfair to downgrade a product to get customers to buy their new NC700 headphones. I will be buying the B&W PX headphones and sell the Bose's. I should've bought the PX's as Bower & Wilkins have a much better customer focussed company set up. Poor Bose I hope they reap what they sow. Won't be buying another of their products and will give an honest review to anyone that asks. £259 down the drain.

I had purchased Bose SoundSports free buds in May 18.. worked perfectly fine.. few days back the rubber started coming out from right ear bud. Today i took it to Bose Service center Andheri East Mumbai. He checked the ear bud and invoice. Assured me not to worry and replaced with a fresh set without any further questions. I was extremely happy with this gesture of Bose. Truely feel like Bose cares for its customer.

About a year ago I bought several components of a home (supposedly) wifi sound system from Bose. They all connect to the Bose Soundtouch system: the Soundtouch 10, 20 and the home cinema. From the start I have had nothing but problems with them. They are difficult to set up initially and they are constantly disconnecting themselves from the network. I have found them not working more often than working. Each time, reconnecting them all takes about half an hour, and I have to do this about once every fortneight, and on this last occasion reconnecting them has not worked at all, so I am now at a loss. When they work, the sound quality is good, but they are so unfit for purpose that I wish I had bought Sonos instead. From a company with such a reputation as Bose, these really are utterly appalling. Shame on Bose!

Bose is the best shop ever , their service is top notch especially the Regent Street flagship shop , I went there with a faulty QC30 set and they replaced with no questions asked , I must admit though that the I damage was due to my recklessness and it’s by no means product failure . I will never purchase any headphone set other than from Bose , the company guarantees you enjoy the experience and their products are second to none especially the qc30 range .

Bought a Soundlink mini 1 from Costco about 2.5 yrs ago. Was about £130. Great bit of kit until it decided to have a hissy fit whilst on charge and being unused. It went into a lockdown type mode where all that happened is it wouldnt switch on, charge, or reset. Sent an email to BOSE via their fault reporting system, never got a reply.
Their own help pages were abysmall. Searched the fault online and saw many others had the same fault and the same customer experience. My high quality product is nothing more than a brick. Will never BOSE again.

I've owned several Bose products over the years from headphones, earbuds to Home theater (over a dozen products) Sure the price has always given me pause, but I just find it very tough to get the same "True" sound quality from anything else. I'm not a Bass Head, I'm not a Metal Head, I just enjoy music the way it was mastered. Right now I still have my Lifestyle AV28 for my main system. I've investigated many options to upgrade to over the last couple years and I just can't find the same sound quality (short of spending $4k on the latest Bose system).
I'm writing this so people reading reviews get all sides of the story. Yes, products break or have defects. That's part of everything manufactured. Bose has always helped me work through my issues in the past. Please, Don't "Not Buy" Bose because someone bought a broken one and wrote a review out of momentary anger (We've all been there) They'll fix it or replace it, but 90% of the time the one you buy will work fine for many years.
Happy Listening to anything you choose to go with!

Virtually impossible to get in touch with Bose customer service...website gives you a royal runaround and makes sending an e-mail impossible and no one answers the provided phone. Would never touch another Bose product. Just trying to get an update cd for my Bose Wave three cd player...ugh

Below you will see a review I posted on the Bose website about their earpads for the QC35 headphone range. I just received notification that the review was not suitable and did not meet their review criteria therefore it wasn't published.. - Sorry but I didn't realise telling the truth was a criteria...
I bought these headphones and they have only had minimal use. The ear pads have come apart and the foam is falling out. I only use them for travelling by plane or on trains which is perhaps 7 or 8 times a year. After speaking to customer service they said as they are out of warranty they cannot replace them. Explaining that the problem occurred when they were well into their warranty they said they would not replace for free. At £24.95 for a pair of rubbish cheap pads that fall apart - plus the fact that many other customers are reporting the same - I feel that Bose should replace them for free. As they are not then I shall be selling the headphones as they are, and shall not be buying Bose headphones in the future. It's a pity because the technology is excellent but let down by cheap materials. After paying nearly £300 for a pair of headphones I expect them to at least stay in one piece within a year or so of buying them, especially with minimal use. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Bought a headphone. I found I left a battery for awhile until it corrodes inside. I tried to clean as much as I could. I couldn’t get it going. Decided to take Bose service center through the heat and traffic at plaza central in KL. Met by a receptionist explained the issue. She took the product to a room and came up as “unfixabke” in less then 5 minutes. Was appalled to the response without the technician came to talk to me. I didn’t expect to get this response from a well known expensive product.
A same price product vacuum cleaner would have been fixed.

Bose support is nearly non existing, they are out of touch with the customer base and slow to respond. The product function is fine, the support sucks, pray you never have to call, text or email them. It is not worth the time or hassle.

Appalling. I have spent seventeen hours!!!!! over the course of the past four weeks texting back and forth with 'Customer Services' trying to a. return a faulty product for exchange and 2. chasing the replacement. Still no sign of the replacement. I cannot imagine anybody would even contemplate buying a Bose product after enduring a marathon such as this. I certainly wont.

I have a SoundTouch 300 bose system . It sounded fantastic with the base module and I added two cube speakers. Until the base module stopped working. I sent it back to bose and they repaired it under warranty. However when it came back it sounded completely different. The base was not pure, rich and deep as it was previously and it was almost as though it had been repaired with different parts !!!!!. The speaker also constantly asked for updates .... just when you wanted to play it and locked you out until updated. The cube speakers disconnect themselves as has the base module. The app for the systems also has it’s issues sometimes turning up the volume to max on its own or down to zero ...... very disappointed 😔

Had 3 Bose products over the past 3 years. Two soundlink speakers and a pair of QC35 headphones. All are no longer working. I had a total of approximately 300 hours use out of these so I guess they cost me around $3 per hour. Contacted Bose about the headphones and they offered me a new set at about the same price as I could get them from Amazon. Overall very poor quality and zero customer service. Recommend nobody buys Bose products. Very disappointed.

Good product but I needed to order a spare case for my headphones. Ordered direct on their web site as it said it was on stock. 7 days later it has not arrived. Call customer service who appear to be in the USA. It has not been dispatched yet. They don't know why and have no idea when it will be dispatched. Said they would call back the same day... no call back. 3 days later and still no contact or product.

I bought Bose SoundSport back in July 2018 and the battery died after 6 months of continuous usage. It took them 2 month to replace it under warranty. Now after 4 months the battery has some flaws again and doesnt show the correct charge percentage.

Have a wave multi CD player, phoned help line gave all details and they said yes they could repairs it, happy day so I thought.
The item was collected and tracked all the way to Belgium, waited a week waited 2 weeks waited 3 weeks, so I called them, and was told that no it could not be repaired even though the call operator said it fell with in the critior.
Got item returned and repaired locally, @eletroic partners yes slightly more but fixed never the less.

Avoid like the plague. You'd expect premium customer service from Bose but my experience with them has been appalling.
Returned a product using their 30day money-back guarantee. It took two months to get my money back after so much time contacting them to sort. Broken promises and lies throughout.
I have 4 Bose products, unfortunately, I will never buy from them again.

Waiting over 5 weeks so far for a replacement set of Sound Sport Free, which stopped working after 4 months. I've had two calls and three emails so far with Bose and all I know is that the headphones I returned are somewhere in Belgium.
I will never buy Bose again. if I pay for premium product, I expect premium service in the event that a product fails.

I owned a pair of AE2 headphones for about 6 years and loved the product. I have been wanting to upgrade for a while and since my headphones started to malfunction I called in to see if I could trade in a get a credit towards a new pair. At the beginning everything went smooth and I purchased a new pair of QC35 ii. I would be emailed a shipping label and the total time frame was 7-10 business days unless I brought them into a bose store which could ship them in the following morning. So I did, I brought them into my local bose store (exceptional experience, great guy helped me in about 5 minutes said they would be on the morning shipment out). I was told it would be 5-7 business days until my new headsets were delivered. As time passed I would call in because my tracking number had yet to show that they had left the warehouse. Eventually someone told me that they had received the headphones on the 22nd (aug) and the turnaround should have been 24-48 hours, it was the 27 at the time. The man sent an order to the warehouse to ship them out and gave me expedited shipping, which was very nice. Unfortunately, Bose was incapable of actually shipping them out for another 3 days. I am leaving where I currently am for over a month and my headphones have yet to arrive. They received the headphones on the 22nd, I was told they were shipped out on the 31st. Just incredible disappointing. All they had to do was confirm the item serial number and ship out my new pair. I have never been more frustrated with a company. Yesterday was a Sunday so I couldn't even call the customer service line. I called my local Bose store and the man suggested I purchase a new pair at the store and then the person I am staying with will 'return' my new pair when they are delivered. How is this the best solution the company can come up with! (Nothing against the local store, they have been great). The man at the store was even confused why I had to ship them in. Apparently trade in deals can take place locally. I was told I had to pay over the phone and ship them in even though I made it clear from the beginning that I would like to involve the local store to expedite the process.
In sum up. I purchased the headphones over the phone on the 19th. I brought them to the store on the 20th. The warehouse received the headphones on the 22nd... and didn't ship out my new pair until the 31st. I was told the timeframe would be 5-7 business days in the store (on the 20th). Just disappointing. Go buy the Sony's instead of dealing with Bose. Just shameful. Now I think I have to deal with shipping them to my next destination. Bose should absolutely pay for that shipping.

Worst customer service I've ever received.
I ordered headphones over 9 weeks ago and still no update.
I call their support line and they blame it on a vendor and refuse to take any responsibility.
I ended up cancelling my order.

I wish that i had read these review, before spending hundreds on the qc25 headphones. 1 1/2 years later, the left side began crackling, and intermittently turning off. I called customer service, and they were a complete waste of time. Offered to sell me another pair, at a discounted rate ( which happened to be more than I could purchase them on Amazon.) I refused. These headphones are simply not built to last, and Bose does not stand behind their products.
