On June 6th 2020, I ordered 2 watercraft covers for Yamaha Waverunners. The online ordering process went as expected. Provided shipping/billing address, CC and product selection. Got a timely order confirmation and expected product to ship shortly. After about 3 weeks, nothing arrived so I contacted customer service. Their response was that they did not know what happened to the order but would check with shipping and get back to me the next day with an answer. The next day (Friday) came and went and no status provided. On Monday around 5 pm, I called again only to be placed on hold 3 times only to be told that the product I ordered was not available and was on backorder. It would be 3-4 weeks before my product would be available. If I did not make multiple calls, my guess is they certainly were not going to make the call to me. Bottom line, very poor customer experience and because of it I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund issued.
Let’s see how long that takes....
Bottom Line.....avoid this operation.
