Bad customer service. No updates on delayed products, no answer on emails for several days. It says on the website there is a lot of pressure on emails at the moment. But reading previous reviews and looking around on their website it is obvious this company does not prioritise customer service unfortunately. Bad sign. Won't be ordering from them again.

This company is in bad situation. Don't trust it anymore. It was a good company but now they force customers to pay books that are returned. It's happening to me now. Don't buy books from this company or you will enter in an endless nightmare.
