Made an order in December, still didn't receive anything (it's February!). Bol.com is apparantely a platform for smaller shops and the service level depends on the seller. In my opinion, there should be standards enforced by bol.com and at least a customer support in such situations.

Delivery time not as stated. Not organized. I ordered through 'Select' their express delivery option. I did not receive the article on the promised date. After calling the next day, they again promised to deliver a day later. Again, they did not deliver. They had no clue why this happened as the article was kept in stock. F Amateurs.

I've had great experience with bol in the past year but I think they've decided to stop caring about customers. 2 orders not delivered in almost a 2 week span. Their customer service sends me smileys and tells me how annoying that is. Top. :)))))

Unfortunately very bad service. Chat with experts , each had different opinions. Did not receive my packet and tracking said delivery to neighbour . How is this possible? Expert said will send new, another said to investigate one week. Ordered birthday gift to be del next day. Had to buy new. Refund seems unknown to them. Blame postNL. All not trustworthy

They changed prices and asked me to do one more order after i failed with pick up when the pick up point told me there's no package for me. Customer service is on low level as they cannot do anything much just asking to buy more stuff.

What a mess this service is. First delivery after 14 days we decided together with very helpful customer service that it would be better to cancel the delivery as they could not find the address for delivery. We receive at this adres at least 10 deliveries a day. Still waiting for refund after 1 month. Second order after now 10 days Bol.com is not yet sure if postal package has already arrived at PostNL depot or not. One day it stipulates yes the other day no.

BOL.com is doing very bad cheating. I have recently bought a Phillips TV which on the website says 30 days free return. I returned the TV within the time ( which was super hard to pack it back to the original condition ) but the TV was returned back to me. Calling BOL they say the TV was used 92 hours and it was allowed only 6 hours by the actual seller. IT IS PURE CHEATING. NOWHERE ON THE WEBPAGE WHERE I BOUGHT THE TV IT SAID THE ABOVE RETURN CONDITIONS. JUST IN GREEN THAT ITS 30 DAYS. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. AT LEAST BOL.COM SHOULD MENTION THAT YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THE ACTUAL SELLER RETURN CONDITIONS SOMEWHERE. BOL EARLIER SAID NO WORRIES WE WILL RESOLVE IT THEN SUDDENLY AFTER 5 DAYS A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS NO . SHAMEFUL ....

I placed an order by mistake and canceled it right away. The status was "Cancelation requested". I wrote to Customer service the next day 2 times to ensure that my order is canceled and not going to be shipped. They assured me that it won't be shipped. 2 hours later, I received the notification that the order is shipped. I wrote the Customer service to clarify, and they said I just need to return it. Since I'm leaving for a trip, it was not possible. The person on the chat was very unhelpful. When I asked if I can leave a complaint about my experience - she said: "You can't". Now the order will be delivered while I'm gone and stay there for months before I can return it.

After weeks of emails, calls, not to mention the time spent - Bol still hasn't reimbursed me or sent a new item that they owe me, although it was paid for, just never delivered. Claiming that they can't help over and over again (when it is their company that did not deliver an expensive item) is unbelievable. Not to mention the very rude customer service, whose comments I choose to leave out due to the very unprofessional, rude context. At one point they promised a solution, then pretended that such thing was never done. Solution was promised via phone, I would think that they record the calls and can refer back to what was said. So it seems that their policy is deny, deny, deny, deny until a customer loses money and gives up. First order and never again!

I ordered a TV, they send me the wrong one. I returned the TV like they asked. The TV got lost after they picked it up. I gave them all the receipts/mails to prove they picked it up and picture of the packet when they picked it up. One month later still don't have my money back. They keep telling me that I have to wait, that it's moved to another departement and they can't do anything about it. And can't bring me in conatct with any one who can help me.

In November, I ordered an item on bol.com. They delivered the item at a wrong address. I contacted them and they told me that it's deliver and it's my responsibility to get the item back. I haven't signed anything and I'm supposed to be responsible. On top, they told me that they have the right to deliver it to another address according to their terms and conditions. So, be aware, Bol.com has the right to do anything.....

Usually I don't leave reviews, but no one should go though the pain of buying things from this company.
I ordered a pair of headphones as a birthday gift on Monday evening. Tuesday, when they were supposed to arrive, the package gets returned because the "address in the order is not correct".
I call bol.com explain what happened, explain that the address is correct (they delivered once to the same address before) and a lovely gentleman promises that he is going to send me a new package the next day. I thank him for his help and tell him that's fine.
Wednesday, when the new package is supposed to arrive I get an email that it was (again) returned. I call bol.com and explain the situation. Unfortunately, this time, the helpful gentleman from before was replaced by the most abrupt and rude female customer service agent I have ever encountered in my life.
After she calls Post.nl and confirms that the package is indeed being returned, she informs me that there's nothing she can do about it and that I need to live with it. When I expressed my displeasure and explained that this is the worst service experience I have ever had in my life, she "threatened" to end the call. Even when I told her that I had some questions regarding the return, she still kept raising her voice an threatening to end the call.
I don't know who trains their customer service agents, but being rude to a displeased customer is not the way to go!
In short, I have learned my lesson and am not going to ever order from them again! Amazon Prime, even if it takes 2 days instead of 1 is definitely the better shop!

I have used bol.com regularly and been happy with it. However, I have never had to deliver anything back - or had to be in contact with them after the portage until now. The way they are not taking responsibility at all, when the product specifications is not the same as the goods they send, is just second to non. I cannot recommend anyone to shop at a place, that totally ignore their legal responsibility in that way - so stay away from Bol.com - there are so many other services out there to use, who does put costumers first!

My order basically never arrived. The delivery status from Post NL changes automatically every day, saying the parcel is to be delivered that day, but it never arrives. It's been 4 full days now.
Clearly the parcel is lost.However the customer service doesn't really care. All I hear I shall wait :/ How many more days?!
This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but obviously it's too late now.
BOL.com didn't really delivered to their promise. Pity

I had ordered an inversion table and 2 days later I cancelled the order with Bol.com because i got an inversion table through a friend. Online i could click on a link to cancel the order but they said the table will be delivered next week anyway because it is too late to cancel. I wasn't home when they delivered the table as i had to work. The table was in the hallway when i got home. I live on the 4th floor no elevator. The table is very big and very heavy. Barely i was able to move it into the storage room that i have downstairs. I made an appointment to pick it up. I was home the whole time! No one came.... Meanwhile i have received 2 reminders to pay for the table. I am trying to get an appointment with their unreliable pick up service for them to pick up their table. It would be of good costumer service to not send me anymore reminders to pay for the table! Especially after your pick up service had made me wait for nothing at home the whole morning. My time is as valuable as yours! At least apologize and make up for it! It is apparently ok on your side to not commit to your appointments with your costumers.
UPDATE: thursday 10 october their pick up service had an appointment (the 2nd one) with me to pick up their inversion table. I had to wait from 8:00hrs till 18:00hrs at home because they can't make a proper appointment with you. And guess what ... For the second time, no one showed up!!! I have contacted Bol about it because this is becoming ridiculous. They replied today friday 11 october that they offer me 10€ in total for the two days that i waited for nothing at home and that i have to make another appointment with that horrible pick up service.... And on top of that, they will keep sending me reminders to pay for the inversion table because this goes automatically and they can't stop it.... Wow, i thought Bol had good costumer service. Coolblue has a fantastic service!!!! When they pick up or deliver they contact you the evening prior to the appointment what part of the day they arrive and half an hour before they arrive they contact you to tell they are on their way. It just shows that it is possible to have a good pick up service. But that Bol just doesn't want to have a great service and lets their costumers down badly.
After this review Bol asked me for the order number and that they will contact me asap. I sent them the ordernumber but haven't heard from them since
It is now the 22nd of October and Bol had offered me an option for a pick up with another company. When this didnt work either they decided that i dont have to pay anymore for the package and that i can keep it. Wow, i am glad that this is now finished! Thank you Bol. The problem is not with the costumer service but with the delivery service of one of their partners.
