Been a Boggi customer for 10 years - primarily shopping at their Paris Opéra shop, but also visiting stores in Rome, Florence, Venice, London, and Munich among others. Always found the service attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Clothing is well made, up to date designs, excellent materials, at a fair price point.

Lousy experience. Ordered a pair of loafers on sale and Boggi created two shipping labels that confused FedEx/DHL with the result that nothing arrived.
Boggi required me to reorder and offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience- but only on a future purchase, not the current reorder.
Also, it’s disappointing (and discriminatory) that US customers only get sale discounts of 30% when the same products are on sale at Boggi Europe at 50% off.
That said, Anastasia at Customer Service provided excellent personal support.
This is no way to build a positive brand experience.

Worst online experience ever.
Placed an order online, been told order was rejected as Boggi's computer system detect this transaction as a fraud. They asked me to send passport and credit card copies by email. Without thinking thoroughly I actually sent these to them. After few days I see no reply and called them, CS then stared to looking for my email said she would sort it out. 2 hours later, she emailed back saying the name on the copy is not clear and she wants me to resend my ID close enough to see my face and my name!? What a joke! I regret to have send my personal details in the first place anyway!
Think about it, wouldn't your bank rather than a shop who should stop any fraud transaction and alert the card holder? This is the first time I was told by a shop that I was identified as a fraud! Total bias!
Anyone could confirm is this a breach of GDPR by asking customer to send their personal details to an email adress?
I really don't trust them.

This review is for Boggi Milano store at the Avenus, Kuwait. Though I love the brand, the people (the Arab guys) at the store are so rude. The only people they cater to are the Arab customers and they think that we (non Arabs) cannot afford such a brand. Even after buying stuffs worth more than Kd.200 they look down upon you. They are least interested in explaining things to you and will be wagging their tail behind the Kuwaitis who come in to buy small items which are on sale. Unless Boggi improves your customer service, I am not going in there again. Sorry.

I bought a shirt on Naples airport and thought it would be made in Italy. However it proved to be made in China, very disappointing !

I am an unhappy long-term and otherwise loyal customer of the Sloane Square (London) branch of Boggi; I cannot count the number of pairs of trousers I have bough there. Today however - when I bought three more - I finally rebelled at the £10 'repair' change for completing the legs - sold (as they are) unfinished. Put simply, Boggi is selling an unfinished product and then blatantly charging the captive customer for completion. If a market stallholder tried such a trick it would be call a 'con'! It really surprises me that a company that prides itself for its elegance, style and sophistication should stoop to such low tricks. But f they really cannot afford this relatively small extra charge it would be more honest to add £10 to the product cost and promote their 'generosity' by declaring that the price 'includes finishing'. I do love the products so suspect that despite my real annoyance I will maintain my loyalty, but as a somewhat self-defeating gesture of protest I told the very polite but apologetic store manager to tear up my longstanding 'Boggi Privilege Card'.
of this practis is .snfaky - selling an unfinise pprdet and then charging for completion.
I rebelled at th

Unreliable website. Impossible to shop on-line with them. Customer service is simply non-existent. They never responded any e-mail!

When it comes to in-store or online-store experience, absolutely horrible. They promised easy returns in all their stores. This turned out into a nightmare with empty promises, dim-witted employees, plenty of useless e-mail exchanges with their support, phone calls and store visits involved only to exchange a lousy pair of shoes into a different size. They even suggested I was a fraud, after me having paid nearly a thousand of euro in one single buy. An absolute joke and the so called Exclusive Club is an affront to the well-educated, any 3-year old can see through their useless marketing stunt. There is no "exclusive", and there is no "club". There is likely not even data usage going on. I say this because as an Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect I had a brief glimpse at their anachronistic IT software system, which can't even find your family name in their system if they don't type your family name in capital letters. Who the heck did put my family name in small letters into their system in the first place. All on this earth write their family name in caps. Did I mention that they are unorganized, not true to their word and do outright lie into your face, I have witnesses. They deserve to go extinct and over time this is a given. Somebody will sue them and that will be their pathetic end. Peraltro, la moda de Florentina è largamente superiori.

Poorly made rubbish. Spent 80 euros on a wallet and 6 months later the thing is a threadbare piece of junk, started falling apart within a month of having it.

Very poor and offensive after market customer service. Was told I have to go to a store in Verona after an error that they made in my tax free sales receipt, when they know that I live in Australia. One would expect that they could reach out to the store and get them to email me a new receipt. I would ask myself, but the store doesn't have an email address that I can find.

Boggi has lovely clothes but I feel tricked by their return policy. After being in the store with a very nice sales guy I decided not to do alterations on my suit jacket to go home and have a think about it. At no time did he mention that they don't do any returns. You get a gift card which you can spent during one year. Clearly they could have told me this but decide not to. It even says on their receipt returns.
I feel cheated and it's so low from a story that should be exclusive and high quality. Not even 7 days return with money back!

Horrific online shopping experience.
If anything goes wrong with your order good luck. Their customer service number is just an automated pick up that tells you "there's a 10 minute wait" and "to email" no matter when you call or how often there's always a 10 minute wait, so so lazy. The customer service email address is a black hole, you'll never hear anything.
It's such a shame as their products are nice and the instore experience is good. BUT DO NOT SHOP ONLINE.
