Worst company ever! Do not order online because they will not take a return at the store! They don't honor returns their online merchandise they do not value your time. Spent an hour talking to four employees and got nothing. I ordered some boots for a trip paid extra for shipping the boots were late and now they won't take them back!
The manager, a man with no name, just a turquoise shirt and a turquoise pinky ring couldn't answer basic questions about store policy. He didn't even know if the gift card they were offering would work for online purchases which I see from previous reviews the cards don't work! I'm very disappointed. Next time I'll go to a reputable company like REI. Don't waste your time with Boot Barn!

This company has incredible customer service - last week several packages I ordered from various online retailers did not arrive on the scheduled date and were misdelivered. Even though this was the first time I had ever ordered from them and had no history with the company, Boot barn shipped me a replacement extremely promptly and everyone I dealt with at this company was incredibly professional and courteous. I’ll be a customer for life.

What century is this company living in? They have gift cards but there is absolutely no way to use the gift card in their online shop. You need to call customer service. The stores themselves stock nothing for big and tall so I need to shop from their online store. However, it seems like my gift card is no good because it can't be used online. If you have a system set up to accept credit cards, and you have a gift card system, then the two should be linked. It makes me wonder WHY they don't give the option to use them online. I think I have it figured out, though. It's for situations exactly like mine. I work full time, have a wife and kids, and don't have time to spend an hour on hold on a Saturday to use the gift card; in turn, they already have the money from someone buying the gift card and there are a lot of people like me who don't have time to actually use it by calling them. Profit is the name of the game! Very, very poor business practices.

My daughter ordered some boots online for her wedding. They were too small so we took them into the store to exchange them for the next size up. The boots were in the original packaging and box that they were shipped in. She never received a receipt or packing slip when she placed the order. The only thing she received was the charge on her bank statement. Before we said anything the manager Cindy walked up with an attitude. She exclaimed they always email a receipt and she would "do it this time". Why have that kind of attitude when we spent over $200 it isn't like we were asking for our money back. We will never shop at this store again. Buyer be ware they just want your money and their customer service SUCKS!

I ordered a pair of boots from these guys a week ago....Tried to call and get a track number....Dont bother, nobody answers their phone. Finally figured out how to get my tracking number. Just shipped today!! A week freaking later!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE FOOLS!!!

you can reach the moon faster than anyone ever answering their phone. I absolutely hate websites with no customer service! If you can't provide the service stop conning the public! you are stealing our money. None of the links for returns, or reaching customer service work. Even the order number doesn't work!

Dec. 1, 2017 I ordered a pair of TONY LAMAS OSTRICH ANTIQUE TAN BOOTS from BOOT BARN over the phone. I received these boots in a two day period. Well to my surprise after opening the BOX these BOOTS were in a very highly used condition. The soul of the BOOT was gray in color and looked like CONCERT, the TOE was scuffed up. I contacted the BOOT BARN and they sent me out a NEW PAIR overnight . I just wonder how this happened. I was totally disappointed that a QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT was not overseeing an outgoing product. I called and ask to speak with the SUPERVISOR and to make AMENDS the SUPERVISOR gave me a discount credit on my purchase. I am sending a photo of the product I received to help others that may want to THINK of using BOOT BARN.

AWFUL experience with boot barn. Customer service was extremely rude, unhelpful and thought it was funny that I was frustrated about my order. This company is a SCAM they take your money for items they don't even have. Spent $40 on shipping which was supposed to arrive in 4 days, items were backordered and now have to wait 10x longer than what they promised.... why am i paying $40 for shipping if they can't even get my order in less than A MONTH. Terrible experience, will never order from this company again. This stress and frustration that comes with ordering from this company is not worth the $20 you save from ordering directly from the boot company.

I got a gift card to Boot Barn (Which, I was grateful but I don't like anything from that store) I went to multiple locations and hated everything, so I decided to give their online website a shot. Mhmn...NOTHING! Unless you are honey boo boo's mother, this store will be perfect for you. I found some work boots that I can donate, BUT I cannot use the gift card online. I called, and their system is down---Maybe, Bootbarn is not capable of running a business if they issue gift cards, yet you can't use them? I would call that a rip off!
HATE HATE THIS STORE! I feel obligated to shop here

This is rediculous. I purchased Boot from Boot Barn Davenport, Iowa . Corral Boots for 300.00 and if I wanted the box it was 1.00. I realize its only 1.00, but its the principle! I will take my business elsewhere.

"I had the worst experience I have ever had ordering through Boot Barn online. I placed an order December 28th with 2 day shipping and as of January 5th it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. I tried to call 8 different times on different days and waited for a representative for 30 minutes every time without any luck. I emailed customer service another 5 times with once again no luck. I am beyond pissed and at this point just want to cancel my order, but I cant get ahold of anyone to even let me do that. This site is crap, customer service is USELESS, and they do NOT have the customers best interest at mind. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BOOT BARN STORE OR ONLINE EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS BS!!!"

LOCAL IDAHO FALLS STORE WILL NOT EXCHANGE ARIAT BOOTS PURCHASED ONLINE. Bought a pair of fairly expensive Ariat boots on-line at www.BootBarn.com which were on sale before Christmas. Tried to do a simple EXCHANGE at local store in Idaho Falls (size 12 for size 11 - exact same boot) the 3rd January. They claimed they could only give me a credit (which may not appear on my credit card for 3-5 days and had the audacity to blame my "bank" for that setback) BUT would resale me the new boot for the FULL PRICE (no discount). They kept my original invoice (and, only after I requested, gave me a bad copy of it off their copy machine which is so faint I can't even read it). They then claimed they could not give me any paperwork providing proof I had left my boots with them and had a REFUND coming. After I insisted on proof of return, Manager finally gave me a handwritten note on the bottom of the unreadable copy of the invoice.
NEVER AGAIN ... My son, who has returned to college out of state, still has no Ariat boots for Christmas because I am still awaiting my REFUND so I can re-purchase them from somewhere else AND I still have no proof I even have a credit coming.
www.BootBarn.com clearly states in their Return Policy:
8. If you purchased online and want to return it in a store, you may do so for a refund, an EXCHANGE or store-credit.
1/5/17 UPDATE: After calling the corporate Boot Barn to make sure my credit was being processed, I was told she couldn't verify I even had a "credit" because they were still processing credits from 12/29/16. (Customer Service on-line was very polite, professional and did try to help ... but couldn't.) What a poorly run outfit.

I have been a customer of boot barn for a couple of years and wanted to not only support our local companies here in Lebanon,Tn, but also I really liked the products as well. Tonight I took the family to boot barn to purchase a new hat at $99.00 and also a pair of carhart pants $39.00 and after purchasing around $500.00 or more with this company in previous purchases, I could even be found in the system. Phone number, name, or address could pull my information up.....what's the point in having a rewards card if your not even going to keep up with your customers or convinetly loose the information. Not happy at all.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots at the beginning of may an didn't receive my order yet. I send many emails claiming to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. Sometimes, they did'nt answer at all to my emails. When they answered, they give just a short answer that not really answering the problem. At the beginning of the month i gave them an ultimatum of 10 days to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. I have no more choice to consider it's a fraud.

This website had the best selection of cowboy boots. I went on vacation with my family to a dude ranch recently. I purchased a pair of casual boots, and I purchased a pair for riding. The boots didn’t take long to arrive. I was really happy with how nice they looked. They are well made, and they fit comfortably. I would definitely use this site again in the future.
