I had a used diesel engine fitted into my sailboat. I noticed the stern gland was getting hot after I left the boatyard and emailed Jeff, to which I got no reply. A couple of days later the stern tube collapsed, filling my bilges with the Atlantic Ocean as I was halfway across the Gulf Stream at the time. This was obviously due to a poorly aligned engine! Currently getting the job finished properly in a Bahamas boatyard.
Still no reply from Jeff....
