Honestly, I feel crazy on my own but I get real irritated when I take my time and ensure I order what I need. After spending 20 mins feeling excited about making a purchase I finally made a decision, after filtering my gauges for 0, and picked 3 gauges I really wanted.
Upon delivery I only received 1 correct size. After speaking to customer service to rectify the issue, I am finding out I am going to have to pay $5 just to receive the correct size! It's never worth it. I'd rather go to a more established piercing shop or online store if I cannot shop with a peace of mind. I may have made a mistake but I cannot support a business that makes me feel foolish for being human.

The jewelry on this site is very cute but made of very cheap metal that should never go anywhere near a piercing especially if it's not fully healed. I've worn multiple nose rings from this site and each one started tarnishing and turning green at the piercing site. Don't wear anything from here if your piercing is still healing because it would definitely cause an infection and never wear it if you have any type of metal sensitivity.

I ordered about $75 worth of jewelry for my nose, because I had a collection of one and it was in my nose lol. It wasn't until after I ordered that I saw all the terrible reviews. So I'm like "oh no." But now I'm super glad I ordered first!
Everything I ordered came in within a week (ordered from CO at the end of March 2021), all the sizes are correct, and the jewelry is beautiful and seems to be of a good quality so far. I will probably be buying from this company again, and recommending it to my friends.

if i could rate them 0 stars i would. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, still have not received it. I reached out to them 2 days ago & was told my order was shipped & should have been delivered, USPS told me that was a lie, they created a label but never sent them a package to ship. So bodycandy’s customer service lied to me to my face. On top, they have taken so long in “reshipping” ,as they are calling it, my order that 2 of the items i bought have gone out of stock. this company is a JOKE. quick to take my money but not quick to even ship it.

I ordered 2 tear drop shaped tunnels in 5/8 and forgot my apt number, my bad. Emailed them the following day and got "here is your tracking number!" So I assumed they updated it, they didn't, was in a war with customer service about a refund because the shipping number showed that they were sent back to the facility. Staff did NOTHING until I requested a refund. Even then they only sent 1 of the earrings IN THE WRONG SIZE. This company sucks. DO NOT order through them.

Please don't waste your money on overnight shipping. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and it's been three days I contacted them and explained the issue and they only told me it had been shipped and I'd get it today or within the next two days. Why offer over night if it's going to take 3+ days...

Trash. Terrible material and rusts very very easily. Every nose ring I got rusted and turned blue first then green then brown. My nose piercings both for irritated and almost keloided again. U can get better from Amazon, don’t spend here.

I just ordered Septum piercings from them. They aren't actually Septum peircings. They are side nose peircings labeled as Septum peircings. Currently trying to get my money back but all they offer is store credit and i refuse to order anything else from them and apparently their store credit expires too. Seems like they'll do anything to get your money and keep it. Would give negative stars if possible. Place should shut down with how bad it is

On top of that, when you call, their system puts you on hold for a long time, but then either hangs up on you, or sends you to voicemail. Voicemails and emails aren't returned. Filing now through credit card company. Lots of headaches caused by Bodycandy.

Ordered a product, paid the $3 for priority processing, needless to say, 3 weeks it took to get my order... I ordered other things on the internet after this (not from Amazon) and got them in 3-7 days (Dont blame Covid 19, thats just an excuse for crappy service). Won't be ordering from this place again... only reason getting a 2 star review, is that the 0G plugs I FINALLY got are nice...

Ordered a Christmas gift the last week in November for 7 to 12 days shipping. Emailed a couple times mid dec asking where my order is. I got a response something like "be patient it will come" January 9th. Still didn't receive it. Asked for a refund and they said the cant refund my money, only give me store credit. Why in the hell would I put myself through that for another $7 piece of jewelry? That's just a shitty way to do business. They don't care at all about thier customers or of they are satisfied. Wish I would have read all the other bad reviews before ordering. Buyer be aware - you've been warned..

My package took weeks to arrive. Tried to do a simple exchange and it became a nightmare. Customer service was horrible. They asked me to send a money order to cover return shipping costs which seemed very odd. What company cashes out for shipping costs? I didn't add one as the post office was out of paper money orders, but still sent the item back. From then on the representatives I spoke to were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. After informing them the item I wanted to exchange for they said it was unavailable despite being listed as in stock on their website. To apparently get rid of me they issued a refund and didn't bother to continue with their own exchange policy. Refunds are nice but this experience was awful and dragged on for weeks. I will never buy from this store ever again and will absolutely rec5np one else waste their time here either.

AVOID and save yourself my(and so many others) troubles.
Placed order in November. After repeated emails that said the item was getting ready to be shipped — they finally told me — 6 weeks later! —that one item was out of stock. Mid January one of the two items arrived. They said they were putting a request through to another department for a refund, but somehow I doubt I'll ever see it.
Horrible service all around.

When I bought my earrings, I was expecting them to arrive withing 1-2 weeks. Wrong! They took around a month to arrive. However, I didn't have any problems with quality or missing pieces. So, if you order from here just expect to be waiting a very long time for your jewelry.

Do not purchase from this company. On their actual website they delete bad reviews. Take all the reviews you see about them to heart, and if you do decide to use them, can’t say we didn’t warn you.

DO NOT BUY from this site. The quality of the jewelry is CRAP, They say that you can only return something (for store credit) if and only if you do not actually OPEN the package... WHO would NOT open their package To make sure what they got is what they ordered. These people are CROOKS. Do not buy from this site!
No wonder as soon as you sign up there sending you emails every single day,they're pathetic, very greedy people.

I ordered items from Body Candy in November and it is now January. I contacted them and they used a sad story on how times are hard and that they are a family owned business. The customer service sucks and it takes them almost two weeks to reply. The tracking number rarely works and sometimes it says the tracking information is not available. It has been in "shipping" for about two months now. I don't think I will ever get my jewelry so I ordered from somewhere else. Do not order from them.

I order an industrial earring for my boyfriend in a 14g and it came in and was too big to even try to get in. When I contacted them they said it only came in the one size and then would just send generic responses to review their return policy when I asked questions about if I should try any other sizes or if I could get a refund or exchange. Once they "solved" the problem they just didn't care anymore.

While i love them and have ordered many times. I understand they are backed up and short staffed due to the pandemic i was assured when i ordered i would get it in a timely manner. My order has been sitting in the warehouse since December 9th and they have yet to ship it. So now im gonna have to spend more money to replace these items as they are christmas gifts. Again i understand the issues at hand but to intentionally not ship it out this close to christmas is not ok. I hope this isnt going to be a common occurrence

It's about to be three weeks and i still haven't gotten my order and when i contacted them they claimed they had alot of order and they're a "family business" like if that's the case hire more people. For 5 days now my order has been saying pre shipment label was made but never shipped out? Do not order form this place! A waste of time and money!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and reached out to them saying I would like to change the size of my ring. I literally emailed them 5 minutes after I placed my order and realized I got the wrong size. They replied back to me two days after saying it's already been shipped to the warehouse and I can only return for store credit. Now it's been shipped out AND there isn't a tracking number available? This is the worst customer service I have ever received
