Took my money and I never received my purchased item

I ordered a necklace for $8.50 on March 21, 2019. I received 2 emails: the first one was an order confirmation with the item i purchased and my shipping address, the second stated “Order #BJ4236 Confirmed” with the same information as the other. I was charged the item from my credit card on March 22, 2019. I hadn’t received my order after by April 14, 2019, so I sent the company a message by emailing [email protected] A couple days later, after not having heard back, I went to the website and clicked on Contact Us and filled out the information and let them know I hadn’t received my order yet I was charged for it. Days pass and I never got a reply, so I messaged them one more time and let them know I was going to report them if they didn’t respond or give me what I ordered and I still have not gotten a reply or my item that I was charged for.

Placed order Dec 3 2018. No merchandise no communication.

Placed order online Dec 3 2018 for two items. One a sweater for $38.98, one a shawl for $49.98. Total of $88.96. They thanked me for my purchase. Said they were getting ready to ship. Hvee sent t least three emails asking where my order was and also a cancellation. None were acknowledged. Today I sent aanother one. I have visited websites where other online shoppers complained about the same scenario. Some finally got merchandise and iit is shabby clothes. Not al all what is described online. I am pissed.
