Borderlinx is selling "retail merchandise" through an online auction house outside Seattle - MurphyAuction.com. Maybe this is where all the packages ended up.

For all the people who still come here to find some info about Borderlinx: I guess we all know by now that they got out of business in a very shady way, parcels vanished and so on. Maybe they were a good company in their starting days years ago, but got worse by the minute. I am one of the lucky ones, not to have used their "services" but I once opened an account on their site. When I learnt of all the trouble surrounding them, I wanted to close and delete my account again (that was before they officially went out of business) and ended up on a "Oops, this site doesn't exist" after filling in the form for deleting the account. I mean how can such a site not be existing? Anyway, I wanted to contact their customer support, after I wrote a message and clicked on send I ended up on.... "Oops, this site doesn't exist". Today, you can get onto their front page, but whatever you want to click, no link is working anymore and just redirects you back to the front page. Good luck to all of you, who try to get their missing packages or money back from them!

they stole my ipad pro, so many words about everything will be ok, just wait please. They dont care about people, i lost 850$ with this company, and nobody will send my money back to me. i dont know what to do, it is a lot of money for me.

Now their site says they are shut down.

Ordered couple of items in Europe via website (on 9 Sept 18) and decided to used Borderlinx services to send items to Singapore. Waited one month, no parcel, and felt something was wrong. Decided to log into my Borderlinx account but could not log in. Wrote an email to customer service and have yet to hear from them (almost one week)
Anyone thinking of using their courier service, think twice.

Horrible company. On June 15, 2018, I paid them approx. $72 via Paypal to ship merchandise from the UK to the US. Merchandise that I paid approx. $355 for initially. After over 2 months of going back and forth with them via the Borderlinx chat to ship the items that I'd already paid to get shipped, i was recently told by a Borderlinx rep that they are now closed and could no longer assist me. Really? So basically I am out of about $427. I paid Borderlinx for a service that they did not fulfill and my shipment is stuck there because of it. This is totally unacceptable and could even be considered criminal since this seems to be a form of theft on their behalf. HORRIBLE Company!!!

WORST experience ever. I worked for them for a month and never got paid. I tried contacting someone (anyone) from this company and no reply. They should really shut it down!! I also started receiving calls from other employees working for them, let me just say MY privacy info was breached! I’ve also been receiving mail from PayPal (with the people I sent packages to) stating they were not able to make PayPal accounts due to not being properly identified AKA (fraud accounts). I really hope they find the people behind this company so they can be put behind bars!!! It’s now being called Porter Transportation. (porterdelivery.com) PLEASE! No one work for this company or buy!!!

After suspending their Hubs in May, my shipment (meant to come to Germany) was withheld in the UK. Then borderlinx made me pay for an alternative shipping method. I did. But it never happened until the day.

I recently had a parcel sent from Amazon US to Borderlinx and once Borderlinx received it they said it couldn't be sent to me as it didn't meet there parcel sizes or weight and would get back to me with a fix (I was happy to pay more for postage etc). After a week or so I hadn't heard anything so i got onto their live chat. I was told it can only be sent back to the original seller as their US warehouse has now been closed down (the parcel arrived well before this closure date).
I now have to pay them to reship back to Amazon US in the hope I get a refund (but they were nice enough to offer waiving their $20 admin fee).
I told them they can keep the parcel as I just don't trust the chances of getting a refund and losing even more money.
In my defence, the parcel was just 4x plastic hand reels for small cables. Lightweight and small in size so I find it hard to believe that they were over the size or weight maximum.

Unbelievable! I have shipped with borderlinx for around 2 years now, got caught up in all that craziness when they moved warehouses in USA but tonight just blew me away! I paid for shipping for my items from uk to Dubai. They clearly stated with DHL EXPRESS. Little under one hour later I receive an email saying all shipping with DHL has been suspended!!....customer service guy from India was rude as hell and no help at all I told him I can offer a UK address as an alternative and just have my items delivered and refund me the costly DHL Express which they can no longer honor....not possible? Tell me how can a company take my money and still have there site selling a DHL service when they know dam well done they can’t provide? Criminal! Will be contacting trade and standards uk first think in morning

My shipment was stolen in September 2017 in the warehouse of Borderlinx.
No refund until today, no response to inquiries.
But there is good news: the company is away from the US-market, hopefully the company will soon disappear and the pathological liars like Gelna, Sudir and co. are unemployed soon...

I’ve been using their service for over a year abd was happy with it but last time i bought my items before their problem with their us hub and they all arrived before the deadline. But 2 of my item couldn’t be released because it was over the weight which they never stated in their final emails that we have limitations on weights. I spoke everyday on love chat with their rep and they all assured me that there management is trying to fix the issue and i dont need to be worry. Even after their closer i spoke to many rep and they are all useless and dont know what is happening except Rahul, who finally told me they couldnt find the way and they destroyed all parcels now. My items are worth about usd300 and Rahul opened a cased to the higher management for reimbursements. But its been few days now and i dont have any update and there is no one that i can talk to, all the rep are soooo useless and just repeat themselve that they dont know anything!!!! I’m so disappointed and i would like to take legsl actions against them as its over 3 weeks that they wasted my time and stole my items and money.

Same issue with their US office as most other on here. 2 items stuck as together they are too heavy for the budget solution they offered yet separately they are ok - Borderlinx will not seperate them! I've given up as the value of the goods is not worth the frustration and i now consider these items lost.
I agree that DHL would not cut them off without cause.
It's actually put me off using other redelivery services as well.

Awful unreliable and irresponsible.

I'm sick and tired or repeating what happened to every customer service person I have encountered during this period and really don't want to repeat everything. Exhausted and scammed by borderlinx. They are terrible and I hope they go bankrupt

I have been waiting for 3 months for my shipment to arrive, they obviously lost it. I was always told to wait but now it is obvious that it was for nothing. Let's see if I get my money back but I somehow doubt it.

They sent me an email notification about the USA problem just 4 days before colsing deals with USA branch.
Now l bought 4 items and it seems that l will lose more than 300$ the price of my items.
Now l’m trying to contact sellers to change a shipment address with the new shipment company or even to cancel some orders.
I’m so upset.
And really it is an awful experience.
I don’t recommend dealing with this company.

I had one parcel (single transaction from single seller) which was split in two separate deliveries into the US hub. Both packages arrived in early May into the hub according to their tracking details but only one was matched into my suite. I duly released and paid for shipping thinking it was all in one package. I stupidly chose the economy option to save a bit of money, never thinking it would only arrive 27 days later via Asendia. Of course upon arrival today I realise half my items are missing and that one parcel never got matched into my suite. Get onto LiveChat which is a terribly depressing experience since the customer service reps at the other end of the screen offer no recourse or any attempt at service recovery and suggest i ‘go back to the seller’ and that nothing can be done due to this US debacle, with an ‘i told you so’ attitude, as if they are in the right just because they sent an email to customers with not even two weeks’ notice to say a major service offering was being suspended with no viable alternatives. For a logistics company this is beyond ridiculous, and tantamount to theft of goods.
