I wish I could give negative 100 stars. Please don't waste your energy and money on this site. I have placed 2 recent orders and i haven't received either the clothes or my money back. And forget about the customer service..... you can only send an email and you will always get a "unfortunately we can't help response". What a fraudulent company. If you place an order, give it 3 months before it MAY ARRIVE. Thieves...

Awful aftercare been chasing a non delivery for a REFUND since 17th August many emails later a few phone calls later for a dress i ordered with next day delivery never arrived or is walking its way around the globe wont be ordering gain from them

I contacted boohoo via Twitter because my items from hermes haven't arrived, somehow my address wasn't on the order, so Jayne Y was very quick at getting this sorted even contacting the courier to get me the next delivery date. Very good customer service

Never in my life will I waist my time ordering from boohoo spent over £200 on items payed next day delivery changed my post code with them and received nothing after 50 watts app messages and being told the same thing give Hermes another 24 hours I’m still waiting now to be told the could request my items back although this is not guaranteed but if they received them back I could then have a refund what a joke they are incapable of contacting the delivery service they use to update my details let alone ask for the parcel back I can’t call Hermes or boohoo just have to keep receiving the same messages every day from them so I have now lost £200 but may or may not get this money back and I can’t do nothing about it!!! I will never trust them again the delivery service they use are a joke 😡😡😡😡😡

Anyways my first time having an issue with no so much boohoo but the courier company asthe bustard of a driver dropped my package to the wrong address which on my end was a night mare but thank you to Jade and Faye for speeding things up and helping me get my stuff sent out on the ASAP so props to them and who ever else contributed to sorting my package out however wish I was able to exchange my dress for another style as yous did run out of stock and not my fault or my problem and wish their was some sort of free shipping if you spend a certain amount especially if your spending a lot on boohoo in one go every so often I live in NZ so can understand where I’m coming from

A bikini I bought broke, while on holiday, the first time I wore it. On my return I contacted Boohoo and they refunded me as soon as I sent photos of the bikini. Cannot fault their customer service. Fast, efficient and polite.

The customer service from boohoo is second to none. Ashley B, farah and Abigail sorted my order out in no time. the communication from boohoo is extremely quick and helpful. I would highly recommend boohoo and will definitely be shopping with them in the future.
