the worst service ever.i BOUGHT something broke and they ask me to fix my problem with the seller. After 1 month the seller still didn't answer me and bol customer service still doesn't care about me. Waste money!

Bol sent a wrong item and requires the customer to carry it all the way to the post office to return it. The most problematic part is, since the item is too big to fit in the box, after it delivered, the box is basically damaged. Now after communicate with the customer service, I have to buy a bigger box to make the item fit in, so I can return it back. I understand that operating such a big website is difficult, but they should at least improve their management style. If you made a mistake, which already created a trouble for the customer, just try to not create more troubles further.

Terrible! First and last time ordering anything on this website.
I ordered and paid extra 10 euros to get the delivery in the evening because i work. on the day of the delivery i get a message that ill get it in the afternoon. i contact bol.com immidiately and tell them i cant be home in the evening. The customer service told me that they will have to reschedule it then to the next day, without trying to contact the delivery company to see if they can come late. It seemed like they did not wanna make ANY EFFORT to fix their mistake. At the end they told me there's nothing they can do, and rescheduled it on the next day evening. Next day comes and I get a message AGAIN saying delivery will be in the afternoon. I contact bol.com again, they DO NOT RESPOND. In the afternoon the driver calls me and says he's there, I told him he is early and he shouldn't be coming before 5 PM. He says he will call his boss and see what he can do, he never calls me back. Bol.com finally messages me again saying "there's nothing we can do except for reschedule it to tomorrow", clearly not wanting to take any effort, I told them to CALL THE DELIVERY COMPANY and see if they can bring it in the evening, (managing their customer service is not my job), they finally do it and confirm that my delivery will be there at 5 PM. I get home at 4:30PM. It's 6 PM, I checked my delivery status online and it says "driver stopped at 5:15, no one was home", which is A LIE. I call the delivery company Dynalogic, ask them they said the driver told them he came. WHAT KIND OF A CRAP DRIVERS DO YOU HIRE! They messed up second time and I have still not received my washing machine. Who is going to fix this for me?!

By far the most horrible online shop I have dealt with. Both as a seller and a buyer I have made exclusively bad experiences with the shop. Selling and buying policies are far from comprehensive and straight forward. Especially selling items come with a lot of hidden costs, that the seller is not made aware of. Moreover, customer services is horribly incompetent and unable to help.

After selecting the presents, the "Confirm" button was missing when entering new credit card details. (On Chrome and Edge.) Customer Service said there was no way for me now to buy the presents.
Also, a search for "leuk kadootje voor een 4-jarige jongen" (fun present for a 4-year-old boy) produced a list of piggy banks. Really? :)

Very bad and useless customer service not even able to speak and support in English.
Situation: Received physical gift card but lost it. Somehow card number is not stored anywhere in their system, even though I have valid invoice they cannot locate gift card number to cancel and replace with new one. It is ironic since it is supposed to be e-commerce.

I am so disappointed in this site. Two weeks ago I have ordered some books, but mixed up the address and then I asked them to cancel the order. After that they told me that after 3 work days I will receive my money back. I didn't receive it an talked to them and than they told after more 3 days, I didn't receive my money back again and talked to them again and they told me that on Monday(today) I will have my money back. And guess what-I didn't receive my money today! They are liars.

I ordered a TV Samsung in bol.com with the reseller TV-PLAZA the TV arrived broken and I have returned it but they did not accept the return, and now I have no TV nor money, I have opened a case with the government consumer rights office to fight this case. Be careful with what you order!

Bol.com's customer service is an actual joke.
They failed to send a next day package for over two weeks.
Their customer service showed no care or real concern for the issues.
The issues being their sub-supplier sent out my name, address, customer number, order number and product to a total stranger then when I was not able to fix their error I was told I was a bad person..
Then when I reported this and me not getting what I paid for the sub-supplier stopped replying entirely and refused to send what I paid for and Bol acted like they were powerless to speak with companies they work directly with and entirely did not care for really listening or solving the issue.

In case u need to pick up your shipment from a location that is not your house, make sure you get the track and trace number first. As the pick up locations requires this piece of information. Otherwise you will look like a fool, as I did in the Primera shop :( The shop assistant was staring at me when I showed him the last delivery email from Bol.com ( the email that says your parcel was delivered & all you need is your passport, id or driving license to pick it up). As the assistant told me in condescending voice that he cannot help me as I offered my ID, I begun to search on bol.com mobile website & then app to try fish out the track and trace, panicking while holding up bunch of annoyed customers behind me. It was unnecessarily stressful.

I have had one of the worst experiences with Bol.com. I purchased 3 items on the 2nd April, all three items were to be delivered the next day. I received 2 from post.nl and the last item, which was the most expensive from the 3 (650euros) was not delivered. I have been in contact with bol.com customer service on numerous occasions but no help offered in any way. Every time I contact them, i have to wait another few days. To date, i have not received the item and all I am asking for is a full refund. I am so disappointed, that when something goes this wrong, Bol.com does nothing to help their customers but just shifts the blame onto post.nl.
Today is the 11/04/2019 and I have been told to wait until tomorrow, this is their response every time I follow up. Today I have been told that no matter what I do it will not speed up the process as they need to stick procedure. That is quite reassuring!

I ordered a fan with fast delivery, because it's going to be hot, the next days. So I needed it fast and payed extra to get it. The package did not arrive at the promised time, so I contacted Bol.com. The chatbot did not understand me and asked me the same question 5 times before I insisted to talk to a human. The human seemed to understand me but then disappeared after promising to look up my order (no answer 5 minutes after I sent the order number, when before that answers only took a couple of seconds). After 7 minutes I got the answer that she will "start an investigation to know where [my] package is". I asked how long it would take. Again no answer. After 5 minutes she told me the investigation should be over by Friday. That is 5 days after the promised (same day) delivery. I explained her that I need a fan because it is hot and I would like a refund if they cannot deliver. She asked me if she should resend it and then immediately disconnected the chat. I reconnected, got past the robo gatekeeper and was connected to a different human. She again checked my order (another 5 minutes; by now it is 45 minutes since I first started talking to customer service; more time for writing this review, I guess). After 8 minutes, she told me that the fan is not available any longer and the only thing she can do for me is refund my money (at this point I changed my rating from "bad" to "poor"). They did not keep their promised delivery, I had to go through 2 bots and 2 humans to get a refund, and the customer service chat caused me to loose 1 hour of my life.

Ordered two bottles of a personal care product, next day delivery.
One of the boxes was shrink-wrapped in cellophane but the other was not and seemed to be pried open.
Took out the bottle and, the cap was not sealed either.
Also there was a visible volume of the product missing from the bottle.
Personally I'm appalled that bol.com would send out a used personal care product and they should be ashamed.
Secondly, they made the mistake by sending me a used product and now I have to waste my time to send it back and waste more of my money.
This is hardly convenient. In this case i could have just gotten it in the shop. The answer from the "customer service" was you allways can do so. Thank you for the permission DS!
And finally this is not the first time I have received damaged or used goods.
The support from bol.com is standard: send it back and order a new one yourself. Seriously? Go through all that trouble to spend my money at your place and get used or damaged goods again? How about No.
I have been a customer for the last 10 years but with this fiasco and another case of poor level of service I am done with this company. After this is handled I will delete my account, never shop at bol.com again and advice anyone against doing so in the future.

Great Company- POOR delivery service !
What is most appalling, is giving clients the option of paid early delivery and then not delivering on promised date once the money has been taken. In fact, my order is STILL floating around in the abyss due to bol.com's evil allied delivery service (DPD) being incapable of keeping their word (as usual). DPD states they delivered it a day late, which is false, I am still empty handed without my order, having paid extra for timely delivery. The affiliation with DPD is immensely tragic.
I know BOL.COM is/should be better than this!
