Zero stars. I have sent them in books. They have pending over 3 weeks (close to a month) and no payment. Other buyback companies paid me quicker for giving them books. They stole textbooks without paying. They have the worst customer service response excuses. Its a joke to offer those buyback rates not even near half the textbook cost. I'm not sending no more books to buyback companies. Worst company ever.

I sent my books to this company without reading reviews. It seemed to good to be true that they would buy my used text books that I paid $500 for. It was to good to be true. After over a month of waiting I haven't received any sort of payment, their website recommends that you send your textbooks in multiple boxes so that in case one gets "lost" you will at least get something. Well I don't think it was a coincidence that the cheap $5 book made it to them (yet still haven't received payment) and the other expensive books showed "delivered" then they just accidentally disappeared. They then had the gall to tell me it was my fault because I shipped them in multiple boxes which messed up the shipping process causing my expensive books to disappear. I'm certain someone else is enjoying my expensive textbooks right now because of this scam company. They also say once they receive the books they own them and you can't get them back period. So whoever has my medical textbooks right now your welcome I hope you get good use out of my donation. As for anybody reading this review I advise you to stay away from this company because they will steal from you.

The process was so easy and so quick! I was honestly surprised how quick the turnaround time was for them to receive my books to when I received my check. Very pleased.

I always enjoy working with bookbyte. It used to be quicker turn around time. I also couldn’t find where to buy or rent books on the website. All around is rather get my books from this site than anywhere else.

it is so easy to use. you just print off the shipping label and mail in your book and i chose to get the check in the mail and it only took about a week after the book was sent for me to get my check. will totally being doing this again
