I paid for next day delivery and got it 3 days later....what is the point of paying nearly £6 for next day delivery if you have to wait multiple days for it to come?? customer service is also really difficult to get hold of. Most of my problems with Boohoo are on the delivery and customer service front - the quality is generally fine, maybe a bit expensive for what you actually get. but the delivery is shocking

Do not order from here. I placed an order for next day delivery and it did not arrive. I was then told to wait 2 days, it did not arrive. I was then told to wait 2 weeks! Again, it did not arrive. I was then informed by Hermes that my parcel was on its way back to boohoo at my request, even though I had never requested this. You can't speak to anyone via the phone, all customer service is done via twitter and email. Customer service are unhelpful and simply don't care. Avoid this company at all costs, overrated and much better quality/service elsewhere.

Bought a pair of boots the heel disintegrated it felt off frim start shoddy material. Contacted boohoo via email kept getting email returned by mailer daemon as their mailbox full??
Wish l had read reviews seems like tacky material used. I'm not into social media (l know) so not chasing on twitter facebook or any other bar email. If anyone's got a number l can call please can you help.
Waiting to resend email hoping they've cleared backlog of emails. Never seen a company have mailbox thats full. Clearly designed to make you give up.

I bought some dresses on black friday and I got promised free delivery in 7-10 days (which is ridiculous even for free delivery). Order didn’t arrive. Even more, I got an email saying that my return has been accepted but I have never actually got the products. No phone number to contact them on, they have a robot and if you want to ask more questions, they put you on “hold for transfer” to an agent which never writes back! I’ve been ordering from these guys before and they were ok with delivery and returns(this is why 2 stars instead of one) but this time, I’m totally disappointed.

Awful customer service, take your money and then use terrible couriers so you don’t get your parcels on time, not sure why they offer next day delivery when they can’t actually provide this service!!

Paid for year next day delivery. My parcel always arrive 3-5-7days later after the next day delivery date.
Parcel paid for next day delivery but never delivered and they put fake signature on tracking.
Hermes and boohoo together are both very bad. Been customer since 2013
Boohoo doesnt help at all.
I order a parcel which was meant to come and it never came. 4days later I went on holiday and the parcel arrive said left at me reception when i came back parcel wasnt there. Before i went to told boohoo to return it to depot they insisted to be sent even after i went away. I came back boohoo is ignoring all my msg and email about my refund of this parcel. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPOND

Ordered a dress, paid for delivery. Dress came and was shockingly bad quality. The material, the cut and the stitching was horrible. Went to return it and had to pay an additonal $8.95 to return THEIR product. Unbelievable rip off. Paid more than half the price of the product for shipping back and forth. Will never purchase from them again.

SCAM AND POINTLESS COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!!!!! I'd give 0 if I could. Photo vs what you get is legitimately a scam, price being "reduced" from original to make you think it's more expensive is legitimately a scam, you don't get your delivery charge back magically according to their "policy", list goes on - everything about it is a scam. Basically a person who didn't succeed in life started this company in order to take people's money and make something of themselves. They don't care about anyone but themselves. Which is so funny cause do you even know how to business? You'd be 10 times more successful if you do it right, and maybe your life will be a little less grey.

Just call an email from Customer Service Kyle is refunding me €4 and told me that due to high volume of orders, there are delays, my parcel is in 'not so Fastway' so called hub since 11th of December, he now says I should receive it on Monday, I just want a refund and to close my account and distance myself from these 2 crap companies

Ordered a maternity coat but was awful so sent it back immediately. Can’t find the receipt with my proof of return on. Which is frustrating but boohoo are refusing to refund me £30 which to them is nothing but to me it’s a lot of money and I need it to get a new coat, my baby is due next month, I have a daughter and it’s Christmas, I can’t afford to fork out for another new coat. Spent a lot here over the years for me and my 14 year old but will never purchase anything again. All for the sake of £30!!!

I made a purchase on BooHoo.com on Black Friday the 29th of November 2019, I quite liked their merchandise, and decided to order four separate items from them, this was a massive mistake. After my order had been put through and processed, I recovered an email it was out of delivery, this was only four days after the order had been placed, the delivery timeframe promised by BooHoo.com was 7-10 days total. After this email stating the items had been put out for delivery, I heard nothing further from this company until the tenth day had came. I decided to contact them via web chat, and I was promised it would be delivery on that day, On the eleventh day my items still have not arrived, therefore I contacted customer services again, and they offered me a refund or to send the items again, in a period of four days, when they can confirm it is missing. The event I was clothes shopping for was later that night, which was too late, so I opted for a refund, and had to rush out and stress myself to find something to buy. By December 18th I still have not received the refund, therefore I contacted customer services again, they advised they need to wait 30 DAYS before they replace the product or refund the transaction. This is not what had been promised, they just lied to me, over and over again, no morals or ethics. Therefore I decided to register a complaint, however the customer advisor would not let me, kept stating it was in the terms and conditions about the 30 day waiting period, even though I was not advised this on the check out process, but promised 7-10 days. While shopping online, during checkout and in the confirmation email it only states 7-10 days, and states, "It'll be with you in... Up to 10 days. You'll get a dispatch email once your order has been packed, this can take up to 9 days, don't worry your goods will still arrive on time", with no reference to T&C's or the 30 day waiting period. Customer services really did not care. BooHoo would not refund the money they stole from myself, therefore thankfully I had used a credit card and could file a chargeback and receive a refund through my provider. Thankfully this nightmare has came to an end, neither me, nor my family or friends will be paying into this unique form of scam again.

Had an issue with a return, emailed them and 'Konnor' got back to me within 24hrs with a solution and even attached a new returns label which saved me any hassle.
Konnors email came across as a very friendly person, keep it up :)

This is the second time I have felt urged to review boohoo and now it’s time for me to stop shopping here. Any company, in my opinion, that does not have a customer service that can be contacted by phone, is using that as an avoidance strategy to not have those difficult conversations because they must read the reviews and they must have a high volume of issues to deal with.
In the last two months I have used my premier next day delivery twice, first order took over a week, second one was ordered four days ago and still hasn’t arrived. I emailed boohoo who say they are 72 hour salads. Come on boohoo, no there are not, other deliveries are being made. They said I’d get order later that day, noooo. You can’t keep taking customers money and not providing what you offer, that is usually seen as dishonest at best, fraudulent at worse. I don’t believe they even contact the imbeciles that call themselves Hermes. Boohoo, if u really cared, you’d make some changes, but I guess a 580m revenue means you don’t have to bother. DONT advertise what you CANNOT provide. Next day means next day. What’s your response??

OMG! what can i say.. Ordered a 2 piece outfit. Items were delivered next day prefect! Opened the parcel to find I had been sent a wrong item. It happens, it's how their customer service dealt with the issue that has really got my back up. Would not send me the correct item out until i posted the wrong item back. I did and sent a copy of the receipt...
This went on for about 3 hours backward and forwards, they kept on saying they could not see the receipt.. 6 times i sent it. I then got told that the item I order was out of stock, if they had told me I would of sent the whole order back.. Now I have been advised :
This is the message I received from Boohoo
:Hey Joanna. I am so sorry but as the item is now out of stock we will need to allow 15 days for the wrong item to be returned back to us for a refund. -Mev x♥️x
Really Boohoo, wrong item received, item out of stock, item sent back, receipt sent and now have to wait 15 days....

Wudnt even give them 1 star shocking service ordered 3 items last week still waiting for them as it got sent to wrong house. The driver must not be able to read so why he's on road I wil never know. They said they would resend it out on next day delivery waited in all day yesterday no parcel this morning I have confirmation to say it's delivered looked in post box nothing so I go bk on the tracking to find some kunt has signed for it trying to be me cause my signature don't look like that it's a joke. And whilst I'm checkin the trackin I check the new order they supposedly sent out two items I ordered 3 so they obv profiting the extra item off me . Aswell as the previous two orders that was a no show. So obv the driver's forged my signature and took it with him. No nick at door nothing. Happy Christmas Boohoo ya Freudsters!

I have shopped with boohoo for a very long time. As with most fast fashion the quality isn’t always perfect, but the service I’ve received has always been excellent, I’ve returned items that didn’t fit and received a refund within hours of walking out of the post office, I recently had an issue with a bomber jacket, and within 24 hours had been issued a refund. Kathleine, was helpful, speedy in her reply’s and understanding of the situation. I will continue to shop here, while the service remains the same. Thank you!!

Small sizes. I purchased 3 things and 2 where damaged. I got a refund for them both but it took a couple of weeks of back and forth emailing for it to happen.
The dress I got is very long and not hemmed well, so I will have to get it fixed.
