I reside abroad and used Blume2000 a lot to send my friends and family flowers for their birthdays or other occasions. This one time I accidentally used the maiden name of my friend instead of her name after marriage. I received an email saying the flowers couldn’t be delivered. I tracked the package - it was with DHL and they said they were waiting for new instructions. I contacted Blume2000 customer service so they would update the name with DHL so that they could deliver the package. Blume2000 customer service was absolutely unwilling to help. They refused to update the address with DHL even after multiple emails explaining that it’s a potted plant and that it should be fine if it sat at DHL for 2 days. They were absolutely rude, unwilling to help and made the problem hey have with DHL (that they often don’t update addresses) my (Blume2000s customer) Problem. They charged me the full price for a service that was not delivered and said I cost them extra already because I gave them the wrong name. Wow. What a customer service experience.

I have ordered from their website! My arrangements never arrived! They ruined my surprised ! They sent me an email saying we have to pick up the arrangements from a certain address. We had to drove there and the arrangements was not there. Twice we did that and they said we have to go to central post office to pick up our flowers! Crazy ! I have been charged for delivery! Short stories never received the arrangements! Bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

1. The flowers were left in the delivery truck for a day and delivered a day late.
2. The Lindt chocolate hearts box I had ordered was empty!! The seal had been removed and there was not a single chocolate inside!!!
3. I had ordered a big tulip bouquet and they just bunched three smaller celophane wrapped bouquets together. No care was taken to actually create a nice single bouquet from the flowers.

Inflexible customer service, poor carrier services and website is antiquated and not transparent. Sorry, you have just lost a long-term client to Fleurop due to your incompetency.
I reside outside of Germany and always send flowers to my framily for Christmas. I've done this for years and always use Blume2000. This year, there seemed to be a system glitch where their site used my registered address (but not the recipient address). I didn't catch this error until I received the shipping notice. Customer service was so rude and told me it was my fault and they couldn't help. So now the flowers will rot and not be received by the recipient, who only lives a street up from the delivery address. Zero compassion or need to help. If someone were smart and checked my order history, they would see it. Blaming long-term customers for a system error is NOT OK. I request a refund.

Terrible! It was my first time ordering flowers for my mother's bday in Stuttgart. I chose the standard delivery, giving it 2 days in advance to prepare my flowers. On the day of the delivery I received an email that my package is on the way with DHL and will be delivered between 11 und 2 pm. It never came! I called customer service and was told since I ordered standard delivery option, the delivery on the wish day was not guaranteed and that it will be delivered the next business day, which was Saturday. On Saturday nothing came as well. I called again and was told to wait until 6pm to give the driver a chance to deliver, and if the package will not arrive, they will issue a refund. I called once more, shortly after 6pm since the package never came. The representative was very rude, unlike the one I spoke to earlier. She told me I should wait until Monday, she kept of interrupting me, and was unwilling to help whatsoever. Now I have never experience such substantial lack of customer service and appreciation. I most certainly DO NOT recommend Blumen2000 to anyone.

Have ordered flowers and bottle of Moet Rose champagne on 26.01.2019 to be delivered on 29.01.2019 for my husband's birthday .
No delivery on 29.01.2019.
Today at 11:15 AM on 30.01.2019 still nothing delivered, customer service tells "oh, you have ordered a standard delivery, it can come one day later" !!!!
Have really spoilt my plans !!! Angry, upset and disappointed.

I ordered orchids for a 95th birthday, and paid extra for guaranteed delivery on the actual day. Was extremely disappointed when they arrived two days later. In reply to my complaint they stated in the e-mail that"
even though we promise punctual delivery and excellent quality it can happen that we can't fulfil this promise". (translated from German). There's no excuse for not delivering on the guaranteed day. My mother lives in a nursing home and there is always someone there to receive the flowers. Refund of delivery cost doesn't mean anything to my mother who should have received the flowers on her actual birthday. Never again!

Got a guaranteed delivery date for mothers day and ordered a week in advance - I received the shipping information two days prior to deilvery. Still, the flowers came two days late and were stored somewhere over the weekend -- thus did not look presentable anymore..
Will not spend that amount of money anymore on Blume2000.

My 3 stars rating is not about Blume2000.de themselves. Flowers were packed good enough, supported with water, big carton etc. Everything went very good and from that point of view I could recommend them.
But overall feeling was influenced by DHL. I have asked them, by writing this in the address information, that they should deliver flowers only after 2 PM. They came at 11.40 AM, when nobody (especially my wife, for whom this flowers were) was at home. They have left flowers at the neighbour. When my wife was back home, neighbour was not there and at the end, she got the flowers only in the evening.
Shame on you, DHL Potsdam!

I have been using Blumen2000 several times and the service is generally very good; unfortunatelly this time the flowers have been fading and withering after 3 days only and on the 4th day (today) they are ready for the bin.

My mother sent flowers, a giftbox and bottle of prosecco as a birthday present but on the day she received an email that DHL was unable to deliver it (no note, no details, no pickup point). After calling Blume2000 to check where the order was, the customer service lady was unable to pull up the DHL data and told us that if no one was able to receive the flowers and gifts they would be "sent back and destroyed". She also made clear that getting a refund was not an option, so we're €50 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Given that they work in the gifts/emotions business I'm amazed they operate like this. Would not trust them with any important orders ever again.

After having tried this service twice I really think that DHL is NOT a good way to deliver flowers. The flowers were packed and in transit, for almost 24 hours and in the summer months it is just too hot.
The flowers were still very much appreciated, but the arrangement was all mixed up and basically had to be re-arranged by my wife - things must have come dislodged during the shipment.
Suggestion: Why not explore a deal with Diliveroo/Foodora or maybe even one of the taxi companies? That way the flowers get delivered fresh :)
DHL is fine for documents etc, but for living shipments, I just do not see the point as they spend too much time in the box and getting tossed around. Seriously!
